On 31/03/2025 we got a very bad experience from a delivery staff.He refused to deliver food at the proper place and when asked about it...he was very rude and arrogant.

The delivery driver refused to order at the point, when asked about it, he was rude and arrogant. The worst delivery driver ever i met was from one of my order from KFC cambridge, st. Andrew street.

I recently visited KFC and was reminded why it's such a popular choice for fried chicken lovers. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, with a friendly staff ( I think her name is Anaja, if I’m not wrong) ready to take my order.The service was quick, and the food came out hot and fresh, just the way I like it. KFC's signature flavor and consistency make it a reliable choice for a fast, satisfying meal.Overall, KFC delivered exactly what I expected – delicious fried chicken that never disappoints. I'll definitely be back for another meal soon!

What is the point of using pushbikes for journeys over 2 miles? Our food has just turned up cold. I’ve just paid £20 for two cold chicken burgers two cold portions of chips. The only thing that was at the right temperature with the cold drinks. I will not be using you again.

everything has arrived cold, driver ride, handed over a bag with a hole in the bottom of which 3 cans fell out and smashed open, then proceeded to tell me it was my fault?! and told me he cant help

I was served raw chicken that later gave me food poisoning, and was refused a refund when I spoke to an employee about it. They smirked at me and then ignored me after simply refusing. Tried to explain what had happened and they just said "no it wouldn't have been raw chicken".

I recently visited the KFC in Cambridge and had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service. The staff member who appeared to be the manager was particularly unprofessional and unhelpful. Instead of addressing my concerns or assisting me properly, they seemed indifferent and dismissive. This is far from the level of service I expect from a well-known brand like KFC. I hope management takes steps to improve their customer service because this experience was incredibly frustrating. I would advise others to be cautious when visiting this location.

They change £3/£4 for beans and they send you the ones you get on the box meal if you went shop and brought the beans they give you the large put as that’s what you pay for

I'm absolutely loving this KFC! I visited the KFC Cambridge at St Andrews Street location and was blown away by the exceptional service and mouth-watering food! The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure our meal was perfect. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavor. I'm definitely coming back for more! 5 stars isn't enough - I'd give it 10 stars if I could!

I spent over 21 pounds but they give me the regular popcorn chicken.

I’d like to give 5 full stars but unfortunately the bag my meal came in was opened. This could have been done at the restaurant but with the worry of food I’ve had stolen by people delivering has been a lot. I don’t believe on this occasion anything was missing but please make sure the bag has been taped to avoid questions and concerns.

Tasty food, and a convenient location. Staff are very polite and while the store can be busy, service is usually pretty prompt. There is a good range of seating options available if you did want to eat-in.

This is easily the best KFC I've been to in a long time. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful taking my order. The restaurant itself wad very tidy and a overall pleasant to eat in. Most importantly, the food. I had a trilogy box meal and it was fresh and tasty. Will be visiting again when I am next in Cambridge!

Forgot all the food only gave the wraps although we got a whole meal for each wrap. Didnt give other stuff and the photos show stuff the dont give. Theyre lucky i didnt crashout. Might bring ts to court

Just go there for my routine Friday lunch before going to the mosque. It's easy and convenient. My fingers do the walking and the talking. Within 20 minutes, I'm out of the restaurant feeling satisfied.

The chicken wasn't properly cooked and it was salty too.otherwise it was good... atmosphere is good...if you want to eat in it's often too busy in there and it's difficult to get a table because of limited space.

I've ordered a ricebox with an extra chicken fillet. Chicken was extremely salty and a bit undercooked, also chopped into tiny bits to hide the fact there's no extra which I paid for. I've also witnessed the staff offering free food to some teenager (repeating that 3 times while I was waiting) in exchange for a 5 star Google review. Toilet is filfy, full of rubbish and clearly nobody checks it during the day. Appalling.

We ordered food, and one of the 🍔 burgers was in a bad state . When we went to the counter and asked for the exchange for another burger, they refused to give us another burger. Eventually, the manager of the kfc came and asked me which country I am coming from. This is so ridiculous. Kfc should be sham of it self that having Manager for their branch, so rude like this. This is racist, KFC shame on you millions 0f times.... Also, the place was so dirty tables a nd the floor

Asked for a twister zinger with white peppered mayo. Only found out once I'd waked away that it was nothing like I ordered. I suppose it helps if you can understand spoken English. I did repeat myself a few times and thought they had understood what I wanted. How hard can a simple order be to take & make🤬
