Had a lovely beef dinner,food was presented well and tasted delicious.Dani our waitresses was wonderful and very pleasant.Jake came out to see us and checked everything was OK. Definitely would eat here again.Highly recommended

visited the pub to try the plant based burger…… well let me tell you it was the best veggie burger i have tasted. nice thick burger, relish pickles and an amazing pot of dipping sauce. chips were lightly salted and crispy i will be back as it’s the best plant based burger in town. serving drink’s was Jake… very friendly and helpful when choosing an ale. see you again soon x

We had another amazing meal at The Plough. The service is always great and the team are so friendly and attentive. The sirloin steak was amazing and as good a steak I’ve had anywhere! My husband had the chicken and ham pie which was also delish! The atmosphere is always great and it’s definitely our fave pub in across the Heaton’s. Can’t wait for cosy winter afternoons in here!

Roast? Great! Had the beef and pork belly within our group and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. Very reasonably priced and good service.

The Sunday dinner was absolutely beautiful. The cauliflower cheese was to die for. Faye was absolutely incredible! Her service was perfect and she made us feel right at home.

From walking in staff were lovely had a chicken Sunday dinner my husband had fish n chips it was so nice could of eaten it again. Staff so good especially George behind the bar lovely lad . Can not wait to return x

Came here for the first time to visit a friend who lives local to grab some food and a catch-up. It was such a warm and friendly place and all the staff were amazing and caring. Especially the tall girl with long dark hair, I didn’t catch her name. I will definately be back if I’m in the area again !

Fantastic service from all staff. My daughter had her birthday and my other daughter had a well done on her new job. They put my decorations up and brought out the cake. The manager and her staff couldn't do Anything else for us they were so attentive. I would highly recommend this pub.

Amazing visit and the was service great. No need to get up as we had drinks offered at the table which we were not expecting.

The quiz is awful. He believes that 2010 is part of the 2000's. In the case 1990 is part of the 80's. He is also offensive and said "girl" as someone who is gender fluid this offended me.

Sunday Roast at The Plough on the Moor never fails, quality delicious food as always, great selection of ales, fantastic attentive staff. Cannot recommend this place enough. Oh and bring your dog it's treated just as nicely as you.

We pre-booked our table for drinks. Turned up on times, wearing our masks and had no issues. The staff are super efficient and always make you feel welcome. Sadly, witnessed first hand ‘the I dont need to wear a mask nor book table’ customer. Although the female customer was rude, the staff handled it professionally and calmly.
