Planet Pizza in Burnley

Ordered a pizza kebab and chips.the food took 2 hours to be delivered it was all cold.the pizza wasn’t to bad once warmed bk up in the over.the kebab was inedible had brown salad on it and the kebab meat was burnt.it was that bad the dog even left it.the worst takeaway I have ever ordered

Ordered mixed kebab chicken and doner meat, curly fries, the kebab was just donner, dry, clumpy small lumps, bits of brown lettuce, you could smell the dirty fat the curly fries was cooked in. Disgusting would not recommend to a dog or any1

Half of pizza was cold. Not a place I’d recommend.

Food was warm. Kebab was spicy and pizza was really nice . Never had a bad meal from here.

Terrible service over 1 hour late and then didn't bring all the food we ordered so had to come back a 2nd time and still didn't bring everything what we ordered

Very generous portions but the meat was dry and the garlic bread was stone cold!

Waited just over 90 minutes, food was lukewarm and not nice. We’d ordered during the week and it was good. I used to love this place, wouldn’t order again now.

Absolutely awful!!!! My order came half of it was missing!! The chessey chips were freezing cold! My chicken kebab looked like it had been put together by a 2 year old! For some reason the chicken on the kebabs were different! One of them where that overcooked the chicken was black! First and last time we will ever be ordering from here!! Full refund requested if I was you I’d stay away!!!

Pizza was soggy and wet bottom and very messy theTopping it was sloppy and fell apart. Kabab had bad bits of Kabab meat that was dry and hard and old lettuce. Waste of money

Nearly 2 and a half hours late. Arrived cold. When I phone, said they’d offer a voucher when they arrived, he offered me a free drink. Dreadful

Ordered at 8pm and order still hasn’t arrived and looks like the restaurant has took their phone off the hook so you can’t ring them. I’ll certainly never order from them again.

The food was really good and delivered hot and on time. Only problem was the drinks we ordered weren’t put in the order. Luckily the delivery driver was very nice and sorted us a bottle of pop as an alternative.

Something's happened to this place.. Been the same for years now things have changed. The cheese on the pizza isn't the same and the pizza sauce is now a bit dump.. Used to be good, now it's not.. Shame. Whoever you are you've messed it up... Tut, tut, tut..

Very unusually we had to warm the meat in the kebabs this time which we have never needed to do before

Delivery was fast, the food just wasn’t very nice, particularly the sauce on the pizza, and the chips were soggy and not nice at all. It got eaten as we were starving and it didn’t cost a lot, but we won’t order again :(

The pizza had no toppings on it and clearly wasn’t the same quality as it used to be.clearly gone downhill since last owners had it.never will I order again lost a good customer.dog refused to it eat too

Not at all happy with this service, pizza was burnt and dry, chips over cooked and dry,also ordered a 1.5ltr bottle got a can.

The chips were bland and not vey well done. The Pizza was nice but was overcooked and had too many toppings and not the right ratio of cheese to sauce and toppings.

Usually love planet pizza, but disappointed today. Most of it was over cooked and I couldn't eat my burger and my son couldn't eat his pizza.

Rang up to say they brough em wrong chicken wings as they sent spicy wings and I asked for BBQ the man was very arrogant and said it states on the menu they only do spicy witch that is wrong!! It does not state that it says chicken wings then asks witch you would like very disappointed wil not be ordering from here again not everyone likes spicy foods and it should state that if that how u do you food

I asked for naan bread but I got pitta and it was all split so I couldn’t hold it and eat it and I am missing 2 cans of coke that I ordered.

Been going Planet pizza for years, best kebabs ever! They have steak bits in them! No where else does that :O the chicken wings are also the best crispy yet juicy! :P I highly recommend this place! Delivery time is super quick too even though the food is fresh! :P

Sorry guys. But the pizzas were burnt and as much as I tried the 4 kids would eat them. Maybe a one of as last time it wasn't like this. The garlic bread was good and not too burnt. I have pics if you need. Last time they were lovely. I hate to write a review like this as it is very rare.

Tasty, hot, and order again style food. Burger was to die for....felt like a late night feast after a long night out but in the comfort of your favourite seat. This restaurant will be my go to drinks night in food ally.

Spot on Lovley fresh hot food.

Not a great pizza atall only ate 1 slice the rest of the pizza went in the bin. Felt and tasted undercooked.
