Premier Inn Bagshot hotel in Surrey Heath

Great premier Inn staff very professional and friendly.

Stayed one night for a nearby party. The room was comfortable but the curtains didn't shut out the outside light.

Very easy to travel to Ascot Racecourse

Worth every penny. Everything you need for a good nights sleep. Friendly staff plenty of parking

Stopped by for a much needed meal & rest on our journey back home.This place is conveniently located on a main road and there's a Cricket ground to the back of Premier Inn & the Cricketer's Beefeater

The staff in this hotel are extremely kind and helpful, nothing you ask is too great. All staff members that I encountered were helpful, friendly and professional. You must register your car at reception otherwise you may be fined The rooms were as you would expect for a premier inn, clean well presented and cozy. The only issue being the lack of Air conditioning, additional fans were presented but the rooms can get a bit stuffy even with window open and fans on. The hotel is close to 3 of the uks busiest theme parks but is still very cheap despite that. It's in an idea driving distance to Legoland Windsor, Thorpe park and Chessington world of adventure. There is a shop located in a petrol station not too far down the road and an large Tesco store located about 15 minutes away by car.

It's definitely a Premier Inn that's a bit tired now but still comfortable and in a good location. Friendly service!

Very clean very precise and very helpful would definitely stay again when visiting my son. This was a visit forme to be at my sons wedding and really would have been stuck if it had been some of the other hotels I've stayed in. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH XX

Very noisy and hot, no aircon so had to have windows open

Temperamental water hot and cold, staff are OK not always eager to help and very bad for vehicles being broken into

Good place to stay, food portions are small but maybe I'm greedy!!

The room was clean and comfy just your normal premier inn room. Had dinner in the Beefeater restaurant next door. The food was OK. Had a cooked breakfast in the morning and it was terrible. Most of it was cold and the sausages were dry and very hard to cut. We did complain and consequently were not charged for it. My advice don't have breakfast at the hotel just go a couple of minutes up the road to Long acres garden center where you will get a brilliant breakfast.

It's not a 5 star hotel, but the service, location and what you get for your money is superb. Its on a main road, so you'd think it was going to be noisy, it's not at all. Would stay here again. Could probably do with a bit of renovation work but ultimately it was a quiet stay where the service was brilliant.

Stayed here before and rooms are just adequate, the place is an odd maze of corridors. The website booking process is iffy and the date kept reverting to the previous day which was frustrating, calling them is all but useless as nobody picks up the phone. Only stay here as it's conveniently located for my needs when in the area.
