Food arrived much quicker than initially estimated, it was hot and extremely tasty, everyone enjoyed their lunch today

No can sent with the burger meal

Food came cold. Disappointing as normally don’t have a problem with Caledonia. Have been ordering from here for years

Ordered the bbq ribs.. worst thing iv ever tasted the sauce was lumpy and there was next to no meet on the ribs and the meat that was on it tasted like slop. The chicken strips was edible but again nothing to shout about

Got 3 pcs chicken,chips ,apple pie,strawberry shake and ice cream.... Chicken was dry, probably cooked an hour ago and left under the hot light. Apple pie had no taste. Strawberry shake was very bland. Ice cream looked like it had defrosted and frozen again..... I've been going here for 20 years and I've watched it slowly go downhill I'm not ordering from here anymore. It's a shame considering they used to be good. Guys you need to sort this out because us customers pay your wages.

Driver was extremely rude on the phone and in person. If I was a violent person he would have lost teeth.

My drinks were missing I phoned up the store and they accused me of lying. Food was cold and quality was horrible. Food was all cold never ever will I order from here again and I don’t think anyone else should

The fried chicken was okay. But the ribs were horrible. Had to bites could not eat anymore of the ribs. Horrible taste and poor quality ribs.

The food is always cooked well and tastes amazing! Try the milkshakes too!

Ordered over the phone asked for no chicken legs but got them anyway, wasn’t an issue bit in to the chicken it was bright pink, called up and complained sent a new one, but who wants a new one when the first one was raw?? Chips was cold, gravy cold, and forgot the drinks.

Always been my favourite place to go as the food is always good, hot, on time and the drivers are lovely but it’s a shame now that you’ve to spend a minimum £14 with £4 delivery now each time. Unfortunately won’t be ordering from here as much now but still would recommend if you’re willing to pay more now ☺️

Best takeaway we’ve had in a long time. The chicken fillet burgers are so tasty best burger I’ve had by far. All of the Food was delicious! Everything arrived nice and hot. We Wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Thank you

Ordered £16 worth of food, took an hour to arrive, must have been ready ten minutes after order, as on arrival it was luke warm and soggy. On return call for replacement/refund, was told "it had arrived 10m ago, why are you calling now" (30s after shutting the door on the delivery driver)

Absolutely disgusting! Took over an hour to arrive when it did the chips were cold like cardboard! When I rang Caledonia she said why you ringing now when it got delivered over 10 minutes ago after literally just shutting the door and opening the food, delivery driver must have put that it was delivered so that it looked like it was delivered in the time a lot given! Which it most certainly wasn’t! Very rude never again!

My food was cold and come cold and waiting for my food to come it was on its way for half an hour

Bland & over priced. I'm not a fan at all, chips are usually floppy/soft and not fresh, alot of the meat is hard because it's been ready and warm for ages, burgers are dry as anything & the ribs are far to tough, we used to order a bit as my kids enjoy it. Not now, it's just too expensive for the rubbish they produce

21 May we ordered 8 pieces of chicken plus chips. For years we have bought chicken from them (thighs and drumsticks as we dont eat the white meat). We have never had a problem except this time. We had.1drumstick 2 thighs and all the rest was very dry wings and breast. Chips were also dry. Phone and complained about the disgusting meal and the lady manager put the phone down on me. Won't be going back but will now support Daddy's in Padiham.

Amazing chicken burgers and red salt chips.I highly recommend it, great service but the atmosphere was quite messy.With tinsel hanging down the windows but other than that great.Only waited 5 minutes then was off again home.But safe to say though I would stick with Aladdin’s cave as I highly prefer it more than Caledonian.

The chips and the milkshakes were great! One of the chicken burgers was pink throughout but when I rang the takeaway they didn't hesitate to send another one which was fine. The food arrived hot and was pretty tasty. Nice thick juicy chicken fillet burger

THIS is a ‘local legend’? Wow! I should move here and dominate this market. To be fair the smash burger was pretty good, but the chicken strips…..eek! I’ve never had to put salt in chicken strips ever. Even the burger benefited from salt. Season your food! Who sells chicken strips and not provide a dip? How happier will your customer base be, if you GAVE them a 5p container of sauce. Even McDonald’s does that. Im American and have never paid for soy sauce with a chinese food order….. until moving here. Customer service people. Ok morning pre coffee rant over. Back to making podcasts V3Tv let’s go!

Delivered a tad late but I was kept posted about it so, I really didn't mind. Plus delivery guy was pleasant and closed the gate properly.

I got a message off the restaurant saying my order was in the way 20 minutes later I had to call them as it wasn’t here yet and I live up the road from them they was just packing the order 30 minutes later I got another message saying it was on the way it still hadn’t called 20 minutes after I had the message my just eat says it’s been delivered but still not had anything when I called again they said it was on the way I ordered at 7pm it’s 8:50pm and still no food

Visited on 18 Jan around 7.15pm. Got my meal home . The chicken was really dry , not impressed . Tried to call them but no answer. It is now Monday and I have still not had a response from this shop .

If you go in the shop be prepared for a long wait seem to priorotise online orders .went in today and waited 20 minutes
