Ben's Cookies in Cambridge

Don't often leave reviews but I couldn't not after our visit to Ben's cookies yesterday in Cambridge. Quite possibly one of the nicest, friendliest customer service experiences I've ever had. Were only in the store for about five minutes but we left absolutely beaming. The cookies felt like a bonus to the interaction, 10/10

This is my favourite cookie store in Cambridge. A fantastic collection of sweet treats. Huge shoutout to the staff especially the young man with the glorious and beautiful mullet 😍

I hafe to leave bad reviews, but these cookies are truly overrated. £10+ for 4 cookies which are only marginally better than supermarket ones at a tenth of the price. I would not recommend i’m afraid

Freshly made cookies 🍪. Unfortunately they don’t display their ingredients so I have to assume they are ultra processed foods of poor quality, otherwise they would stand behind their ingredients. Prove me wrong by posting the ingredients to at least one of your cookies here…

Really lovely staff, the smell of freshly baked cookies in the air and a lovely selection of some of the most delicious cookies I have ever had! Gutted there isn’t a Bens Cookies nearer to my hometown, I’d be a regular!

Well enough I heard that the logo of a famous store is related to children.

Got here around 5pm just two people in the queue this was largely down to the quick service at this ben’s cookies! As always the cookies are 10/10 out of this world possibly the best cookies I have eaten in the UK! If your around in Covent Garden then don’t miss this place on your places for a nice treat!

I visited here with my family during a day out in Cambridge. The Asian fella at the counter was amazing, he had such polite mannerisms, recommended delicious cookies and made us all laugh and feel welcomed in the few moments we were in the shop. Truly exceptional service with delicious cookies, would highly recommend.

Very expensive but good quality

This is hands down one of my favourite cookie places in the city! The cookies are absolutely delicious, and I usually pair them with a nice cup of coffee for the perfect combo. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a sweet treat or a quick snack. Highly recommended and definitely worth a visit! :)

Nice welcoming customer service. Whoever was working there deserves a bonus!! Cookies were epic. They had vegan milk chocolate cookies, which was perfect.

I had the orange chocolate cookie - tasted great. Choose to have it with ice cream - it does not look like the poster! Proceeded to watch my cookie be crushed into the bottom of a pot, my ice cream squeezed out of a tub on top, and the wooden 'spoon' taken out of the lid and plonked on top. Not quite sure how I was supposed to eat the cookie with what was effectively a chip fork? Gutted ahaha

I had my first taste of their cookies when they opened in the Philippines a few years ago. I fell in love the very first time I tasted them. I was genuinely surprised to see them while walking around Cambridge. Always, always delicious cookies. I love the chocolate and the cranberry ones. Also, looking forward to buying regularly from this shop! P.S. That window looks amazing.

One word: amazing! This excellent hole in the wall serves some delicious cookies that aren’t too big or too small. Too sweet or not sweet enough. They are perfect with a nice cup of coffee or whatever beverage you require.

Probably the best cookies I’ve ever eaten, however... such moody staff! It isn’t hard to smile and be friendly when you’re selling a fun product like cookies. If you hate your job, find another one!

I tried the milk chocolate one it was the best cookie I've ever had.

My first time visit to Ben’s saw me select their vegan chocolate chip cookie, and I was very impressed with the melt-in-mouth texture. Flavoursome and warmed so it left a moreish taste. My companion opted for an oatmeal cookie which was equally tasty by all accounts. Would recommend!

Great place for a quick sweet tooth fix

So tiny you can hardly get 2 people in there. £1.70 for 1 cookie. They are nice but no way near worth that!

Joao is the best! He was super friendly, and helpful with helping me decide which cookie I should get. Wen I finally chose the flavour, he got me one with a big piece of chocolate in it, super appreciated! 😉 These cookies are definitely my new favourites and I'll be coming back

The cookies we're delicious and tasted great, goes well with a nice cuppa tea and any hot drink. Ben’s cookies are worth the price you pay and the offer to get free cookies with some of the boxes was a great addition too. If however you only looking for a small bite, I wouldn’t buy as they are big and very filling with both flavour and ingredients. The got chocolate on the other hand tasted very chocolatey however was too milky for my liking especially since it was made with full fat milk.

Best cookies in town. White choc macadamia is a must! This a small shop, msybe 1 or 2 customers can get in at a time, but you can wait outside for your turn to order your scrumptious cookies... you can buy coffee too in a combo with some of the cookies.

How do you make a cookie better? By whacking a huge block of chocolate in the middle. These cookies are so cheap upon hearing the price I had to restrain a laugh. The quality is the best and I've been in agonising pain since eating my last knowing I wont be able to get another until I venture to cambridge next, which is in months at minimum. I would give a 4 for location but who am I to lower a rating because of where I live.

My partner, Ben, insisted I tried a Ben's cookie. We went in with high spirits and was greeted with a cashier who couldn't give a damn and obviously didn't want to be there. Terrible service, average cookie.
