Costa Coffee in Surrey Heath

A huge thank you for the ladies who worked in the afternoon. My daughter spilled her drink by accident. Staff kindly offered a free replacement and cleaned up the spillage without hesitation. My cortado was fabulous as well.

I never been to a coffee costa shop never felt the need but had a cold cappucino and i will be going again

Tuna melt and mozzarella melt sandwiches were cold. The staff member took them out of oven before the timer finished.

Very calm environment and nice spot to chill after shopping. Service is okay.

Disappointed with my cappuccino. Only got half a cup...I know it's suppose to have some sort of foam but this is literally half a cup. Tasted nice though 🤷‍♀️ staff was nice when I asked for more hot water to be put in, which is the most important thing

A bit grubby and in need of a facelift

Got one burnt coffee and partner got a awful milky coffee. Couldn't even finish the coffees! What a waste of money!

Quality espresso drinks. Lots of alternative milk options and big open sitting area at this location.

Large seating area with floor to ceiling windows which nicely light up the cafe. Friendly staff and of course, some quality coffee too!

Ok place in Next but very hard to hear the staff behind masks and screen.

Just received a delivery from Costa, I ordered a chicken fajita wrap but received a ham and cheese toastie with a note to say they had run out. Firstly they had no idea whether I eat ham! And secondly it was stone cold and rock hard.!! Obviously been sat on the side for ages, as it took an hour for the order to arrive!! Bad customer service on this occasion and has now put me off ordering from them.

It can get busy and long queue sometimes but if you go after lunchtime rush there's barely anyone there and the atmosphere and coffee is lovely!

Have been drinking machine coffee for a while, only Costa machine may I add. But I really enjoyed sitting In and drinking coffee.

1st visit since lockdown restrictions have eased. Very clean, adhering to all guidelines so had a very relaxing coffee!

Staff are helpful and friendly. The festive drinks are available here too. Although on the website says you can get The purple one hot chocolate, but seems no store around the area does it. You used to get a little Chocolate with your Terry's hot chocolate, but don't seem to have any either. However overall the store is good, so would highly recommend.

Unfortunately the coffee quality was not as expected from Costa.

Service poor.pointed out to manager gentleman in queue not covering nose and mouth with mask.he said it was a Costa problem and did nothing. Not enough staff or help from manager as he was busy on his laptop or talking to the girl who was supposed to be clearing tables. There was a queue round the store.

Lovely and relaxing place. The staff were really nice and lovely. The coffee was good. I ordered the iced mocha and I thought it was great! It’s not too sweet and it was refreshing on a hot summer day. Good place to chill after a long day of shopping
