Fresh quality ingredients as soon as I arrive in Birmingham I order nicest wrap and chicken since my myms and dads bbq in summer

Food never arrived. Waited well over 2 hours and they do not answer the phone. Never ordering from here.

Apart from delivery being 10 minutes late, due to being busy etc, which is very understandable indeed… I cannot fault how great the food was from trying this food place “Pon Di Grill” for the first time. The burger was absolutely on point and banging, the fries was way crispier and crunchy compared to any other takeouts out there, burger and chips. Both was done to perfection… 🔥 🔥 🔥 Never tried an Oreo Homemade Cake 🍰, before but putting the combination of Ben & Jerry Chocolate 🍫 Fudge Brownie Ice Cream 🍨 with the cake 🍰 is next level and just hits differently, try it you’ll see what I mean lol 😂…👌👌👌… Ordered myself an :- Jerk Burger 🍔 Combo with Mild Jerk Sauce, Melted Cheese 🧀 , Fries 🍟 & Coke 🥤… Coleslaw, Oreo Homemade Cake 🍰 & Ben & Jerry Chocolate 🍫 Fudge Brownie Ice Cream 🍨… I will definitely order from here again soon…

Probably on the best Jerk chicken you can get delivered home. Great smoky flavour, beautifully cooked, crispy in the outside, tender and juicy inside. Sauces are great too.

Well cooked food as usual. Ice cream missing but called and within seconds of ending the call they were at the door. No arguing or quibbling just good customer service. Definitely recommend.

Would give 0 stars if I could, let's start with the food. Bland jerk chicken that just tastes like metal. Festivals are meant to have a slight sweetness to it, the ones I got were just pure salt, crunchy and oily. The cakes were dry like its been sat on the shelf for 2 months. Only thing that was nice was the tub of jerk sauce. Spoke to the manager as was disappointed, I got a very unprofessional response, raised their voice in a very aggresive manner telling me I'm wrong and everything is fine. Never again.

Tasty, hot and on time as usual . This is my go to place for healthy takeaway! If you're on a healthy eating regime but still want a treat, this is definitely the place to eat!

excellent in terms of taste, however meals were not consistent 1salmon meal the salmon was a tiny skinny piece (soo small and not acceptable) the other meal had a decent sized piece which was perfect. unfortunately one of us was disappointed

The only thing i missed was cucumber. The food was nice and it was presented very well. I was able to heat up my chicken. The red velvet cake was nice too. Delivery driver was pleasant. Will be ordering that again.

The food came on time and was still piping hot. The proportions were great and the food was great--definitely worth every penny and I'm glad to have ordered from a business that clearly takes pride in its food quality, and customer service. Both of which exceeded my expectations.

food was piping and very flavoured the only thing I wasn't happy about is i had a proper sweet tooth and my Ben and Jerry's I ordered seemed to already be open I took the top lid off to reveal 2nd paper lid but the 2nd was already open and the ice cream already visible when I took the first lid off which it shouldn't have been so I didn't est it but the food was 10/10

Silly bold man cooked my food and still managed to get hair in it and tasted disgusting overall I don’t know how boldilocks managed that one it’s appalling also was rude on the phone not ‘professional’ at all. Ordered a few times off Uber, food slaps every time 10/10. Ordered again and this time they delivered themselves rather then uber was about an hour, but when food arrived was worth it. Would of waited another hour Defo recommended

The food came and woi! It smelt good, looked good and tasted amazing. A great spin to a chicken burger meal which left me happy and satisfied. The delivery experience was great he came just little before the expected time, the gentleman was polite couldn't complain. I've ordered off them about 5 times (maybe more) now, so I feel comfortable giving a real review. Out of those times, I have received one late order, just by a few minutes. They did pre warn me as they were busy, so it helped with my hunger expectations 😅.

Food's tasty. I order through just eats and never had a problem. Uber no good so don't use them anymore. The food is always cooked to perfection. Staff are so friendly ALWAYS. Foods always hot and on time. You won't be disappointed. If you are MAYBE they will fix it with a free cake 😁

Rude staff, i am an uber driver i was to collect an order from here I arrived there i try to ring the bell I wasn’t sure if the bell is working i press again so what happened a mr was running towards me aggressively, criticised me for no reason while i am not his servant so i cancel the pickup order, i request my fellow Uber drivers to don’t get disrespected by the cheeky man inside the kitchen cancel the order and report it leave a bad review they need to understand Uber drivers are not their servants, rude merchant also customer need to make sure if the mr aggressive inside is polite as business should be done politely

The food and service is 100% I'm a vegetarian so I have the Jerk Halloumi Burger and each time Never!!! disappoints. Partner has chicken and loves everthing chicken especially the wings..The Festivals will be the best you have ever had omg. Deserves more then 5stars!!!!!
