Premier Inn Newquay (Quintrell Downs) hotel in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly

Room what's supposed to be accessible No where to place toiletries near shower, 🚿 water came out as a trickle no pressure whatsoever grouting in shower tiles brown absolute disgusting.no seat near sink to brush teeth etc Room needs a revamp so does the shower room. I can't believe an accessible disabled room is on the first floor along an extremely long corridor turn left and another extremely long corridor I would not call it at all accessible it states on the left do not use in event of fire I use an electric scooter because of mobility issues this hotel is definitely not disabled friendly it needs to be looked at or rooms health and safety designed by a disabled person!!!!

Have only ever eaten there. Brilliant food house that provides pub grub of a very high standard. The weekdays menu is amazing - a hot meal for less than most places charge for a sandwich. Great staff, easy to find and plenty of free parking. Highly recommended

Stayed here for one night on 23/3/25 had a lovely stay again room clean and a good size kettle in room so could make a cup of tea staff were friendly we booked the meal deal with the room which was great had tea and breakfast the next morning again was lovely we will definitely be back again

So local to Newquay , staff were friendly . Rooms were clean and comfortable . Shout out to Dean who worked in the restaurant , very quick witted but very professional with it

Deafening aircon rumble from other rooms, close to noisy roundabout. Not a very restful place to sleep. Room clean and comfortable.

Its a nice friendly place to stay, the staff are very helpful and pleasant. Room was spotlessly clean and had a nice bathroom. We travelled by train here, but you really do need a car as nearly 3 miles from Newquay. Bit of noise from outside with road traffic and a big construction site across the main road, but in fairness we slept well here.

Recently had a night here, the night concierge lady was brilliant. She helped us with getting our meal refunded quickly and offered to bring our food to the room when it was delivered, even though she was the only person on duty. Highly recommend Premier Inn Newquay! Just don't have the meal deal from the Tavern next door or expect them to adhere to their advertised timing of being open.

Room and bathroom clean and comfortable. Lovely friendly reception and restaurant staff. Breakfast was perfect.

Hotel very well located, clean and nice room. The main problem comes from the paid WIFI which is not received in rooms far from reception (room 218 for example). The problem was reported to reception but I don't think we were the first.

This was the 4th year goin here an the food is amazing never had a bad meal and usually there is 5 of us and everyone says its good quality for the money . The service is always spot on very friendly very helpful highly recommend 👍🏻

Very hard to rate as Amazing staff, very clean, great breakfast, rooms tidy and all bedding clean, staff on hand to help and able to ask for extras I. E bedding. Only down side was the constant vibration / humming noise at night, didn't sleep well at all. Not to sure if it's other rooms air con or something but can't hear other rooms or traffic. Also lift was out of order for 2 days but didn't effect us.

Great staff, rooms were good and clean. Great location for where I needed to go. Will return when next in area.

Fantastic hotel not expensive, food was good, my only comment would be when I had my evening meal in the restaurant I was not meal checked whilst eating my meal. I was only asked when the waitress removed my plate. I am a publican and have managed harvester restaurant's so I am aware of company protocols.

Everything you’d expect from a premier inn

Only stayed one night here,but I would definitely come back again when and if I am in the area.

Love staying at premier inn's, the only drawback was strength of wifi signal. However the room was spotless and receptionist lovely.

Stayed here for a couple of nights with two family members who are wheelchair users. Staff were supportive and very helpful and welcoming. Rooms were great; dining room staff were so good.

Beds are comfy. The staff are incredibly friendly and the breakfast is good! What more could you want?
