Premier Inn in Brent

Stayed in hotel and booked meal deal which is £25 for 2 course dinner and a drink with breakfast the next day. Has the gammon main and it was very nice. Breakfast was lovely and lots of choice.

We visited for the ladies euros final. For some reason lunch service didn’t start till 2pm and there was a very limited menu. We had great service, our order was taken quickly and the food arrived pretty quickly. Portions were large and food quality was good. The prices were higher than other similar standard chains but to be expected given the location

I've reviewed this twice before following previous stays at the Premier Inn, Wembley Park. On this occasion, I have to say it wasn't very good at all so much so we only ate the once and went elsewhere for our evening meal. Not done that before on our two previous stays. Soup was watery (out of a packet?), lamb koftas, was all of two pieces size of a thumb. Main meals were benign. To top that off, when it came to settling the bill, the waiter couldn't work the till, had to go seek help and left me standing without an apology or explanation. We like staying at Premier Inn Wembley Park as the hotel is good but we won't bother with Thyme restaurant again on our annual visits. There are better places to eat no more than ten minutes walk down the road.

Excellent dinner and breakfast plus fantastic value. The staff are also very friendly and make the whole experience pleasant

I was expecting more after looking at the pictures of the burger. It turned out to be two patties that were ok. I would eat elsewhere.

Super tasty and super value!! Worth £9.50 lots of choice, bacon And sausages and of best quality, place was spotless and the staff were helpful and friendly especially the manager

I would normally avoid Premier Inn restaurants given our past experiences due to volume and crowds, but we were exhausted after a long travel day and just wanting a quick bite and a pint. Despite the excellently trained staff that we have experienced at Premier Inn, I can't help wondering if it might be a better idea to adequately staff kitchen and dining in terms of numbers as the dining room only had about 6 tables available all evening. Given how quiet the restaurant was, it was slightly bizarre to be told to wait a half hour for an opening - but I suspect that with this hotel being so close to Wembley, staffing is cut when no event is taking place. Our server was Francesca, and she was very pleasant and professional given how few staff were available. We had a very reasonably priced pint then had a very good burger and lamb rogan josh. Conversely, having a relatively small restaurant with only about 6 tables in use meant a very nice quiet evening meal which we enjoyed very much .

We were in a rush due to misinformation from Wembley. The restaurant manager was so helpful and said he would organise food as soon as he could. Delicious, piping hot pizzas, fries, onion rings and drinks arrived in 10 minutes. Really made getting to the concert and buying the all important t-shirt much less stressful. Thank you to the team. Great food and service and a restaurant manager who really knows how run a busy but good quality operation.

Definitely would eat in the hotel restaurant again. The food was excellent. Highly recommend the BBQ ribs.

A good choice for a quick family evening meal before an event with a fair selection of dishes at reasonable prices, eg Large pizza 9.99. Fish n chips £10.99. Veggie options etc. Nice bar and clean smart space. The staff were very friendly and service was good. Also had breakfast here with a good selection and again very friendly staff.Thank you.

De keuze op het menu is prima, de bediening doet hun best, maar is af en toe het overzicht kwijt. De ervaringen aan tafel waren wisselend, de hamburger en kip waren prima, ook lekker zoete aardappel frietjes. De gestoofde vis was niet goed gegaard, dus terug gestuurd.

The restaurant is inside the Premier Inn Wembley Park where we were staying so is very convenient. My husband ate at the restaurant for 5 dinners/breakfasts and I ate there for 1 dinner and breakfast. The restaurant was very good. We had booked ‘meal deals’ (£25each), consisting of 2 course dinner with 1 drink and buffet breakfast in the Thyme restaurant. The night I stayed I had smoked salmon and avocado for starter followed by lamb shank with a glass of wine. My husband had pate for starter followed by chicken escalope with fried egg on top with a beer. All were well presented and cooked, and very tasty. Our waitress was helpful (Anne Marie I think). Breakfast was fine too. My husband found that during the week breakfast didn’t start until 7am which was a bit late for him to drive to work. But a few days later the schools went back and then breakfast started at 6:30 which was fine! He noticed other people on business complaining about the 7am breakfast too. Perhaps this needs addressing as he cannot be the only business person needing to drive in London on the busy roads.

Handy, inside the hotel at Premier Inn. Good food, nice variety and affordable for the family. Staff multitask and are very kind, even to the weary, grumpy traveler.

