We ordered two chicken fillet burgers and a portion of cheesy chips with beans. Unfortunately, it wasn't that great and I would've expected a higher standard. The chicken was extremely dry and lacked taste, and we needed to have a drink just to get through it. This was a shame because we are both a big lover of chicken burgers. We also found that the chips had that 'raw' taste to them. They had been cooked, but perhaps microwaved? We weren't very impressed with those either. We didn't end up finishing our food.

What a shame , Very disappointed, sadly a waste of money . The kebab was very greasy , and the chips were cold .... Wouldn't order again

Just had the best Chicken kebab and the spicy spuds were amazing, it was so good I wonder wether they have new ownership as it was so much better than usual, would definitely recommend.

Fair selection of averagely priced predictable takeaway food choices beside a through road and with a little car park.

Brilliant supplier of anti-health food. I am sure I achieved at least a sixty minute reduction in lifespan.

Our food arrived bang on time and was pipping hot. The mixed grill kebab was top notch and the kids loved the pizza. Would definitely order from here again.

Ordered a large Donner and chips and a medium turned up. I used to order quite a lot from here. Not any more. Chicken burger was excellent though.

One of the kebabs Pitta was put in the bottom of the container with the chicken and salad piled on top. Why would you do that? How are you supposed to put the filling in it if its soaked in grease from the excessively oily chicken. The other kebabs pitta was on top of the container but over cooked, dry and cracking. For the price it could and should be better.

Fantastic Kebab, generous portions and the sauces are full of flavour. Would definitely order again from here when the hankering for something unhealthy surfaces again.

Food came an hour early.... I wasn't gone so my dad took it in not knowing what time I had ordered it for. Would have told them to take it away again if o was home. Not the 1st time it's happened. Thankfully I got home earlier than expected. Food pretty nice, but this is the third chance I've given them so may not be using again. Sorry guys.

the food is excellent best kebab and grilled meat I've eve had, and only place I get kebabs from now, I'd highly recommend the Plympton special kebab.

Salad Hardly any and dried up . Potato surprise Hard and bland taste . No free drink even though the order was over £20 .

The chicken Donna had leaked all over the paper so it was a bit messy to open it but everything else was lovely. Thank you.

Our order was incorrect. When phoned to complain we were told our order would be reissued and delivered in 30 mins but nothing ever arrived. The food was okay but not ideal as we didn't get everything we paid for.

Overall the food when good when they got it right and delivered on time. To start the order was 20 minutes late, and then when it arrived we requested without salad (yes I'm fussy). 1 arrived without salad and 1 arrived with what seemed like extra salad. Rang up to complain and fair play to them they were very apologetic and when arrived for now coming up to an hour late from the original order was very good.

Chicken nuggets were so tough my daughter couldn't even bite them, the salad in my kebab was limp and wilted and the cheesecake was still frozen!! But worse than that the whole order was cold!! The delivery driver whom spoke very broken English, couldn't find my address, even though if you put it into a sat nav it comes up straight away as it is on a military estate! The driver when he got here didn't apologise just made some excuse that I didn't understand?? Terrible food terrible service xx

If your going to order from here do it 6 hours before you want your food or else you will starve

We ordered the food and the food turned up about half an hour later which we thought was really good but we opened up the food to find it was cold so we rang back and they sent out a fresh order but this time we waited and extra hour from when we rang and there was no compensation no apology on arrival of the food really disappointed and kept kids up waiting for there dinner will not be returning

Not a good done kebab it was not hot and the meat was awful

The food was terrible. The pizza was all dough. The chips tasted stale. The bread was undercooked and just fell apart in my hands...even my dog wouldn't eat it and walked off. The onion rings were burnt. We didn't get a lot for our money. We will never be ordering from here again

Worst meal I've had from here so far.

A cold, mediocre meal with rancid salad arrived late with an aggressive delivery driver who claimed he'd had to drive too far despite the address with postcode being made clear when the order was placed and accepted. The order was accompanied with a note explaining that it was a new estate and so might not show on a sat nav. The delivery driver was angry and aggressive on arrival and continued to get more so even as we offered to pay an additional delivery fee. No answer when I called the takeaway. Poor food & shocking service to have somebody so aggressive show up at your door.

All the meats in my food were dry also asked for sauces and never got them and for the onion rings it was like eating mash potato they were that soggy. Not worth spending your money here! if your after decent food go else were

It says on your website that orders over £10 are free delivery. On delivery they told me I needed to pay a £3 delivery fee

The food was all overcooked and burnt. estimated deliver was an hour, as soon as we placed the order it jumped to an hour and half. Not impressed

The doner meat was like rubber, did not enjoy, total waste of money, the side salad was mainly lettuce and onion

Mixed kebab was good. Spicy spuds not good. No coating and really greasy. Oil not hot enough when cooked so,they were soggy

I love the pizzas from this place, I always ask for extra tomato sauce and they never charge extra. Sometimes delivery times can be a bit out. But generally very good. Never tried the kebabs, so can't comment on them.....

Took two hours to arrive even after two phone calls and when it did arrive some of the order was wrong and what we did have was cold and dried up. The chicken was really hard and dry and spicy potato tasted old. The chips were dry and cold.

