Great always ready on time when i collect (takes 10 mins) Always hot and great quality every time I get Honey chilli chicken honestly amazing the best ive ever had i would definitely reccomend Can’t fault it

Just spent £39 at New Taste and I am absolutely disgusted. The ribs were 1 inch long and there was six of them . They were also the wrong flavour. The sweet and sour was missing. The half bag of prawn crackers had 10 broken crackers in . It was disgusting!! Messaged the take away had no response. Please don't waste your money . Go elsewhere!! I wish I could give zero stars .

We get two salt and pepper munch boxes and their very tasty loads of spring rolls chips are always lovely nothing negative to say about our meals from here very happy with service

Rang them to tel them how shocking there food is!! They litterly rob your muney go eles were trust me!!!!

Been going to this Chinese for many times now, most consistent high quality Chinese I’ve been to, the food is piping hot and fresh every time and the curry sauce is to die for - much better than many other places I’ve tried and reasonably priced! Not had a bad one yet

Update : Since my original review the takeaway has changed hands so the experience and food offered maybe different. 09/02/24 ‐--------- Never let down.. tend to order midweek as I've found it slightly better quality than at peak times... excellent food.. very tasty good portions

Really poor food. Portion size small ( for the amount you pay). I have never had to add salt to a Chinese meal but it was so bland. Will never order again.

This place sells you re heated chips that are rock hard had to go back and get a full refund, had the cheek to tell me they were fresh also cost me £14 for chips fried rice gravy and drink probably the worst ever chinese I have been to in my life how the place is still open is beyond me

After ringing our lovely village Chinese closed we ordered at New Taste. £28.40 and totally not worth it the food was awful worst we have ever had most thrown away. It used to be good but not anymore. Will not waste my money again on utter rubbish!

Chips were hard but chewy, tasted like poorly cooked frozen chips.. Very bland too, Curry was watered down and peas were like bullets. Very overpriced and the food was inedible, Will not be coming here again!

Food was tasty and good size portion. We went into the shop to order the food and we didn't have to wait very long to be served. Prices are reasonable.

This used to be a really tasty Chinese. I feel its gone a little downhill not sure if it's new owners? Very bland for Chinese food. Sorry but I won't be returning. - salt and pepper chips soggy undercooked no flavouring just a few onions scattered on top disappointing. -special fried rice small pieces of meat 1 prawn in the whole dish no flavour again very bland Not good guys :(

The Chicken fried rice was probably the best Chicken fried rice I’ve ever had! Spring rolls and chicken sweet corn soup also on point! First time going and definitely won’t be the last! Good prices, good portion sizes, good quality!

Ribs small have no meat on them!! There fried rice is half the portion to chois!! Wonton, seen more meat on a fly

Been here 3-4 times and always been decent. Ordered a munchy box and prawn toast yesterday and me and my partner were both sick a couple of hours after. Extremely tight with portions and the prawn toast was way over cooked. Won’t be coming back…

Today you have excelled yourselves,I have a credit note which I've used tonight,I ordered salt and pepper spare ribs and special curry with chips ,the delivery was prompt,my food was roasting hot and this is a distinct improvement markedly better than 3 months ago,i hope from This point onwards you will maintain the standard you have set tonight? Absolutely disgusting food . Was throwing up all night . The food very poor . Never ever going there again

Absolutely disgusting for spent over 20 pound the curry sauce was like water the rice tasted like nothing and the chips where rock hard !!!!! All went in bin couldn't eat it. I rang up asked for my money back and said they could take the food back they said I had to go to the takeaway myself. This takeaway is an absolute joke and we have juts waisted 23.50 for nothing I wouldn't even feed it to my dog the chicken balls where pink inside its lucky I seen this before my 7 year old daughter ate them !!!!!!!

Excellent Chinese. Polite fast delivery.i have tried Chicken balls starter at every establishment In a 20 mile radius from my location and I must say I never knew chickens had balls were that big !!!! The best !!!!!! A CLASS +++!!!

Well I've just had chips and curry from here and honestly every chip felt tough like it had been cooked more than once and the curry was bare minimal. It wasn't thick or saucy but more wet and tasteless. I only ate it because I was hungry but that tray of food was absolutely rubbish. It's my mistake. I'll stick to their oriental dishes in future.

Good scran there was a drink nonce tho

I went to New taste the other night as me and my family fancied a Chinese after 15 min of waiting to be served and children running around behind the counter I had to leave won't be returning.

Very good take away has some very busy periods so this is a very good indicator of how good it is.

Very tasty food. Ordered from many chinese takeaways before but New Taste definitely one of the best. Fast delivery service as well. 👍

Changed with new owner, is awful now. Old owners used to make good food

Low food hygiene rating, they no longer are using the range to fry chips so you can make the same at home if not better! Curry sauce tasted of cornflour and was watery with lumps! Basically no food food standards and just want your money!

Ordered here before but it's never been this bad. Fancied take-away on Tuesday and ordered Chow-mien and Egg foo young plus fried rice and chips. Came within 10min of ordering but rice and foo-young was cold. Chow-mien was the wet variant (asked for dry) and chips were soggy.

Would have give none, but have to give 1 star to comment, just been in most dried up food ever, worst take away ever

Not for me ordered a chicken chow mein it turned up boiled noodles, Had better from supermarket all went in bin avoid.

First time ordering and was amazing come on time was hot the rice was soft and the chips and curry were lovely will definitely be ordering from here again

Salt & Pepper Squid Is pretty divine, nice gravy, reasonably priced menu. If you want fresh chips cooking how you like them, they are very accommodating.

Ordered 2 munchy boxes.. Never again! The S&P chips were like they were hours old, the batter on the chicken balls was that thick, it was raw inside, the ribs were just pure fat and looked like sandpaper on the outside,the crispy chicken was more chewy than a bonbon , the spring rolls were empty, and the rice was just... Rice!! VERY VEY Poor!

When I ordered a takeaway I asked him how much it would be when it turns up The told me it was more And I asked him what time it would be Delivered and came late

Best chips in padiham hands down. Fantastic curry sauce. Gravey has the typical Chinese Gravey taste not as traditional as English chippys but the food is great and the Chinese food is always fantastic!

Was the worst Chinese I have had the meat was like rubber got a full tin of pineapple chunks in tray and 2 raw onions cut up went in the bin never see a wok

Delicious, large portions with a good variety - the salt and pepper shredded chicken is one of the best I have tried! Average priced for a Chinese takeaway, would recommend

Ordered for the first time in a while, arrived on time, everything very nice and hot, mushrooms very nice, decent portion sizes, gave 4 stars as 5 stars are for perfection , so not everyone gets them, but very close. Would highly recommend!

Worse food in my life I ordered fish, chips, mushy peas and curry. The chips tasted like they was reheated and the fish tasted raw. My girlfriend ordered a steak and kidney pudding, chips, gravy. God knows what they put in the gravy it was foul and as for the pudding, it tasted like one of those cheap goblin ones. We both left the food and ended up making something ourself, £13 down the drain and we are both left with a horrible taste in our mouths from even tasting it, I feel like I have drank a cup full of dirty oil

Mega Chinese/ English chippy, and my god do yoy get some chips!

About time they got their menu sorted out online...can't read it!!!
