Really lovely ,clean ,lovely staff ,food 😋 tasty

The staff are very friendly and helpful and supportive and understanding and kind and it is very good value for money.

Nice cafe with lots of seating. Clean and tidy, friendly staff Lovely selection of food to choose from. Very efficient cleaning after every table vacated ready for the next customers. You get a proper milky milkshake not those thick ice-cream sundaes that some places serve up.

Good quality of food with great service!

The food was good and staff nice. I had curry with rice & chips instead rice or chips. I had no nan-bread. I was charged for a full portion of chips which I didn't recieve as I saw the portion size on a takeaway order. Very disappointed.

It's a chain so you know what you get. 4 coffees, one breakfast, one baguette £30. It ain't the cheapest

Love visiting Poppins, have been coming to the Cosham branch for well over 20 years. The staff are always friendly, polite and helpful, the good is great value for money. There's a nice selection. The toilets are clean and a good size.

Arrived in restaurant sat down and realised wouldn’t have time to eat. Went across the road and while sat down saw the wait or looking for me with my iPad satchel. Kind and considerate he looked out for one of his customers who didn’t eat there

Popped into Poppins for a full English breakfast, egg, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, hash browns, tea and toast. Excellent value, excellent service, extremely tasty. If you are in Cosham then pop into Poppins, you won't regret it. Excellent!! 👍👍

Took my elderly mother in law out for lunch. Had a nice pot of tea, jacket potato and chicken salad. Food was tasty and at affordable prices. The staff were attentive and friendly. Thank you

Staff are always polite, very efficient, not sitting waiting long atsll totally professional, don't see this much today, we always go there, highly reccomend.

Come here around once a month to have a brunch with a couple of friends - staff are always friendly and welcoming, great service, great food, great atmosphere, never had any complaints about Poppins cosham. Definitely recommend.

Poor quality food and not cheap either, the mushrooms were over cooked and small, the single sausage tasted more like paste than meat, low end baked beans served with the meal, I would not recommend this place to anyone I know.

I visit this cafe fairly frequently and I’m always impressed by the courteous , welcoming staff , good food and attractive prices . The cafe is always kept clean and tidy and has an impressive and varied menu with very good prices . I would unreservedly recommend Poppins in Cosham to anyone wanting breakfast , lunch or simply a short break for tea or coffee .

The food was very tasty, the staff members were really polite and welcoming...only one reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5, there was no tissues in the toilet.

Polite smart young man serving had absolutely no idea about allergens and merely handed over an allergens list. When asked were chips gluten free said yes probably. We didn't eat there.

I come here quite often and find they do the best coffee .Have tried coffee everywhere . and they do a very nice breakfast.hard to beat.

Absolutely lovely!! My only criticism is that EVERY Poppins has fixed seats im a big man and had to get a separate seat. The staff gave the best service. Tasty bacon, lovely sausage everything!!

This is one of the best cafes i have been to in a very long time, it was very clean, no nasty lingering smells you get in most cafes, staff are polite and the food was hot around top marks

I enjoyed a freshly cooked breakfast which cost less that £5. Absolute bargain. Staff were very polite, wide choice of food, all very reasonably priced. I don't normally like chains but felt that this was very good. If you are on a budget this is the place to go.

We have visited here many times and always get a warm welcome. The service is good and the food very good quality and value. I prefer the brunch with jacket potato but also like the cottage pie. My friend has prawns with jacket potato and the portion of prawns is very large. A very nice atmosphere despite getting busy lunchtimes. Very good value for money and very clean as the tables are quickly cleaned after the customer has left.

Very polite staff, this was a busy Saturday lunchtime but we didn't feel rushed. Omelette cooked to perfection with a luxurious banana milkshake. A real gem. Will use again
