For the price it's unbeatable and the Beefeater restaurant breakfast is excellent. Comfy beds, clean room, friendly staff. May need to park the car creatively. To nit pick it would be nice if those massive cobwebs could be removed from the reception area's vaulted ceilings some time after Halloween but otherwise a perfect stay. Thank you.

Don't let the exterior put you off! We stayed for one night, it was comfortable and quiet. Friendly, welcoming service. The breakfast was particularly good at the Beefeater next door, the maitre d' was very welcoming and attentive. Would definitely recommend.

Clean rooms and friendly hotel staff. Fantastic breakfast and fabulous staff in the Beefeater. Daughter has food allergies and the staff were very good at handling them and making her comfortable.

Great premier standard as always the only down fall was there was an outside light on an adjacent wall that shone in the room all night and throught the curtains and because of how thr ceiling met the window the curtains could not be pull passed to block out the light hence very little sleep

Its a typical premier inn, dated decor, noisy floors and poor heating. Cooked breakfast was pretty poor, rubbery fatty bacon, tomatoes grilled to death, barley cooked eggs... Stay was ok, breakfast not ok..

First time I’ve stayed in a Premier Inn and wasn’t disappointed. Easy to locate, the rooms were clean and fresh. The bed was lovely and clean, and very comfy. The bathroom was clean and in proportion to the rest of the room. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, as were the restaurant staff and both were a credit to the company. Will definitely stay here again, as it’s close to the NEC.

More expensive than some close by, but fitted on this occasion. Proving just as expected 😁

Never made a secret of the fact that I'm a fan of Premier Inns. This one is no exception. Facilities, staff, rooms all wonderful. There's a Beefeater next door, so brekky and evening meal sorted. Grub was great; simple, nutritious and reasonably priced. Staff were lovely and the place is just off a roundabout on an 'A' road and dead easy to find. There's even a garage across the road if you need to top-up with fuel! What's not to like? Warning: if you use this place as a base for an NEC visit, probably best to drive and park. The route is remarkably straightforward. I was warned that local taxis are unreliable and personal experience showed that they are expensive for the length of trip involved. I suspect, in my case at least, that the punter is seen as a captive audience and a bit of a cash-cow. Beware. Learn from my experience and be prepared to haggle or wait for another cab, if they won't turn on the meter.

Room and bed was clean but it's close to HS 2 and it looked like a lot of workers use it ,could do with a major renovation especially the pub
