This place will always hold a special place in our hearts. From start to finish, the dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. The starters were absolutely delightful—bursting with flavors that set the perfect tone for the meal. The main course was a masterpiece, perfectly blending rich aroma and authentic Indian spices. Despite accommodating a large group of 40 people, every dish was served simultaneously without any delays. The servers were incredibly attentive to every detail, ensuring that each guest felt well taken care of. All of my guests were very happy. Thank you for your outstanding service and for making our day even more special with your delicious food and warm hospitality.

Amazing, we are all enjoyed the food and service. Specially king prawn tikka. Value for money. We will be definitely return.

Delicious food! Piping hot and tasty. Reasonably priced. BYOB. Setting is a bit sterile however. Would recommend!

Had a meal at Sixways Spice (formerly Kings Balti) with my family last week and it was fantastic. The food was great as usual and the service brilliant. The restaurant was nice and busy which provided a good atmosphere. I've always had good food here. The naans have changed and they're so much better now!

I already checked so many restaurants in the uk but I found authentic chicken lam birany at Sixways spice which is really mouthwatering. Thanks to Head chef Raj as well Rumel for making the best one.

I highly recommend this place for Bengali/Indian food lovers. Especially for non-veg people this restaurant has lots of delicious dishes. A great place to dine in with your family and friends, although you have to bring your own wines and beers. Except from that their food quality is super high quality and one more thing before visit there, must call them for reservation.

It's like going back 20 years for an Indian dining experience. Staff were friendly, food was good and reasonably priced. Bring your own booze. If I lived here I would be a regular!

We have been eating at this Balti house for over 25 years. The management and staff have always been attentive and the food they serve has been consistently good. The restaurant has had a recent refurbishment and the dining area is looking great.Kings Tandoori, Kings Balti, Kings or Sixways Spice - the food is as good as ever…

Been eating here for about 25 years - not quite every week, but nearly! Despite the name change, it’s still fabulous. Great food. So tasty and truly authentic. We’ve tried most of the Indian restaurants in Cheltenham, and truly believe this to be the best. The flavours and quality of dishes are consistently outstanding. When they first changed names and rebranded, for a period of about 2 weeks, food quality did dip, but this was short lived and its back up there with the best. Tested again yesterday 13th March 2024. Well Done Ash and team. Combine this with taking your own drinks and its outstanding value. Service can be a little slow when very busy, but well worth the wait. Martin

I visited 16/02/24 and enjoyed a meal with my family. The first thing I noticed was the hospitality. We were greeted with excellent service which continued throughout the night. The music was authentic and the atmosphere was welcoming and exciting. The real star of the show was the food however; Excellent. Flavour, spice and quality was in every single dish. I highly recommend Sixways spice!

To be honest it’s a 4, but after being highly surprised by how good the food is after reading all the bad reviews, they got a bonus star! Management: Food is excellent, service is bang on. Invest in an interior designer, and turn the music up a bit so I don’t have to listen to the clatter of knives and forks all night, and you’re onto a winner!

Sixways spice.... What can I say? after my visit to this establishment it was coming out of me sixways!!!.... Just glad for them 90 bog rolls I had from lock down

I was a bit concerned by a couple of one star reviews which had been left since the change of name from King's Balti. I needn't have worried; food was delicious, service was friendly and attentive and the meal was excellent value.

I can't even explain how bad my experience was today buying food from this place Please please please stay away from this place DONT EAT ON ANY COST you could compromise even your health. I ordered VEG KOFTA and They deliver me rotten potato bolls that were easily can be smelled and test completely spoiled they just topped it with vegetable sort of gravy. I feel sick eating just one bite, could have got food poisoning 🤢🤮🤮 Then Bhindi ....Oh what I say was completly uncooked 🤢...... The only thing which edible was saag paneer but again was the same gravy as kofta total waste of money I regretted 10 times ordering this place 😥 PLEASE BE CAREFUL........

I ordered a Sagwalla curry with chicken tikka and accompanying rice. The curry was bland and tasteless. No spiceyness about it.Disappointing.

After being a regular of Kings Balti, I thought we would try the restaurant for a takeaway. 2 main dishes we ordered each consisted of 7 small pieces of meat (one chicken , one lamb) in half a pint of gravy. I use the word gravy because "sauce"implies it was might have other vegetables or onions to add substance, but it was a thin mildly flavoured liquid. The nan and rice were better. It wasn't cheap and we were hungry after finishing the meal due to the lack of meat . A sad start.

Worst dinner ever… i am a decent person who don’t review with bad words, but if I’m doing this..it’s really bad. I ordered a chicken shashlik and there was no sauce in it. Just chicken steamed tikka pieces with 2 onions in it and no salt no paper, it was no where near a shashlik. Not worth it. And too expensive. Save money eat somewhere else.
