Premier Inn Aberdeen Westhill in Aberdeenshire

Esta noche mis amigos y yo salimos a disfrutar de una comida encantadora. Pero eso no salió según lo planeado, ya que tuvimos que esperar 2 horas y media para nuestra comida! (uno de mis amigos pedir un filete que era sin sabor y el otro pedir un entrante que fue completamente despreciado cuando se le preguntó acerca) Aunque el camarero era muy servicial y haciendo todo lo posible para que nuestras comidas llegaran más rápido, todo el lugar es severamente escaso de personal causando copias de seguridad en todo el restaurante. Como nuestra comida estaba tomando mucho tiempo nos dijeron que podíamos irnos y no queríamos tratar con nosotros en ese sentido. En general, estoy muy decepcionado del servicio que recibí esta noche, ya sea este lugar tiene que reducir la entrada de clientes o encontrar una manera de acomodar este volumen de personas.

I definitely will not be back. The manager was the rudest person i have ever spoke to. The way she spoke to myself was disgusting. She also grabbed my kid and told him to get him upstairs. I was only going to car to get juice it's only half 10 at night and i got in trouble for walking back to my room and chapping on the door to tell kids to let me through . I will be taking this further . She should definitely not be a manager . Everyone else was lovely.

Really nice hotel. Great place. Free parking. Friendly staff. Breakfast wasn't tasty however fresh made. No proper coffee. Just some big can with something inside 😖. But the rest was good. Quite location.

We based ourselves here to visit a number of castles, attractions in Aberdeenshire. We also ventured into the city centre. Overall, it was a positive experience. A few comments. The outside of the property looks very neglected and run down. The adjacent restaurant is worth a visit if you don’t want to venture out for dinner. We didn’t try breakfast but our evening meal was good. Near to the by-pass, it is a good base for those wanting to visit the city or shire. We would stay here again.

This premier inn is in a good location for being in or around Aberdeen and it has a supermarket on one side and a pub/restaurant on the other side. The room was fairly clean but more attention to corners and above the curtains is needed but the bed, bathroom and surfaces were spotless. Good value when booked in advance and a simple check in process. Friendly staff. Possibly improvement would be a option for cereal/toast if you are leaving before the restaurant is open.

Went for a lunch as venue we’d intended going to was fully booked. Were seated promptly - can’t fault the service here even though it seemed quite busy. Not a huge menu - this sometimes a positive. The beef and ale pie was a beef and ale casserole with a pastry lid - that’s fine but don’t sell it as a pie which is cooked with the pastry. To be fair the description in the menu wasn’t clear either way. Just wish menu descriptions steered you more towards what will actually be served. All in all it was OK although a bit pricy for what was served.

Was out about 3 weeks ago with my wife and 2 friends for a meal. The four meals was excellent along with the service. The cost was reasonable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was quieter than usual. Will be going back again.

Room clean and staff friendly and helpful. Bath really nice and deep and big enough for me at 5ft.8. Plenty of parking spaces. Tesco’s nearby for any essentials.

This is by far the best place to eat in aberdeen. The have a extensive menu to cater for all. The woman manager is brilliant and all the servers do a great job. I wouldn't often eat lasagne out but tried it here once and have never eaten anything different off the menu since. Tastes amazing.

Went here with my family. Staff very polite and friendly. Had lamb myself. It was excellent. Kids enjoyed their meall too. Worth a visit.

Not having visited this establishment for quite some time I met up with two of my old pupils who left school in 1980...absolutely piping hot tasty food...really delightful...

Stayed here for the night. Checked in by amber, very pleasant and welcoming. Our room was perfect as they always are. Clean tidy and a bed to die for. Went out for the evening, didn't eat there although it looked very nice. Got up early and came home. Great kip thanks x

Arrived around 2pm for a bit of lunch, seated promptly, at one of the comfortable booths and advised someone would be with us for a drinks order! After about 10 minutes we Politely asked one of the waitresses if we could place an order, which she took and never returned with?!!So we stopped another passing waitress who fixed us up with our drinks and went on to take our food order...happy days! I had the chicken ciabatta....it was very nice! Crispy baked bread, well seasoned chips and crispy onion rings! OH had baked potato with tuna, enjoyable and a great portion! Food was good! We struggled to get anyone's attention to pay the bill, but once we did we settled up with happy tummys! The service is really letting this place down and yet there seems to be so many of them going about??!! Work out who's doing what and you'll be laughing but right now you have several young people being paid and wandering round in circles!!

