Premier Inn Bristol South hotel in Bristol, City of

After a late flight home to Bristol airport we found Bristol south premier inn very easily .Had a very warm welcome from two lovely ladies Lisa and Jenny .Very happy friendly welcome , very informative .Room was beautifully clean and facilities to make drinks in our room despite the late hour .Will definitely use this hotel again

Friendly, clean but facade rather tired

We were accommodated in the annex building. Our room was a little tired with one bed side table missing but clean otherwise. We were disturbed (unusual for premier inn ) by another resident opening and closing a door every few minutes between 3 and 4 am . Impossible to get to reception without dressing and then passing him due to being in a separate building.

Clean rooms, receptionist friendly, located outside Bristol.

Went to stay at the beginning and end of our holiday. Ideal place to stay when flying from Bristol. Had the evening meal deal with breakfast. Fantastic

Mandy who works on reception at Bristol Souths Premier Inn was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help me, which I am so incredibly grateful for. Standard premier inn, shame it has no A/C

It's a Premier Inn. It's fine. Beds are very comfy. The water pressure in the shower is very good. The location is one big sprawling parking lot with the occasional fast food place scattered around.

biggest problem was door wouldn’t lock and lots of activity all day and night in corridors. Banging doors going and could hear everything. Wouldn’t stay again

As always a nice little stop off on our way to our main stays as it cannot be beat on value and comfort ❤️

Me and my wife arrived on the 25/07/24 as we do every year when visiting family,we had the warmest welcome by Lewis who went above and beyond with his customer service We normally request a ground floor room by calling in advance but this time we forgot and ended up on the 1st floor lewis took no time in reassuring us that he would be able to move our room last minute. Hope to see you again next year

Lack of air conditioning on a hot summers evening is a bit of an issue. There is plenty of parking although the smashed glass in the dedicated car park made it a bit of a minefield, especially navigating at night. The are sufficient food outlets nearby to cater for one or two nights without needing to drive but there is little in the area and you are only going to be stopping there for a short visit I guess.

Very welcoming staff at the Counter and good sized rooms with lots of eating options nearby.

The room was lovely but there is room.for improvement the rooms need to modernize to USB power points as only things like hair dryers and laptops will use mains plugs which left me unable to charge my mobile phone Another disappointment was there wasn't enough tea coffee and milk and sugar although it was made available at reception to help yourself to there is still no way people only drink 2 cups of tea or coffee. The staff did seem very friendly and gave a warm welcome though and the beds were very comfortable and I did notice there was spare bedding available but again another let down was not enough towels and no towel for laying on the floor as a bath mat. The towel rail on the wall was loose as well but the quality of shower and bath temperature was perfect to adjust

I arrived quite late last night but May I say that your reception staff Jenny and Lisa were exceptional and made me feel very valued and welcome. They are a credit to your organisation. Bed and room are as I expect - providing an excellent nights sleep. Thank you.

Used before flying out of Bristol Airport. Very handy location. KFC, Costa, McDonald's all available as well as Brewers Fayre. All went without a hitch.

Been staying here for work for the past few months and the reception staff couldn’t be more accommodating, they are absolutely amazing, we always have a right laugh when we are checking in and out, even on the way back from eating at the restaurant they are always willing to engage conversation with you, really friendly hotel would recommend to anyone

Great value for money - the rooms are a bit outdated is the only thing I’d say let’s it down slightly! Otherwise spot on.

It was fine, absolutely standard Premier Inn rooms as you'd expect. Hotel has no lift and no air con but of course that is known on booking. Main problem was the restaurant which was absolutely bursting at the seams and failing to cope adequately. So the breakfast buffet took a long, long time to be refilled so big queues built up as people clustered around waiting for more supplies , plates and cups were in short supply, orange juice not readily available, etc.
