Just wanted two coffees - 25 minutes later still no coffee. No system and not enough staff, lady on till takes orders and also is tasked with making the drinks, Avoid.

Not dog friendly. Only if you want to sit outside in the rain.

We'd been walking early near Yr Wyddfa & passed this cafe on our way home. It did not disappoint! The breakfast was lovely, and really tasty eggs too. It wasn't ready in an instant, but that's what you expect with a freshly cooked breakfast. Staff were young, friendly, and helpful, I can't fault it. There was a group of locals in too, which is a good sign to me. I've maked it on my maps for future reference. We'll definitely call in again.

We visited as we were leaving Zipworld as I was seeking a local small supplier for lunch rather than spending yet more money at Zipworld! The menu was just what we like: Breakfast options, paninis, jacket potatoes etc. We got seated outside and ordered our lunch. The drinks came quickly, the food took more time but I suspect they were short of staff on our visit. My panini was tasty and came with a salad and some lovely homemade mayonnaise. All in it was great value and just what we wanted.

Well patronised and long established local cafe providing an excellent service to both local people and visitors. Personally supervised by the proprietor.

I had a large breakfast and two coffees for £17.99. It did seem expensive but hey ho I was on holiday so I went for it. The food was good and sitting outside watching the world go by passed the time.

Please get rid of that ill mannered young woman that was serving on Sunday 9th June . She must be competing to be the rudest person in Bethesda. Service here is normally pleasant and friendly- She is going to destroy your business with her attitude. And if you are going to stop serving as much as a sandwich at 13.35 don't advertise that you are open till 14.00.

We ordered the regular breakfast and we both agreed it was the best cooked breakfast we’ve had in a long time. The hash browns seemed hand made and they were phenomenal. Very generous with the portion size as well. As visitors to wales and this being a local little cafe the staff were very friendly to us. We would definitely come again.

The guy who owns the cafe is so lovely. Had only just opened and did us 5 bacon baps right away, very timely. Super lovely and chatty, and gave my sister a free cookie (as you can see it didn’t last long) and a Coca Cola, and me a cup of tea as it was her birthday. True gem to the little village, recommend for tourists like us, and I’m sure the locals too! Thanks again ❣️

Served by a lovely young blonde lady, food was nice. Young lady with brown hair, who brought out the order was the rudest service person ever. Not the attitude you expect from a person in the service industry. Definitely would not return to be spoken to in that manner.

Lovely lunch! The ladies even cut my daughter's toasties smaller to accommodate for her age! Egg mayo made from scratch, still warm, delicious! Great service, definitely recommend.

DISCUSTING ! Was way over priced sausages were hard and dry even my wife 'dave' said so and he has had alot of sausage in his time. Now then the bacon was very salty eggs were not runny like we ASKED FOR THREE TIMES ..... and it gets worse my knife was dirty and to top it all off they couldent even make a good cup of tea ans mine was colder than my ex wifes hart .NEVER AGAIN was poor from start to finish and thay have the cheek to charge you a bomb for it i wouldn't come back if you payed me

Popped in by chance on our way to ZipWorld for breakfast. Very welcoming and clean establishment. Reasonably priced and very good food. Food was freshly cooked and served quickly. Coffee was very nice. Would definitely return if in the area.

Stopped on a last minute flying visit en route to Anglesey just as the cafe was about to close and was made very welcome. Really enjoyed the toastie, salad and coffee. Lovely cafe with very friendly staff. Will defo go back and highly recommend.

Heading to Zipworld? Don't be tempted to stop at Sarbucks up the road. This place was great. Free parking nearby, fabulous breakfast bap and the coffee was spot on.

A lovely little tea and coffee shop with outside seating and a cafe menu of filling hearty food. Service was fast and very friendly. Perfect little stop whilst passing some down time.

We always stop at this cafe when we're out and about in Wales in this area on our motorbikes. Good prices, food good place is nice and clean, sit out side when sunny or inside, staff are friendly and efficient, also about 50meters along the road theirs a local car park on same side as cafe.