The Premier Inn in Westhill is a hotel my wife and i stay in frequently it isver relaxing,comfortable with very friendly and helpful staff

Good Food, excellent atmosphere, friendly and welcoming. The quality of the food is really good. Suggest you try the specials menu - always something different. I found Lauren to be particularly helpful and attentive

Esta crítica es para el Premier Inn y no el resto de pastores que está adjunto revisado por separado. El hotel está en proceso de renovación, y nos asignaron una habitación nueva, están bien. Dos quejas de menor importancia, que han dejado maderas que forman la estructura de la mesa y armario y aleta trasera con nuevo de ellos de un color más oscuro, parece extraño y fuera de lugar, culpar al arquitecto o contable, no es un buen acabado. La otra es que no hay empuñadura antideslizante o palancas para salir de la bañera, la cual es bastante alto por encima del nivel del suelo. Ahora más de 60 y empezando a preocuparse resbale y salir de la bañera, por favor busque en este Premier Inn, un gran problema para nosotros llegar a un poco!! Alfombras nuevas, TV, baño completo, puertas y la mejora y tuvimos una estancia muy cómoda. Tendemos a usar mucho el Premier Inn en nuestros viajes así que esta mejora es bienvenida.

Dinner on a Sunday evening was very disappointing. The Restaurant said that they had no record of our booking made in the adjacent Premier Inn. After being seated, waited 35 minutes for wine to be served and the food order to be taken. Breakfast on the Monday morning was poor - partly due to the staff being unable to set the toaster to make toast in one pass (which generated a queue for toast) and not enough staff on duty.

This hotel is great value for money with everything you need, comfortable bed, modern bathroom with shower gel soap etc, tea coffee, hairdryer, tv, only negative was no pvc Windows so a little condensation inside but not serious

We visited relatives in Aberdeen so decided to stay here so we had our own space, the place was very clean and sufficient, the restuarant was lovely too.

We live locally so visit here on a regular basis. Food is always delicious, never have to wait long and always exceeds expectations. Service is always prompt, quick and efficient.

Very average service. Breakfast order wrong. Go somewhere else for brekkie because for the price they use poor quality food

Slow service - had to chase twice and the result - average fair at best!So best not to be in a hurry or have any expectation of home cooked or high quality food as this place seems to have neither.

My second visit to this Hotel.This time I had a nice quiet Room on the first Room with no outside noise at all. The Hotel is in a nice quiet area with plenty of parking.Food was good in the conveniently placed "Shepherd's Rest" Restaurant next door.

Been really looking forward our meal as we had heard a lot of good reviews. My sister had the terrine to start but as my sister started to eat her starter, there was plastic still wrapped around her meal, we pointed this out to the waitress but nothing was done about it. I had the pigeon to start which was nice. For the main course I had the tiger prawns and chips, Either the tiger prawns were over cooked or weren't fresh but they were very tough and not easy to peel, which I have never had that problem before. My sister had the sea bass with prawns, spinach and calamari cassoulet, her prawns were also tough and chewy and the spinach was very slimy and gritty and calamari was very tough and there wasn't enough sauce. Our desserts were very average, my sister had the tiramisu which looked like it was bought in! For the price we paid for our meal I expected a lot better! Very poor

Stayed at this hotel, plus my husband stayed here on business, and we both found it a really excellent hotel, for food, and service. caters for all couples, families, business and solo travellers.

Good Food, Good Choice (I had Dinner and breakfast).Attentive Staff and nice décor. Beer and company was good too ;-)It was very useful being next door to the premier inn and you could book a table at the reception.

We had our first bar meal here recently and really enjoyed it. It is a really cosy comfortable bar with lovely decor.A great advantage is the plentiful parking outside the hotel.The food and service was excellent and we look forward to returning.

A budget hotel that has friendly staff and a warm bed. The stay was comfortable and goes in line with the chain of Primer Inns all cross the UK

Went for sunday carvery. eight off us dining, food ordered so of us having sunday carvery, told after 10 mins or so to get our carvery, which we did thinking other food was on it way . half an hour later the other meals arrived. hot soups and a sizzling hot dish of food was passed over the heads of babies (18 months) in high chairs, pretty dangerous.. when I complained was told staff could not serve food by reaching over the table, but it was okay to pass hot food over wee ones heads.. The carvery looked lovely. the veg was very undercooked, to the point of being raw..

Excellent food as expected. Fish dinner fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiine ;) Chocolate pudding was chocolaty as expected cream was nice. Walls could do with a lick of paint as the remaining paint was lacking.

When you receive burned garlic bread that looks black all around the edges, you doubt the quality of food. My well done steak arrived and was not just pink but oozing of blood. In fairness they did offer another meal and gave me a deduction, but really bad dining experience.

Well, ordered mixed grill which was very tasty, however half the contents missing!!....Q:(to the young fool serving), any idea where my sausage, egg, and black pudding is?.....arrives 2 min later on a separate plate! Ok fine...Q:van I get a glass of red wine with my meal...A: no problem (Ken)....names Ali!....anyways lovely glass arrived as I was taking my last mouthful!!!.....Hmmmm....luckily iv not got a short temper eh!
