It was a brilliant hotel! We stayed in a family room, which was really spacious – about twice the size of a standard hotel room. The room was very clean, and having a bathtub really helped me relax after a long day. It was my first time staying at a Premier Inn, and I’d love to use it again when I travel to other places.

I usually stay in a premier inn because it’s reliable, good bed and shower and nice modern room. This hotel does have both a good shower and a comfy bed but that’s where it stops. The room I had was very dated, nothing like any other premier room I had stayed in before, the window was screwed shut and the extractor fan didn’t work properly, so the room had a awful musty damp smell the whole time I was there. The rest of the room was really dated with damage to the desk, around the bath and sink and a bathroom door that had swollen and I actually got stuck inside of for a while. Also as it was at the back of the hotel I was woken up in the morning by the bins being emptied and clattering of glass bottles at night The location is great, parking across the road is £7.70 a day not the £5 the hotel advertised Staff were fine. Sad to see twinning tea had been replaced with Pg tips. Didn’t use the restaurant as there’s better value breakfasts in Caernarfon itself. Not sure it’s much better than a travel lodge now.

Pleasant hotel, comfy beds and a decent breakfast. Perfectly located for our trip to Snowdon via Pyg track and return via the Miner's track. Hotel is located on the quayside at Carnarfon harbour.

I left 2 phone chargers plugged into the socket in the wall(100% sure). When I realised I sent someone over to pick them up thinking they would be in lost property. He was told they found the apple watch charger but not the iphone charger. Unfortunately the staff at this hotel decided to help themselves to the iphone 16 charger. Disgraceful!!

Fantastic location to explore the town. The rooms were ok for a stop over. The bathroom was a little bit run down but was clean enough. There isn't any on-site parking but there is a carpark just around the corner, which does 24-hour parking.

This is a typical Premier Inn. Ideally centrally located on the docks in the centre of caernarfon. The rooms could do with a bit of an update. The heating wasn't working in ours, so had to ask for an additional heater.

One of the best hotel I stayed, staffed are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I have been using this hotel now for more than a year and the standard of cleanliness and comfort is amazing. Jodie who’s been always looking after me from the first day of staying here. She dealt most of enquiries I have, even she was promoted as a manager previously at Bangor branch, she still never failed to extend her help if needed. Five star for her and the rest of the staff.

Stayed for 4 nights. A very clean, comfortable rooms, helpful staff. The breakfast at the Table Table pub was lacking in many products due to the delivery not arriving, but the staff there were also lovely. I understand that the delivery was completely out of their control, but it was disappointing nonetheless. But overall, it was a great stay (and we loved the free biscuits offered in reception!).

Really good! Car park over the road, short walk costs approx £6 overnight. Staff incredibly helpful and rooms clean and quiet. Will honestly stay here again as 2 large supermarkets either side and a mcdonalds down the road.

The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. Unfortunately, only the double bed had been made despite booking the family room. We requested sheets for the two single beds and the very kind lady at reception asked us if we wanted her to make them for us and we declined as it wasn’t her responsibility but it was lovely of her to offer. Apart from that we had a nice stay and a great sleep. Breakfast was okay too.

The establishment is well located near the historic center, and close to two supermarkets. Good welcome at reception, the rooms are clean and the bedding comfortable. The only downside is that the wifi disconnects all the time.

Hotel approx 7 minute walk to town centre. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Only 6 disabled parking slots are available by the hotel.Car park is just over the road in two tiers, no problem parking but it is pay and display. Can recommend the hotel. 20 minutes to Snowdon Mountain Railway, Llanberis Lake Railway Slate Museum. Their is a bus stop outside the hotel. Picture is a view from Thyme restaurant alongside the hotel.

We spent 3 nights at the Premier Inn Caernarfon. Overall, we only liked the hotel to a limited extent. We found the large room, the very good location and the parking options (chargeable) right next door to be positive. The negative, however, was that the room was already very worn out and 3 of 4 lamps in the bathroom were broken, which made it very dark. The restaurant where breakfast is served is also very busy. When we checked in, we were initially told the wrong number of nights booked and overall the employee didn't seem friendly or competent.

We checked in on March 30. The staff treated us very well that night. They took the initiative to open the door between the two rooms for us and quickly made the bed. Their attitude was excellent.

Standard Premier Inn, The staff are friendly and rooms are bigger than usual. However, been here 3 years ago and the same issue with the pressure-less shower still!? Breakfast wasn't great either - food ran out and people were asking for refund Location is great tho with Morrisons a short walk away.

The restaurant had many seating areas and was confutable, smart and clean. There was an excellent range of menu options. I enjoyed a roast beef dinner with all the trimmings and my husband enjoyed a burger and chips.

Attended for an evening meal, family in tow. The food is tasty, but the portions are barely enough for a child never mind a grown person with a full-sized stomach. The menu is fairly limited but the options are decent enough. Sadly, the prices are "hotel prices", even though this business is separate from the resort (something the resort is very keen to point out). So you end up paying quite a bit of money for not a lot of food and drink. Also, the location means that it's practically deserted and you'll be eating your meal in near isolation, if that kind of thing bothers you. The bar staff were excellent though, I never found out their name but she was happy, attentive and engaged with the whole family.

Although we arrived quite late in the day the staff were welcoming and provided sandwiches with accompanying salad which were obviously freshly made and delicious. The prices were reasonable and the service good. It is obviously a place where locals eat which is always a good recommendation.