Once again no sauce. Once is a mistake. Second time shows they just don't care. Delivery time was as stated.

I asked for the salad accompaniment of my kebab to be put in a separate box as I don't like warm salad! Was told on delivery that the salad would be chargeable at a extra cost to have it put in a separate box!!! So they put it all in the same box anyway on the bottom with everything else on top! So yes I had very warm limp salad items etc! Really how tight is that to want to charge you again for an item that is included in your original meal, just because you prefer not to have warm salad! Obviously an extra box is a issue.

Food was tasty just a bit cold, and they forgot one portion of chips and got one of the four kebabs we ordered wrong. I would order from them again tho as if delivered quicker and slightly warmer it would have been very tasty.

I thought I would give Plympton Grill a second chance as anyone can have an off day with delivery times but sadly I won't be ordering again. For the second time they changed the order status to delivered when there was no sign of food and again for the second time I called them directly to inquire as to why and whilst the chap on the other end of the phone apologised I feel it was not sincere and was followed by excuses. The first order I wasn't happy with took over 2 hours to arrive and this order took circa 1hr50 so I guess that's an improvement 😳🙄

Ordered for 4:45 delivery time was changed to 5:15 without informing. Turned up at 5:27. Potatoes are cold Kids burger no sauce. Not impressed last time I ordered was good service.

Very poor and didn't get the lemonade bottle that we should have

Driver went to the wrong hotel, despite stating on the order the hotel name and postcode. When he rang and we said he was at the wrong place he didn't want to deliver to the correct hotel, until we made a fuss and said we'd complain. When he did eventually turn up (over an hour after we placed our order for 2 chicken kebabs) our food was cold and soggy. £19 for 2 cold soggy chicken kebabs and meagre portions of cold chips is a disgrace, luckily we will probably never have to; but we will never order from here again.

Food was edible but not great. Very long wait ( about an hour and a half!! ) for food to be delivered. Also promised free gift ( bottle of lemonade ) not delivered as promised. Don't think I'll be using them again for a while.

Have ordered here before and it's been very good. But today the food was late getting delivered and the kebab was cold and not up to the normal standard. Even the potatoes are not to the same standard. I understand that it's Easter and busy but that shouldn't effect the food, very disappointed

Got what we ordered and was delivered 40mins earlier than said. Food wasn't great burger was really dry and not a lot of meat and kebab tasted like it has been cooked and left out for ages. Chips only decent part. Won't order again

The food was cold. He did not receive our free pizza. We spent over £25 as we were supposed to get a free pizza. The pizza was burnt. Honestly it would have be better if we got a pizza from Aldi! DON WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Delivery time was great, about the only thing that was. Despite the site saying free delivery the driver tried to charge us £3 for this, we declined as the site says free plus we had no cash as paid by card. the driver spent 10mins arguing with us about this and only actually gave us our food when my partner said he would drive to the store and get a complete refund by which time it was cold. He was very rude and intimidating. this is the second time we have had the same issue so safe to say we wont be ordering again

Food was absolutely disgusting,I threw mine away. I ordered last week and it was good but I won't be ordering again, vile food.tasted like rubber and had more grease in it than a fryer.

My meal was pretty ordered at 3.45 and arrived at gone half 5. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and received some sort of meat feast pizza. And the food was barely warm. Horrible.

Ordered the flavour delight that is the Plympton Grill Pizza! 12" of donna meat, chicken and spiced meat topped with a generous helping of cheese. Properly good, and super fast delivery.

I can not honestly review the Food quality, as my order which was placed at 4:03 PM has still not arrived. It is officially 67 minutes late currently and we have contacted the takeaway with yet no help. The order also says Delivered on the app, when it most certainly has not been.

It was over 45 mins late. Cold and not appetising.

Food was ok The most irritating thing about the order was that after offering the choice between Coke and Pepsi on two separate occasions after ordering Coke I got Pepsi! Don't offer a choice if you aren't going to provide what I ask for.

Not great. 90 minutes to deliver when we're only 5 minutes away, and the food was luke warm at best. Chips were inedible and kebabs soggy - sadly it's not the first time but it will be the last for us as we shan't be returning.

Ordered a chicken wrap and ordered no salad but is stuffed with it, ruined my meal to be honest, other wrap was correct but dissapointed as the order clearly says no salad!

Quick and good service but fish and chips is gross but everything else was great.

There were a number of issues with our order. We ordered two pizzas with wedges and garlic mayo. The pizzas were extremely poor and tasteless, the garlic mayo was runny and tasteless, and they were out of wedges so replaced them with chips without asking. We spent £24 in total and we were meant to get a free bottle of lemonade which also wasn't in the order. I don't know what the other food is like but I wouldn't recommend the BBQ or Vegetarian Pizza, or the chips to be honest!

in total it took 1 hour and 40 mins, found a hair on the bottom of the pizza.. normally have lovely food from here, am so disappointed

Usually exceptional all round. But tonight .... Poor at best. Burnt chips, cold kebab meat and chilli sauce (extra paid for this) had spilled all over the entire order inside the plastic bag.... cold food is not what I wanted. And not what I expect. Disappointed.

1 hour 30 mins for the food to turn up and when i called to complain i was just laughed at and the food was shocking never going there again
