As good a drive-through as you can get. Prompt and friendly service, good coffee and a lovely aroma wafts into your car from the window as you collect your drinks.

Very busy but was served quickly and efficiently. I used the drive thru and the young girl serving was very friendly

Popped in for a coffee and cake. Service was ok, not particularly friendly but ok. What didn’t help was the staff member driving into the car park so fast that I had to jump back off the pedestrian crossing in the car park - would have been nice to have gotten an apology but he seemed to find it amusing.

Disappointed with today's chocolate brownie frappe from Costa. Normally a fan, but the quality and taste consistency were poor this time. The flavors seemed off, with an odd imbalance of ingredients. Especially disappointing considering its price at 4.55£. Hopefully, it's just a one-time occurrence."

A small comfortable Costa. Fairly quiet when we went. It felt nicer than most. Probably as there is less "CostaBrown" decor, which is now looking so old.

Quick service through the drive thru. Sometimes difficult if wishing to dine in with the small car park and cars queuing for drive thru. Good customer service. Average Costa. Good location.

Good coffee shop with both comfy and table seating. Just watch out for the silly carparking. You MUST register your number plate when you enter the shop and you can ONLY stay for 1.5 hours regardless of the fact you could be spending money with them all morning!

All well, some material covered chairs would benefit from being cleaned or replaced!

Usually very good. Went to get my hot chocolate, as Costa do special's this time of year. Asked the guy what specials you do? Big girl behind him stated there's a board as you come in with all the hot chocolates. Bit of a rude person, it was dark and not very well lit, so couldn't see the board. Got a cold chocolate not a hot one. Drank half and threw the rest in the bin. The Big girl should really learn some manners or is that not part of your pronouns now? What I should of said is there's a gym called Active gym in bracknell you must of missed the board for that.

I recently drove through this Costa for two drinks... The guy serving us easily made both mine and my passengers day, he was so lovely and polite and darn right funny! He made this place a pure pleasure and would be the reason I'd go back! I'm gutted I didn't get his name. Because it's people like him who deserve the recognition!!!!

This is our favourite branch of Costa and today we've been served by Theo. WOW. What a great experience, friendly and really polite, hope we see him again next visit.

Extremely poor management and experience. Walk in to sit and suddenly you see a notice that there is no sitting available. Quite of instances stuff is not available. The service needs to be more consistent

Team member on duty lied, was rude and condescending to me in front of customer and staff, and tried to refuse to serve me when I tried to explain why I did not know how many sugars to take, he told me to be specific when I was being very specific and after telling the Manager, Hollie, how rude he was, he was sarcastically say " BYE" to me and waving sarcastically, all because I did not know how many sugar in a cup of Earl Grey tea for a work colleague. All on video. for future reference.

Excellent Service (Good Coffee).

Very efficient service - from placing the order, to collection and payment within a few minutes, very easy and timely. It makes a difference compared to others and the drive through system works well for those commuting. I particuarly liked the Chocolate Orange hot chocolate, served with a segment of chocolate orange to finish it off!

Came here for lunch with my son. Food was ok but was a long queue and service was pretty slow.

Queued at the drive through for 25 minutes during opening hours to get to the order machine to be told that they were closed by an automated message. Staff member seem to be having a bit of a breakdown at the front of the shop as we joined the queue but didn’t bother mentioning anything to us. Totally unprofessional. Half 3 on a Saturday afternoon, with no clue as to why they were shut.

Just visited Costa and Drive Through shut at 5 .10 advertised as open until 7pm.

Very quick and efficient visit here. A good choice of hot and cold drinks and snacks. There isn't a huge amount of space to que but the service is really quick. There is an option to eat in as ell as drive through.

I came here a lot last year and wasn’t aware of the 1.5 hrs parking rule where if u park more, you will. be issued with Penalty fines which then turn into ccjs asking for 300 per stay. What for? For ordering more coffees and sandwiches??? I will never buy a costa coffee again it’s just average and parking is a con ran by civil enforcement where Costa make money too. Beware

Fell on quality of preparation in comparison to other costa outlets.

This is a nice coffee shop even if next to a main road. Their cappuccino with soya milk is the best compared with other Costa Coffee in Berkshire.

Sunday Morning at 9:22, queue of 10+ cars and the manager says 'Im sorry I only have 2 people".... shocking and disappointing! How do they want to bounce back after covid??????

I order the same drink here 4 times (coconut and vanilla latte plus) and been charged 4 different prices. It should be £3.60 as per the website and order boards, however when I challenge the lady at the shop for mis charging me she says it's because im having an alternative milk (coconut milk) now... im not asking for an alternative milk its actually part of the recipe Costa designed, it's not my choice because its ordered from the menu, I've not ordered a bespoke coffee.

Walked up the road for a Costa coffee while my electric van was charging. Sat on the tables outside in the sunshine between showers.

Excellent, quick service only downside when we went to have our drinks by the river, no milk in my tea☹

Handy! The flow of traffic doesn't really support drive thru and going in store. I'd be worried about never getting back out of the cat park but people clearly do 🤣

Missing coffee and cake for too long, so dropped in at Bagshot Drive Thru on our way to a local garden centre. Simple queuing system, ordering, payment very easy, and supplies delivered safely. Pleasant staff, coffee and cake up to Costa standard.

Grabbed a hot chocolate on a snow day just what was needed!

The entrance is immediately, and I mean within a few inches, past the traffic lights! The entrance sign is very small and easy to miss! I ended up entering via the exit 😲 take care. Otherwise a great experience, helpful and polite staff.

Closed because they had ran out of milk... I just wanted a freshly brewed coffee, no milk. So lost service there.

Bagshot is definitely one of the better Costa's but they've recently stopped doing lacto free milk?! That now leaves the weird flavoured milks now lile almond and coconut. Please bring it back 🙏

So disappointed about my cheese and ham sandwich, this’s second time happened to me, they don’t do proper at all.

Long lines at the drive thru and no wonder, the place is amazing.

Ordered 6 drinks via the drive through, 4 of which were hot chocolates of varying flavours. All tasted very weak and watery. Not up to usual standards.

I love Costa. My favourite coffee. The staff were really sweet. I tried the festive Irish velvet latte. 10/10 would recommend this place.

The drive thru was closed, so went inside. The service was good and quick. Would highly recommend.

Usually a bit of a wait but chairs etc are well spaced. Used Photoshop for the joint Selfie 😅 Don't miss inputting your car registration number at the till... I didn't realise that they had started using a new system (dark when arrived... Been going there since it opened) and got a hefty fine (which I thankfully managed to get cancelled after many discussions. Great they are open until 7pm... Almost every other coffee shop shuts early and not all of us want to go to the pub or can afford to dine out to see friends (once the tiers change again!). Overall, we keep going back! 😀🍰☕

Stopped by for an energy boost on the way back home from a family bike ride. The drive through queue was humongous but we were able to go inside and order for drinking/eating outside. Social distancing measures were in place to keep outside tables apart and toilets were clean and tidy. Kudos.

No veggie options. Everythings run out. Workers don't know the deals. And an exceptionally long queue

No signs saying card only but once at collection window told they operating cashless system. Even though there was a sign saying no whipped cream.