Gute Auswahl von Burgern bis mediterran, Qualität des Essens war gut, die Portionen könnten für den Preis vielleicht etwas großzügiger bemessen sein. Eine Kinderkarte gibt es ebenfalls.

I'm re-reviewing since our last visit in March 2017 and have to say again, it's not about the food, which is very good but about which staff happen to be on duty. Out of a four night stay again, three nights were good but one night the service was very poor. It was as if their minds were on anything but looking after customers and it wasn't on account of the restaurant being full. On the contrary, and making a visit even more frustrating, there were no more than eight fellow diners. Our orders were taken quickly enough but oh the delay before food arrived and then it wasn't what was asked for. Got to the point that I asked for staff names and then, they apologised. I said that all they had to do if there were issues with delays in meals arriving etc, is to communicate which they hadn't. Let us know what's going on. On a brighter note, the team member behind the bar, Duilio, was excellent.

After first time disappointment I've decided to give another chance to this restaurant; and what a surprise the burger was AWESOME! I don't know what happened, but this time it was juicy and full of flavor, keep it up! Until next time...

The haddock is alright bit greasy. The restaurant environment can be noisy with cutlery banging and people chatting and can be busy as well particularly when their is an event on.

both burger and bun were very tasty ,tasted ot proper meat and lots of quality veg with it . chips nice and crispy

Dined here for our first night at the hotel. Son had pizza and loved it and we had various burgers which were really nice and hot. Would reccomend for basic eats

I stayed at Premier Inn for two nights for a concert. Both mornings I went at different times for my breakfast and even though it was busy there was still plenty of room to be seated and food was hot and presentable.

Como con estancias en otros Premier Inn, la comida siempre es buena. Sin embargo, como con otras estancias en otros Premier Inn, personal parecen corriendo tratando de 'lucha fuego y errores. Evening meal was very pleasant and served very quickly and with a smile, breakfast was fresh fresh fresh and very hot, wasn't too busy either no squeezing into a tight queue to fight over a sausage, plenty of healthy options too, fruit cereal and juice available and very family friendly, for a big City restaurant it was warm and family friendly, I highly recommend if you are on a family budget

We stayed at the premier inn for two nights to catch the Redskins game at Wembley this weekend. We had breakfast each morning which was a basic buffet breakfast. I did like that they had pancakes and syrup!We also ate our main meal there last night after 9pm. I ordered the chicken curry which was delicious and my husband ordered the mixed grill (which was smaller than we expected but tasty). We both had dessert - I can recommend the pistachio bakewell tart. £15 each for two courses was pretty good (made the most of the meal deal - breakfast and a meal for £23.99) and the food was great.The staff were really friendly and accommodating.

Booked in a hour before eating to this restaurant whilst staying at the Premier Inn. Was very busy, as most people staying were going to the same concert as me. We were pre-warned that there would be a wait for meals due to volume of orders. The staff were very friendly, kept apologising for delays which they really couldn't help. They also pointed out that happy hour was ending to allow us to order drinks whilst they were discounted. Food was of a reasonable standard for the price charged. Also has breakfast on two mornings, buffet style, lots of choice and a good standard.

As part of our weekend stay in the Premier Inn my wife and I decided on the Sunday evening after a busy day sight seeing book a meal in the Thyme restaurant. What a lovely surprise we had. The meals were beautifully presented and generous portions. The waiter also was very obliging and helpful throughout the evening.

Thyme is the Premier Inn restaurant , Quite a good choice of dinner menu,three of us had the hunters style chicken, two chose the burger, one had pizza .The food was all cooked to order, good size portions piping hot and delicious.They also do breakfast choice of either Full English or Continental both of which have an excellent and varied choice of food.Staff very helpful and friendly.

Sorry gonna start with a negative we ate here twice during our stay first time no problem good food and great service but the last night Monday 1st August no saladsNo black pudding starterNo chicken wings to list a few. It was the same at breakfast. Food had run out completely or too busy to fill up.On a brighter note the staff are all lovely and deserve a pat on the back. Nothing is too much trouble. The place is very clean and a nice place to sit.The food for the price is good and well cooked. I feel sad for only giving 3 but on this occasion I need to.

