Planet Wok in Norwich

Amazing Thai green curry!! Great service and the nicest Thai green in Norwich. I love the salt and pepper chips too. Highly recommend.

The food was disgusting and the manager refused a refund, called me a liar, laughed the issue off, and basically told me to get stuffed. Avoid this place. Rancid food and rancid people.

Ordered and collected food from Planet Wok Eaton last night and can only explain the food as being abismal, 3 of the 4 dishes were shockingly bad, the duck delight was inedible, hard greasy bits of duck in a watered down sauce and some dodgy looking salad (instead of the usual crispy seaweed) which itself was covered in same watered down salty sauce (supposed to be sweet chilli?) this was left uneaten as it was awful. Had this dish so many times over the last what 10 years plus, never had a complaint once. The noodles dishes were NOT freshly cooked clearly been reheated, the chips were so hard you couldnt hardly bite into them, rice was exactly the same. I can only imagine that this place is under new ownership as the usual warm welcome you get from the lovely Thai lady behind the counter wasnt the case on this occasion, instead greated by a scruffy young chap in dirty looking clothes. We have been using Planet Wok for way over 10 years and have never had an issue, the food has always been freshly cooked, tasty and never felt the need to go elsewhere or complain. All I can add is save your money and go anywhere else rather than here now as it is simply not the place it was, so dissapointing in that respect! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Acabamos de tomar una opción para elegir del menú en línea mientras disfruta de una bebida. Fue la mejor comida china que hemos tenido. Estaba listo para que nosotros recolectáramos a tiempo. Fantásticos sabores y especias. Incluso tenía algunas galletas de gambas sin costo adicional. Excelente, no puedo esperar para tener de nuevo. Muy recomendable.

Al visitar a mi hija y mi familia en Cringleford, esta fue su sugerencia para la cena. Se ha mudado de Dereham Road a Eaton Road. Me encantó el curry de la aldea! No es un mal menú, y personal amable. ¡Quiero volver!
