Food was great, absolutely would eat here again. Jeffrey was very conscientious with his cleaning. Great service, highly recommend.

OVERPRICED, too oily, bad fries, clogged and dirty toilets (literally a feces stain on the floor and it stinks so bad), kfc is a better choice for your money, this is not the place to go if you're on a one week trip to Cambridge

Order the food for takeaway bloody late no sorry from the staff, chicken is dripping down the oil greasy and unhealthy. Ordered big fries looks like they gave us small. Staff themselves are unhappy and hostile. When we came home checked the food items are missing as well .

Today was my first visit at Popeyes and with a eating disorder I have found it hard to find food I like and enjoy - so being fussy caused a couple of issues but Mohith one of the staff members was very helpful and I was pleased with the end result enjoying my meal with a free snack after with my recipe (which Mohith helped me claim on the app!) VERY NICE PLACE TO SIT IN & ALL STAFF ARE FRIENDLY :)

We had a terrible experience with the customer service at Popeyes in Cambridge. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and when we spoke to the manager about the issues we were facing, we were even more disappointed. The manager seemed uninterested and dismissive, offering no resolution to our concerns. It was frustrating to deal with such poor service, especially when trying to get assistance from someone in charge. We won’t be returning to this location, and we strongly suggest improving customer service standards.

Our experience at Popeyes Cambridge was absolutely terrible. The service was disappointingly poor, and the staff, including the night manager wearing a grey Popeyes uniform, was extremely rude. We had ordered six large Signature Louisiana Chicken Classic Meals but were given the regular ones instead. When we brought up the mistake, the staff showed no intention of fixing it and responded with a completely unprofessional attitude. To make matters worse, the manager started shouting at us instead of resolving the issue properly. Our order number was 6188.( 24/02/2025)
