Portishead Kebab & Pizza in North Somerset

My partner had a lamb wrap and I had a chicken shish wrap. Wasn’t very nice my partners came cold. They told my daughter they would give us the change next time. And forgot our drinks. £27.50… my partner phoned and told them they forgot to give the change and drinks and then they come out and give us our change and still forgot the drinks took 3 times for them to bring the drinks to us.

Very friendly im on the third floor no lift, very cheerful when drop off we need more guys like them

Possibly the worst kebab I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a large chicken shish. The chicken was rubbery, just like pre-cooked and pre-treated bags of frozen chicken available from catering wholesalers. Small portion size too. Bottom of the barrel stuff.

Asked for delivery asap and arrived sooner than expected and pizza was lovely

I ordered a kebab takeaway for delivery from this place, we waited for ages, I keep looking out the window, seen cars going passed, when we eventually got a car stop outside, I had seen this car go passed before, when I questioned the driver he went into a rage and phoned the shop and started speaking a foreign language, I asked him to speak English but he walked off.

Food was nice but I felt the delivery time was ridiculously long. Ordered at 8.10pm to have an estimated delivery time of 9.10-9.30 and it was 9.30! Would order again but would probably collect in future. Tasty pizza though

Just moved to the area and was tired from packing and moving but this food was Very bland, tasteless, sauce was also terrible. Not worth the money, only good thing was fast delivery

Delivered far too early - why state it'll be over 1 hr 15 mins when it's delivered in 17 minutes? Inconvenient to have that much of a rabge and no order tracking

Beautiful pizzas with a perfect crispy base.

Best pizzas around, base was perfect and not doughy. Toppings in correct amounts full of flavour. Definitely a step up from your generic kebab house pizza!

Food was okay but took an hour and a half to arrive, was cold when it got there and the large kebab was absolutely no different to a medium, just had more salad in a bigger box

Must have changed the chicken as it wasn’t nice. Used to be fresh cooked chicken now is like pre cooked sliced chicken , not good.

PLEASE READ! Ordered 2x Lamb/Chicken Mix Donner Kebabs. We got FOOD POISONING!!!!! The Kebabs Stunk, Chicken was raw undercooked and stunk to the high hells. Constant vomiting which won't stop, diahorehhea, no energy, I feel drenched. If you value your health avoid this establishment please.

Lovely Doner &Chicken Shish Combination kebab, food was very nice, well presented and not dripping with fat, chilli sauce was very nice and different than your normal kebab shop chilli sauce, highly recommend.

Chicken very dry wasn’t chicken kebab was diced chicken pieces garlic was awful chips very dry please avoid

Waited over an hour and a half from ordering to receiving food. Which was 25-45 minutes after the estimated delivery time. Chips were cold. Not sure why the sausage has been cut up and flattened for the sausage and chips meal, but at age 31 we are capable of cutting up our own food.

Out of the whole order we only had 1 mistake which was no chilli sauce on one of the mixed kebabs… other than that it’s was delicious

After reading the mixed reviews I wasn't sure to order or not but I ordered a collection mixed kebab meat and chips and got to say food was good. I am a massive kebab fan love spicy food and would give this a solid 6.5/10 definitely more than edible

Usually really good however last night they delivered the wrong pizza to my friend whose account I’m using as I have no service. When she called them they said don’t touch it and we will send you a new one. So the one that had been in someone’s house was getting delivered elsewhere. That is so wrong. Absolutely love this restaurant! I have been coming here for over 13 years now and it never disappoints. It's my go to when I want food to celebrate, comfort eat or to impress people that come to stay. All of the food is delicious and it has lots of choices ranging from kebabs, pizzas, chips, burgers and other bits. All food is Halal as well. The staff are extremely friendly and kind. There are toilets on site, multiple businesses too and a car park on the back. Their wheelchair friendly accessibility. Please note it is cash only as the restaurant does not take cards. All round top restaurant and local business that I fully support.

So overcooked and hard it was more like a frisbee than a pizza.

The food was ordered at night the food order was accepted the following day and so explained the problem no money back can't really understand how the food ordered was going to be delivered 18 hours later

The chips were fine. The kebab, however. The meat was burnt and very dry. Got the impression the meat was cooked some considerable time earlier. And just warmed up. And they used the wrong sauce. And if that was their x large kebab. I dread to think what size a normal kebab is. Just looked like the normal size in every other kebab shop. Very disappointed to be honest. For the price I paid.

Had to stop ordering from here after giving them the benefit of the doubt too many times. Partner usually enjoys his kebab but the pizza is sub par (deep pan frozen base, sparse toppings) and barely warm. Chips are cardboard tasting and usually cold and have been sat about for too long prior to delivery as they sweat out in the polystyrene packaging. They are frozen french fries which have clearly been deep-fried and reheated at least once. The delivery ALWAYS takes well over an hour when we live 5 min drive away. Complete rip-off. Disappointed every time, not wasting any more money. I cannot speak for walk-ins, perhaps the food tastes nicer served at the correct tempreture. But if ordering a delivery, you'll be happier elsewhere.

We received a ham and mushroom when I ordered a ham and pinapple for my children, who do not like mushrooms. I would also call your pizzas deep pan Style not thin crust which unfortunately we do not like this style.

Food is great from here but it just takes so long to be delivered. It was late this time, only by about 15 mins, but that was 1 hour and 40 mins after of ordered. I don’t understand what take so long because the precinct is like 5 minutes from our house. The restaurant also charge £3 for the delivery service! Really put off ordering from here just for this reason which a shame as the food is great.

From all the food delivered only the kebab was good. Cod was dry on the inside, burned outside and oily, Kids's burger was dry Very disappointed as we do enjoy the kebabs, but the food today was unnaceptable. Fish and chips and burger ended up in the bin

My pizza toppings was not even on the pizza but all around the box

I've order from these many times and never had a problem, last night I preordered a kebab to be delivered for around 5.30ish. It was delivered on time. It was the worst kebab I have ever had, it was almost like the scraps that fall off while cutting the long strips of meat. It also deffinatly wasn't an extra large. Very dissatisfied.
