I've gotta say I'm not a person that does complain about anything. But also I'll only give a gleaming review if warranted and I do have to say that my time working in the area has finished abruptly but I will say it's the Reception staff that made my stay here very comfortable and they people skills these staff members have is either good training on your company or individually each have such a welcoming persona especially these persons I believe should be mentioned. Jess,Lizzie,Kelly,Jenny,Emma, Meghan, Miss Benson, Stuart,Steve and even the New staff member Kyle If I have missed anyone I do apologise leave a comment and I'll give an attachment or another Review. I do hope you all are valued by this company and if you aren't then shame on Premier Inn . I do hope you all succeed in whichever occupation you follow . Take Care all and again many thanks for your time and patience and above all your kind heartedness in certain situations ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ricky Porter

Have had both standard room and premier room at this hotel recently. Paying extra for premier room is not worth it. Not much difference between the two other than the price!

Exceptional Service and Comfort at Premier Inn I recently stayed at the Premier Inn for two nights, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the reception team, particularly Lizzie and Jess, who were absolutely fantastic. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to help made them stand out as the best hotel receptionists I have ever encountered. On my first night, I encountered an issue with the air-conditioning in my room. I mentioned it to the reception, and without hesitation, Lizzie and Jess immediately arranged for me to be moved to a different room. The swift and seamless manner in which they handled the situation was truly impressive, ensuring my comfort was never compromised. The rest of my stay was incredibly comfortable, and I felt well looked after the entire time. The hotel itself is clean, quiet, and perfectly located for my needs, but it was really the exceptional service from the staff, particularly Lizzie and Jess, that made this stay memorable. If you’re looking for a hotel where the staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect, look no further than Premier Inn. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning in the future!

Food was decent but nothing special. Every table in there that we used was sticky. 9.30 last orders. 9.45 they wanted us out!!

The room was well appointed, clean and tidy. We were not informed before our visit that the lift had not been working for weeks. As we had to climb 3 sets of stairs with our luggage and both have knee problems, this was hugely inconvenient, not to say, painful. Breakfast was good, and plentiful if you arrived before 8.30. After 9 items tended to run out and not be replenished. It also got very busy and noisy later into breakfast service.

Superb welcome on reception from Phillippa and Jenny. A great cheery team forming a really friendly front of house for the weary traveller. I’d booked two separate nights and they were so kind in arranging for me to stay in the same room. Delighted. So much easier! Premier Inn room as ever - exactly what you need - including a nest of a bed! Perfectly positioned just off the A30. Starlike all round.

I stay here almost every time I travel to Cornwall for work. Staff are very friendly, great / convenient location right off the A30. Rooms are what you expect from premier in, I always use prem plus. Plenty of parking and the restaurant is acceptable.

Guess it's become Premier Inn's policy but rooms aren't serviced anymore unless you ask for it the night before. If you want to eat at the Table Table restaurant, you need to book this with reception. It can get very busy. The food is excellent though and well worth booking a table for the evening, morning or both. Ask reception about the meal deal.

Just off a roundabout and the A30 this hotel is isolated from the town and it's shops. Nearby is a Premier shop and a pub. It's quite a walk to the town but there is a fairly regular bus service. If You want to eat at the table table restaurant it's best to book at the hotel's reception. Ask about the meal deal. Good value but they won't tell you about it.

Absolutely fab. Emergency services called to a broken lift, fixed the day before having been broken for over a year. Great service, pleasant staff, super comfy bed. Good job, all!

Stayed at this hotel twice now. On both occasions brilliant service and food as always. Special thx to a lady called Amber from the restaurant team. Amazing service so polite and bubbly even though they were short staffed. What a brilliant young lady. Definitely will be staying again.

I have stayed here for business trips in the south west. The hotel is directly off of the main road through Redruth so locating it is a breeze. The staff are always happy to help and polite and the rooms are always clean and well maintained. The only small thing is the limited restaurant menu and the general quality of the food is satisfactory.

I recently visited Count House Cafe in Geevor on a Sunday, and it was a great experience! They offer an all-day breakfast that is honestly one of the best breakfast menus I’ve ever seen. As someone with a dairy intolerance, I was pleasantly surprised to find an amazing vegan breakfast option available. I opted for the vegan breakfast, which included French toast made with local sourdough, hash browns, vegetable sausages, and pancakes. It was a huge breakfast, but every bite was delicious! It was so refreshing to have a different option for once, and I truly appreciated the effort they put into creating such a satisfying yet truly delicious meal. The cafe also has an amazing view from the window, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Count House Cafe to anyone looking for a great breakfast spot with plenty of delicious options. I can't wait to return and try more from their menu!

Monday evenings are very busy, motorbike meet night. Despite the large queue, managed to get served fairly quickly and food brought to table too.
