Plazzata in Birmingham

Son ordered through Just Eat UK, avoid as they are a waste of time, as is this restaurant Food uncooked, very spicy, although not stated on menu, nor are any allergies When tried to call them, the number is not recognised AWFUL FOOD…..

I visited plazzata Tawah & Grill today after a lot of recommendations from friends and family. I ordered the Tawah for 5-6 persons which is a very big platter consisting of Chops, Chicken Tikka, Seekh Kebabs, Chicken Wings, Rice, Chips Chicken & Mutton Curry and I was absolutely blown away! I have never seen something so amazingly presented and packaged, they really have thought the presentation through. The food was absolutely incredible the starters were well marinated and freshly cooked in front of me and the curries were bursting with spices and herbs. This place is the epic centre of traditional pakistani cooking!! It seems to be a family run business and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, they even brought the food out to my car 10/10 customer service and attention to detail. I would deffo recommend plazzata to anyone who is reading this and will be returning very soon I have told a lot of people about this place the WhatsApp group were going crazy when I sent them a picture of the Tawa (platter). Placed the order for food at 6:15pm requesting it to be delivered between 8-8:15 pm today. The women who I spoke to on the phone took the order and explained it would be delivered at this time. Food arrives at 7:30 pm. Clearly not when I ordered it. Phoned up and the women explained again she would send it out if we sent the food back. Received a call at 7:45 pm from what I presume is someone who owns or manages the place. Absolutely vile on the phone giving ultimations. Rude and attitude. You should be notifying customers that you will be delivering the food 45 mins prior to customers ordering when the order is placed. Not when the order arrives. Yes I totally understand it is Ramadan, then why are you open? You should close up and open after you can actually accommodate a customers order instead of being rude with attitude and giving out ultimations. Will never order again with the poor service provided. Thank for you’re not a sit in restaurant, wonder what type of attitude one would receive. The chips arrived soggy and the food was cold. Wouldn’t even give a 1 star with the bad service from here.

Found Plazzata by chance and fate, what fabulous food!!!! Cooked in front of you over coals, a variety of meats, lamb, chicken, kebabs served together with 2 wonderfull curries, one lamb and one chicken, served with rice, chips and Nan bread, all for £14 and what flavours. Meats are well marinated and so flavoursome, curries are exceptional! Living in Newcastle I want to visit Birmingham again on business soon, I envy you people living near Plazzata, you are lucky, lucky people. Visit, you will be knocked out by the hospitality and especially the food on offer. ENJOY!
