Didn’t complet my order never got my drink

food was cold. watched the tracker he drove 3 miles out the way. I live less than a mile from kfc

As I live in a remote area, I provided clear and precise instructions to find me. I also added a what3words location too. I ended up walking 300 yards to flag down the driver as he was lost. All he had to do was follow the instructions. As a result, the food was stone cold

Order didn’t come yet again. Somebody in the system thinks it’s ok to keep you waiting for 2 hours then randomly change the status of the delivery to delivered despite no food being delivered whatsoever. Disgraceful

I had to go all the way down the street to get my food as he tried delivering it to the wrong house on the complete wrong street. My order was also missing 1 box meal

Completely wrong order I’ve asked for my kids don’t like the chicken when I’ve asked for popcorn chicken haven’t sent our drinks or anything absolutely fuming

I went to this KFC because I was feeling a bit peckish, worst decision ever. The chicken was soggy even though I went through the drive thru and the mash potatoes where absolutely freezing cold. The service was abysmal, not only where we waiting for ages for our food the server dropped my corn on the cob on the floor. I warn you never come to this kfc EVER.

Stay clear of the stuffing stack! This has got to be KFC’s worst burger or this KFC just made it really bad! The bun was like a brick I stopped eating! The chicken was so dry and tasteless yuck! I would avoid if I was you

I was charged over £15 for my order which was never delivered. Charged £15 for food i never received.

The staff was respectful and efficient. The food was fresh and tasty. The atmosphere was good too and ofcourse the food is Halal👌👍.

The smallest pieces of Chicken I've ever had. I must have had one of the kids instead of it's parents. Not impressed for the price. Don't cook the kids!!

Upsettingly had a delivery driver call me & get angry as he was "stood outside for '10 minutes' waiting". We have a Ring doorbell showing that he hadnt even attempted to knock or ring the doorbell. Ridiculous.

Order was completely wrong. Ordered £30 of food and received a bucket of wings. After ordering 2 box meals and extras. Diddnt get any of my order. The delivery man shouted at me when I opened the the door cause I was trying to unlock it. Then when calling the restaurant they said they was nothing they could do because it was the drivers fault not theirs. They said I had to go through just eat.

Chicken was overcooked and dry. Very unusual for this outlet

The chicken in the wrap and burger was over cooked and dry. The chips were okay but I think KFC is over rated to be honest as there are much better places that are far cheaper than KFC..

my twister wrap was delicious, smothered in BBQ sauce when I ordered kentucky mayo, but I was soo hungry I ate it, please be more careful next time.

KFC on a Friday evening is a real treat . the sides of coleslaw and corn cobs are a must...well goes towards our 5 a day! The white chocolate chip cookies are scrumptious and it was with great self control i only consumed 1. i got free popcorn chicken but the main meal was so filling i couldnt eat them. its a shame the fries are not crispy but they go soggy on the journey. But its not about the fries... ITS ABOUT THE FAB CHICKEN!