We met up with family for lunch. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had the breakfast which was good value. The vegetarian breakfast was also good.

Absolutely loved having breakfast here today. Service was lovely and the food was delicious, we're on holiday so never been here before but we had a really nice experience definitely would recommend

Stopped for family vegetarian breakfast on our way home from Anglesey. Great that we could make up our own choice of what we wanted on toast. Service was quick although bit of a miss on what we ordered but it was corrected without any fuss.

Arrived at 10:10am on a Sunsday morning . After a great morning at Zip World . However ordered breakfast at 10:15 and it took until 11:30 for it to be brought out , no sausages - came out later , no toast came out later . Breakfast cold , perhaps staff were busy dealing with the lady that came in the cafe demanding to see some one in the back .Disappointed....

Really dissapointed. Reviews online looked amazing. But got in there at just gone 10am , ordered toast , poached eggs on toast and full English. With tea , coffee and milkshake. Service seemed good by 3 young girls . Drinks arrived instantly but breakfast was very delayed.. waiting 1h for poached eggs..arrived with 3 hard eggs ... an extra 20mins for toast.. only 1 slice arrived.should have been 2. then the full english arrived ... no sausage ,no toast. . Then toast and sausage arrived separate and sausage not cooked.. 1hr30 mins in total Was giving them the benefit of the doubt as there was an incident that happened just after we had ordered. But there was no sorry,no offer of an extra drink while we were waiting. However take away orders were being made while we waited. . We would have walked out if we were not so hungry as we had gotten up early to do the zip wire first. Such a shame . 😞

Double egg, chips and beans for me, and sausage, chips and beans for Mrs G. She's a bit fussy about her sausages (nothing with herbs or weird stuff in them please), but these were from the local butcher and met with her approval. A decent meal in a proper cafe.

No toilets I'm this place. The chips was perfectly fried and one of the best I've had.

Not good. Breakfast baps with up to 3 items are £4.70 on the menu, yet when ordering exactly that, for some unknown reason we are charged £10 (double price) and given a panini. We had clearly said breakfast bap and no one had said the word panini so I am at a loss as to why we were charged for this. Anyway, no one seemed bothered in the slightest, quality and service both not good

Been here a few times. Service is always fast and friendly. There’s a good menu, and the staff are always willing to accommodate for allergies. The coffee is also exceptional! There’s parking just up the road, and the tables outside are perfect for those nice days. Lovely spot to watch the world go by!

Stopped here briefly today whilst on a bike ride. They do a very good Americano and I had a nice piece of chocolate orange cake. Would definitely stop again and highly recommend!

Visited Wales and had this breakfast just before the Snowdonia hike. I was impressed! Ordered vegetarian full English and the portion size was perfect. The coffee was also delicious and came in a large mug. We also got complimentary toast between us - many thanks!! Keep up the great work and I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Disgusting, overpriced and over cooked, everything deep fried, no taste, bargain banger’s, salty bacon, waist of money you could get a cheaper breakfast in the city!!!!!!

Visited Caffi Seren cafe with my family. We all had a very enjoyable breakfast.The Food was excellent and a friendly hospitality to match. Highly recommended.

Take away bacon & sausage bap and a black coffee (albeit with an extra shot) over £9 !!!!!!!! Coffee wasn’t as asked for and the food was woeful (could only stomach about half before throwing the rest away). Cheap and nasty bread, fatty bacon and budget sausages. Terrible terrible terrible

I would highly recommend a visit, had a lovely baked potato with home made coleslaw which was delicious. Had a huge iced coffee which has been the nicest I have received in a long time. Look forward to returning when passing through.

Bit of shame to complain but I felt as a visitor I was served slower and left to serve locals first. All custom is equal. The young lass was brilliant but rushed off her feet. I happen to notice several staff members in the kitchen area standing around and chatting. When the girl serving was rushing. 20 minutes for a coffee and ice cream is not good. Again maybe more staff behind the counter. And serve all customers not locals first.

