Location was perfect, really close to fun restaurants and bars. Less than 5 minutes to the train station. Mona was very helpful and guided us with places around to checkout and promptly provided us with a baby cot. Overall a nice place.

Self checkin fails every time. This time the system had not checked out the last person. Manual checkin is particularly slow! Lift smelled of weed! And another guest in the lift at 7pm drink with pint glass from the pub over the road.ater on the evening very noisy other guests making a dim on the corridor Rooms are now starting to look tired and need a decoration. However it's convenient if working in Camberley and the hot water works!

Great location. Good service and typical rooms for a Premier Inn. You know what you are going to get. Parking is a bit of a walk, especially if you have a large case.

Hotel excellent, however needs clearer signage from the multi story car park

A typical Premier inn, no USB charging points in our room, but a big, comfy bed. Car parking was a 4 minute walk away at the Atrium car park, parking was £9 a day.

Nice hotel in Camberley. Here you can explore everything on foot in the city center. The breakfast in particular is really tasty and rich with everything you could want.

Awful experience no hot water fire alarm going off for no reason staff didn't know what they was doing ,wouldn't stay again

Friendly and helpful staff and overall a pleasant stay. Cheap night stay, slept well and enjoyed a decent breakfast - not bad at all.

Extremely poor service from staff especially at evening meal times were I had to wait over an hour for my meal to come to my table then it wasn't correct and not hot,this happened several times on my 5 day stay at this premier inn. They don't even listen to your complaints.