I stayed at the Pemier Inn at Wembley Park while on business in Southgate and Wembley. I have to say it is better value for money than the Novotel across the road and with parking at only £6 per day.I had evening meals on both nights with their £23.99 2 course and breakfast meal deal The mixed grill was excellent on the first night and the second night was ok I had the chicken curry, plenty of curry not quite enough chicken.I had a third course for the additional £2 which was very good, the only issue I had and it was a very small issue was I was asked to pay the additional charge as I was leaving the restaurant although I had already paid it.Friendly staff and as always comfortable rooms.

We had a good stay in the Premier Inn for 3 nights and enjoy the breakfast each morning (typically english and continental). Different juices, coffee and tea available. Scrambled/fried eggs (boiled also if wanted), sausages, bacon, toast, crumpets, pancakes, croissant, jam, honey etc. Fresh fruits and yoghurt also. For dinner different dishes (vegetarian also), e.g. burgers, steaks, fish, pizza, pasta, curry and salads. Fair prices and very good quality (had dinner three times). The service was also very good and friendly.

We were staying at the Premier Inn and decided to eat in the restaurant before going to a Coldplay music gig at Wembley Stadium. We had not booked but got a table straight away. On this night it was residents only in the bar and restaurant because of the gig. There was an outside bar set up for non residents . We got served quickly and the staff were helpful and friendly. The food was good , freshly cooked and brought to our table by member of kitchen staff. I had the gammon steak and my friend had a curry. We have eaten in other Thyme restaurants before and the food was only average but on this occasion we enjoyed a good meal . In View of the fact as well it was a very busy night for them, extremely well done!!

Evening meal very good and freshly cooked with a reasonable price tag. Also offer on drinks (2 for 1) so quite enjoyable and unlike the cooked breakfast which was poor.

You know where you are with Premier Inn, consistent standard,it does what it says on the tin and this is no exception. The staff at this one though were particularly industrious and very friendly at a very busy time as England were playing Holland. Great location for Wembley & Central London just 20 mins by tube.

We stayed at this hotel which has good links to the Wembley tube station as we were going to see Charlie and the chocolate factory .hotel room was clean beds double with single bed and a hard single put up bed .kettle and tea coffee machines we stayed on 6floor and the surface of where they sat was all buckled .we had good nights sleep well I did my daughter woke up because of the noise of the pipes but I woke when someone above was having a shower but that was fine we'd ordered breakfast so went down about 10 when I got there the guy said you can sit there not a made up table no napkins cutlery we had to ask didn't explain procedure if we wanted porridge or anything cooked to orders the food is on hot plate don't know how long sitting there but both me and my daughter had sickness my other daughter didn't eat from there just had toast and poached egg which we had to wait for not good housekeeping at this restaurant either the cutlery was dirty.we had the usual excuse it had been busy so if you go to this hotel wait until it's busy you obviously have better service

Great value dinner with a good choice on the menu, breakfast was buffet style which we like, drinks were reasonably priced, friendly helpful staff, all in all great value and very convenient after a long day in London.

The restaurant, whilst busy, certainly wasn't near full. We were very disappointed by the quality of the (undercooked) food, dirty cutlery and slap-dash attitude of the waiting staff.On the plus side, they did offer us a full refund on the food bill thanks to the Duty Manager who was brilliant.

Was recommended to go here as had a show at wembley. Was left waiting for drinks and no one seemed to know whose food was whose, the waiting staff were all over the place. The food wasn't that good either. People that came in after us were served first!

We have stayed here before and know exactly what to expect, clean, comfortable rooms at no nonsense prices.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'Hotel Premier Inn di Wembley dal 6 al 10 dicembre 2015. La family room per 4 persone era enorme e confortevole. Non c'è bidet né doccia (solo vasca). No finestre apribili no areatore nel bagno e moquette (non consigliato per soggetti allergici agli acari come me). Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Colazione (gratis per bambini sotto i 16 anni) molto molto abbondante. Abbiamo anche cenato due volte nel ristorante dell'hotel e tutto era buono e non carissimo come nel resto di Londra.

Evening meal was taken. Restaurant busy as concert on at the arena that evening. seated fairly quick perused the menu.Order was taken though drinks took a while to arrive. Starter soon arrived very nice followed by the mains both nice meals.Breakfast taken the usual as much as you want breakfast. cereals . tea. coffee. toast etc. and new items on the menu help yourself breakfast. had the black pudding & bubble n sqeak was spot on,Staff most pleasant

Stayed there on business. Not the quietest hotel but not horrendous for the area. Staff up to usual Premier standard and all seemingly happy.