Very friendly, good food a very responsibly priced

I had the misfortune of visiting here Sunday 29th August 2021. Three of us arrived together and all ordered a large breakfast. This is a simple set menu which is set by the cafe not me. What could possibly go wrong? After a young girl walking out on approximately 10+ times with someones breakfast and nobody on every occasion claiming it, my friend asked where our meal and drinks were. Eventually we go our drinks. Next was a breakfast she tried to give to my friend and after 4 occasions some was right and some was missing.. Although were asked on two further occasions if we had ordered food.... My tea arrived, well, I say tea..... something which was intended to be a cup of tea. And finally two breakfast arrived. I would like to say large breakfast but as mine fell 30% short of the set menu, missing toast, black pudding, hash brown I can not say it was what I ordered. The three of us have said we will not waste our money there again and one friend has written a review elsewhere. If you want a lovely full breakfast served with the listed items on the menu, and a great cup of tea, do NOT visit caffi seren. If you want to be short changed, served food which was close resemblance to being cooked on a camping stove, then try caffi seren, but do NOT expect to get what you paid for, although I am sure they would have been very unhappy if I had asked for money back. Service, standards, staff, quality, I can not give a zero, only a one star as google do not offer this. But just in case, I am giving it a ZERO.

Visited for a take-away lunch today. Staff nice enough. Food awful! Take-away Panini and a baguette and 2 cold drinks a bit pricey for over £14 in my opinion! Waited over 20 minutes and there were only 2 other tables occupied. The food itself was shocking - no wonder you could hardly taste the egg mayo in the baguette - there was hardly any, the stingiest filing I have ever seen (see picture) and there was hardly any cheese in one half of the ham amd cheese panini either (and they’d forgotten to add the onion that I’d asked for). Both came with OLD inedible salad! Waste of money, wish I’d gone elsewhere. If I’d have eaten in or on the tables outside I would have definately complained - but wasn’t worth the hassle to return after leaving! Would definately NOT return or recommend! (Afiach)!

Found a seat easily enough although the table blatantly hadn't been cleaned. Ignored by the young lady who I presume her role is to take orders. Managed to order, shame they managed to serve up some pretty poor food. Cold beans, needed to be reminded...

Caffi Seren was so welcoming! We were served in good time with hearty portions. Great selection of fillings for baguettes, toasties,paninins, jackets. Plus fry ups. It was really good value for money. Coffee was great , too. Thank you!

A lovely little cafe that serves a smashing breakfast (create your own, if you want!) and the best milky coffee we’ve had outside of Yorkshire! We were staying just outside Bethesda for a few days and we had breakfast at Caffi Seren every morning…the perfect start to our day! Friendly staff and good quality food - delicious :)

Quick visit for a quick snack. Almost choked when i had the bill though. Bacon egg mushroom sandwich, beans on toast with egg and mushrooms and two teas were £17. Be careful adding things to your meal as they add up. Staff friendly enough, food...

Lovely Cafe!!! Customer service was excellent since they let us build our own breakfast. A lot to choose from so take your time. We ordered fried eggs with mushrooms and hashbrowns, and buttered toasts on the side. Also, ordered a Mocha and a Latte - both tasted spot on. The food quality and service is top notch. A lot of locals visit the place so it gave a homely presence. A must visit if you want delicious food with great customer service.

This had a very small garden but lovely grounds and had some spectacular trees, including an extensive selection of eucalyptus that smelled wonderful as the sun evaporated their volatile oils. The cafe was OK but a bit dear and I had to get them to top up the very expensive coffee as it was at least an inch from the top of the cup!! That's soooo annoying.

Really impressed that they made us cheese and beans toastie and panini which isn't on the menu. Food was good. They sold lemon Fanta which is hard to come by. Only problem was thick dust behind the till which is situated next to the table...

£13 for 3 toasties then charges us £6.90 when we pay separate???? Food wasn't cooked even near the way we asked an one side was bread the other half toasted. Won't be going back.
