great value for money and they don,t skimp out on the fillings. a good choice of pie,s pasties, sandwiches, cakes and drinks all available at a very reasonable price.

It is what it is....and what it is is bakery food well made no frills and unbeatable value made in a clean environment.

Been in this shop many times it's good value for money with a wide virity of food on offer. Rember if you go in to have the right change if you can it makes life easier for the staff as they always looking for change.

Great prices, food quality good. Great for a quick takeout pie or sausage roll, it can be busy at lunch time. Potato cakes also great.

Pasties and sausage rolls only Luke warm. Discussed. When I complained I was told they couldn’t be hot because of health and safety!!!

Not top quality food, but if you're hungry it's fine.....lots of choice and fast service.Very convenient place to visit.

The pound Bakery is good value for the money - lots to choose from - fresh baked pies and pasties - staff are efficient and friendly.

Definitely value for money if you`re peckish. A quick take away of a variety of pastries. £1 for 2 pastries of you`re choice.

Called in for pies and cakes. Very cheap and very good quality bakery. Great tasting pies. Love the gingerbread men!

Plenty of choice for an extremely cheap meal. Absolutely perfect for quick lunch or if you've nothing to take to work (or can't be bothered to make anything) sandwiches are well filled as are the pie/pasties. Not sure if you could make them as cheap yourself. Stands at the bottom of Ship Hill. I'm sure someone can tell me why it's called Ship Hill!

The value and choice of the produce is great,a fair amount of products are 2 for 1 the service is 1st class. Overall value for money.