Excellent evening food and convenience of continental breakfast. On each occasion the staff were friendly and welcoming and the food was done to our liking. All reasonably priced (especially for London)

Premier Inn is very good hotel located at Wembley. It is just opposite of Wembley Stadium.The hotel ensures that each guests have good sleep and if you do not have good sleep, hotel offers you refund. Children get free breakfast!

Stayed here for 4 days. Breakfast is fantastic with all you can eat buffet. Had the ribs for dinner one evening,they were gorgeous

I stayed on business and decided on the meal deal in the restaurant. Discovered it was happy hour 6-8pm which was a bonus! I had the grilled salmon and new potatoes with bernaise sauce which was divine!! Dined I my own which was fine as other business travellers there too and did it feel awkward, mind you the 2-4-1 drinks may have influenced!Great service, the chef came and served where appropriate, can't ask for more from a premier inn dining experience.

Second stay at the Premier as the location to my sons college is perfect. Great for the tube and for London designer outlet stores. Good hotel, basic but comfy and the food is great. Parking is reasonable for London too.

Fabulous food. We intended to eat in the hotel one night and eat out on the other night but the food was so good we ate in the hotel both nights!

Happy hour 241 drinks on arrival was great - cara in the restaurant tailored her manorism to our clientele - I.e she gave us it stinking

Recently booked 2 rooms at Premier Inn Wembley Park for the weekend 1st & 2nd August. Didn`t realise that there was 2 football matches taking place at Wembley Stadium that weekend as well. What can I say! The hotel was really busy, especially at breakfast time, but the staff & service were marvelous! Apart from running out of a couple of items at breakfast, which in all fairness were quickly refilled, everything ran like clockwork.As usual with all Premier Inns, the staff were so friendly & efficient. We arrived early, just before 12-00p.m. on Friday 31st July. The rooms were all ready for us, and before we knew it we were back on the Metropolitan Line heading for the centre of London. Both the Metropolitan & the Jubilee lines run from Wembley Park and the station is virtually on the hotels doorstep.All in all, a great visit, thanks to all the hotel staff and thanks for allowing us to leave our cases on the Monday (at no charge!) until we collected them late afternoon, ready for the train back to Leeds in the evening. 10 out of 10 guys, well done!

Very convenient hotel. Always clean, comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast - Park the car at the hotel for £6 per day, and use the tube. The tube is just 2 mins walk from the hotel and you can be just about anywhere in London within 20 mins. No hassle with congestion charges or parking. Just 10 mins walk from Wembley Stadium, do try the Stadium Tour, even as a female who doesn't like football, I really enjoyed it. We now never even consider staying anywhere else when we go to London, usually 2/3 times a year to visit the theatre.

Excellent hotel, for it's location, price, friendly and efficient staff and comfortable rooms. Did not eat here but the food looked good and would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

While lodging at the hotel the meal deal at Thyme is a real must! Not just for the price but because of the food. The menu is really "meaty" so in this sense the choice is a bit limited but whatever you pick is super delicious. Being fanatic about BBQ ribs I can only say that this one are super juicy and tender. The kids menu for the price is the super deal and the staff was very kind with them bringing them crayons and booklets while waiting. Desserts are deliciously tempting and tremendously good. Overall the real deal is the meal!

Cuisine variée pour tous les genres et tous les âges. De quoi vous retaper après une longue journée à Londres. Le chemin à la chambre étant court on pourra se laisser aller à reprendre une pinte de bière (fraiche et pas tiède selon la légende) ...

Paid £22.50 for dinner and breakfast and both were excellent. Naturally not gastro style but I really enjoyed my meal as a tired business traveller.

We stayed at the hotel for a weekend. We ate breakfast here both mornings and one evening meal. The breakfast and evening meal were part of a deal at the hotel which was great value for money. The food was good and the menu was varied.

its what you expect from this chain, it was well cooked and value for money that what families expect, a good choice with a childrens menue reasonably priced.

A nice relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant during the evening, nice helpful chatty waitress and a good range of food on the menu's. Breakfast was a nice buffet style help your self afair with additional options available on request i.e. quorn sausages

Good value for money easier choice with little ones as didn't have to go out looking for somewhere to eat so very convenient. Good food and excellent friendly staff.

