Recomendaría encarecidamente Pope street Function Room como lugar. Es un gran espacio para celebrar un pequeño evento. Bar bien surtido, muy bien decorado e impecablemente limpio. Chris y su equipo hicieron un excelente trabajo de principio a fin para ayudar a que mi fiesta de cumpleaños fuera un éxito. GRAN GRACIAS a Katelyn, en particular, que es una profesional increíble! A pesar de mis constantes preguntas, ella era extremadamente paciente y no podía hacer lo suficiente por nosotros. Gabriella hizo un gran trabajo detrás de la barra - tan bien organizado.

Fuimos al evento de Cine Familiar mostrando Peter Rabbit. Fue genial. Nuestro hijo lo pasó muy bien, el asado era maravilloso y el personal era muy amable. Es un gran pub con comida maravillosa y un gran ambiente!

Contratamos el pasillo de arriba que era un lugar increíble para una fiesta, tuvimos un montón de cumplidos sobre lo encantador que era el lugar. Gran comunicación con el personal que nos ayuda a reservar y el personal amable.

Gran comida, gran servicio, gran equipo. ¡Siempre una buena noche cuando voy aquí! La comida es de muy alta calidad y los cócteles son excelentes. También la hora feliz es genial también!

Had our sons leaving party in the function room upstairs before he heads off travelling, wonderful night in a really lovely venue. Staff are fantastic, friendly and professional. Caitlin was so helpful from the start and nothing was too much trouble. Chris on the night was brilliant, exceptional service and very welcoming. We had a charcuterie table made by Pope Street which was amazing and enjoyed by all. Thank you so much for making the whole evening one to remember we will definitely be using you again for future events!

Spur of the moment. We had a really delicious Sunday roast. The customer service was excellent. Really nice helpful staff. Everyone please give Pope Street, New Eltham, a try. Had a sudden hankering for a roast. With Pope Street down the road it was a no- brainer! We both had pork loin with all the trimmings. Demolished the entire plate. The house red was delicious too. Excellent value and always delightful staff

Easy to book, efficient and friendly service, great Guinness, excellent food. We go regularly every month or so and the standards never slip.

The food was good we went for NYE but left as the atmosphere was good nor the DJ ended up seeing in the NY at home which was not the plan wasted a lot of money

Vine a preguntar sobre la reserva de la sala de actos de arriba para un evento familiar, y tan pronto como entré en el bar el personal era muy acogedor, servicial y conocedor. Reservé para el primer sábado de noviembre para un depósito muy razonable, y me puse en contacto con Pope Street un par de semanas antes de la reserva para seleccionar y pagar el catering - de nuevo un proceso sin fisuras. El día, el lugar, la comida y las bebidas (incluyendo nuestro pedido especialmente solicitado para Snowballs! ) eran excepcionales. Mi familia y amigos estaban muy impresionados y comentaron lo agradable que era el lugar y la calidad de la comida y bebidas. También había un montón de aparcamiento en la calle cercana, que era útil. Todo hizo del día una ocasión tan encantadora y sin duda volveremos a visitarlo y tenerlo en cuenta para futuras reservas. Gracias a todo el equipo por cuidarnos tan bien x

Me encanta este lugar. Si eliges tus tiempos puedes tomar una buena bebida tranquila con un amigo (gran gama si cervezas artesanales, cócteles, vino, etc). Las noches son vibrantes y pueden ser un poco ruidosas pero siempre un ambiente agradable. El personal es encantador

Chose Pope Street to host a surprise birthday party for my wife and I couldn't be happier with my decision or the outcome! From choosing the date, deciding which area of Pope Street to use (upstairs event space) to deciding on dishes through to the event itself, the team was FANTASTIC! Would highly recommend!

Popped in after work for coffees (decaf cappuccino) and to check out Pope Street. Cheerful and helpful bar staff including Alex who brought our coffees to the table. Nice chilled vibe and a great 70-80s playlist in the background. Nearly all the tables in the restaurant area were taken and people were arriving for the fortnightly Wednesday quiz night. Looking forward to a return visit for food and drinks.

Met up with some friends for a catch up and some lunch. Pope Street didn't disappoint. The service was excellent, as always. The food and drinks menus catered for every taste and the food delicious - the non alcoholic cocktails were divine and recommended if you are driving. Highly recommend this restaurant. It was A1 in my opinion.

Pope Street is a great spot, with lovely drinks! There is something to suit everyone. the staff were super friendly and our waitress Niamh was outstanding and so attentive. Will definitely return!

Booked online for an immediate table. Early dinner needed at 5. Greeted by friendly staff at a quiet time. Efficient and pleasant throughout. Nice food. Fair prices. We will definitely be back.

Really disappointed in this visit. 3 guests, 1 of which ordered the MOULES MARINIÈRE, obviously a misunderstanding when the waitress took our order as when our meals arrived a mushroom dish appeared, in place of the mussels! ok mistakes happen. Myself and my husband ate our very average meals, whilst our 3rd party guest had to sit and wait another 10-15 mins for his requested choice, by which time we had almost finished our meal. MOULES MARINIÈRE duly arrived - WITHOUT a finger bowl !!!!!!!!. Now from reading the menu MOULES MARINIÈRE contains mussels, white wine, garlic, shallots and no mention of cream. Unfortunately this dish was so overpowered by the taste of unreduced cream, that it was far from enjoyable. I would suggest that this meal is correctly advertised on the menu that it is not a typical MOULES MARINIÈRE but contains cream, for the dairy intolerant amongst us. I would also suggest that when waiting staff are taking food orders, they confirm the order with the guest before leaving the table. Unfortunately not an establishment I would recommend .

Having never been, I thought this was a restaurant with a bar, it's more the opposite. Lively place, lovely, helpful staff, the food does seem like an afterthought though. I wouldn't eat there again.

Reserved an area in the Bar downstairs to celebrate my 40th Birthday and we had the best night! Can’t thank the staff enough, they are always so friendly and helpful. The band on were amazing- love Pope Street, always a good night!

This is the best brunch food in the area!!! Staff are incredible and so so lovely. Catered for everyone’s dietary requirements and is by far my favourite place to brunch !!!!!