Stayed at this hotel due to watching semi final FA cup at Wembley stadium. Even though restaurant full of football fans slightly the worse for wear, atmosphere still great and service of a very high quality. Staff could not do enough for us and food excellent quality. We had the special offer of 2 courses, a drink and breakfast the following morning for £22.99. I had duck parcels for starter followed by chicken and mushroom risotto which was delicious. My husband had gammon followed by profiteroles. I had a glass of red wine and my husband had a pint of lager. The breakfast the following morning was of equal standard, excellent value for money.Would recommend and if staying in Wembley again would certainly eat here!

I had on saturday no plans to roam around London till 3, so I planned to have my lunch at the restaurent, so had a great big burger called "El Diablo", it tasted awesome.So I would suggest to try out some burgers from this restaurent.

Service was extremely slow. The restaurant didn't seem that busy, too few staff on duty to cope with demand.

Very clean, quiet and right next to wembley park tube. 15 mins into centre of london ideal for a wend sightseeing. Can imagine it would be very busy if there was an event at wembley but at this time of year it was very quiet. Would had rated a 5 but the room was quite cold despite heating. Also there was a dirty tissue left in the room when we arrived. But would stay here again.

Whilst staying in the hotel we used this restaurant once (that was enough). Really can't fault the food or the menu as both were good, however when the waitresses are stood next to you arguing amongst themselves and complaining that it's "to busy and they don't need this hassle" I don't think this paints a good picture.

It seems that I arrived at an interesting time. I arrived on May 17th, to find security guards all over the property followed by a giant party in front of the hotel. I don't follow sports but apparently this was a pre-party before some big football match. This explains why everyone was wearing yellow jerseys. The staff was not friendly at all for all 3 nights I stayed and the bed felt like I was laying on ply-wood. I have been in England twice and have stayed at many premier inns, however this one was 'shady' and I don't plan on going back.

I ate here only the once and the steak food was cooked perfectly, I was surprised not sure why lol staff were very attentive

Really good location right opposite the station which makes life so convenient. Parking for cars is also available . Rooms are modern and clean.

We were going to show at Wembley Arena, and wanted a pre show meal.Found the Premier Inn right next to the Wembley Park underground station.We hadn't booked but the staff were very helpful ( Katya I think ) and fitted us in.Excellent prawn cocktail starter, and very accepatble gammon main, and pizza.Really good value ( bottle of Merlot £14!!! ) Staff very good, all in all a really good find.We went back for a drink in the bar after the show.Thebar person ( Sarah )was excellent We will visit again

On my business trip I decided to stay in premier inn for weekend. On arrival the staff were very helpful in check in and helped me with my bags to my room. Room was professionally cleaned to the highest standard. I ordered burger and pizza with chips. All I could say about the food is It's always freshly cooked and hot at all time. I suggest premier inn to everyone

This hotel is well located ,right beside Wembley Tube station and close to Wembley arena.The room was a good size and clean but is was very cold.I played around with the temperature settings but this did not help much.Basically the radiator is not the correct size for the room,it is too small or there should be two of them.Other than that the room was good and the price was good for December.Broadband was free for 30 mins . I think this should be free all the time or else change an extra few bob on the room bill.

My friends always stay here as I live nearby and they get great service and clean fresh good value for money rooms

We arrived early, for the England v Montenegro game, looking for somewhere to eat.Decided the Premier Inn was the best option without going closer to the stadium.We were seated immediately and received very efficient service.If I wanted to be critical it would be that perhaps the service is too rushed i.e. my plate being taken before my partner had finished eating. That said the servers were extremely polite and gave their service with a smile. Highly recommended.

A friend and I visited this restaurant for lunch as there wasn't a great deal of choice in the immediate area. On a Sunday in June during an event at Wembley they offered only their "Event Menu" which was limited but gave a reasonable choice. We were slightly put off by the large plastic glasses that we were served coke in but understood that due to the live music in their terrace area it was expected.We shared a starter of portobello mushrooms which was served with a nice chilli dip and some salad. Our main course of pizza and gammon egg and chips came quickly as it suddenly became very busy in the restaurant.The service was fine, the food was of better quality than I expected.I would consider eating here again if we were in the area as it does offer something for everyone, not overly exciting but for an efficient meal it fits the bill.

Limited menu due to "event" day but there were enough choices. Food was tasty and plenty of it.Superb staff,can't remember last time I've been somewhere with such good service from people who genuinely seemed to care.

Its average food for people who work in the area & its not the best quality, If your eating once off it maybe good but not if you come say once every 3/4 weeks.
