The better branch of KFC. Don't know why but the food tastes better here than other places like Blackburn branch

Dirty shop, very expensive, food dried up as been sat for ages.

they were great I rang up and asked them for the burger to be plain and they did just that very happy about that food is lovely aswell

one of the box meals was dreadful, barely anything to it and the chips were soggy at best

Upsettingly had a delivery driver call me & get angry as he was "stood outside for '10 minutes' waiting". We have a Ring doorbell showing that he hadnt even attempted to knock or ring the doorbell. Ridiculous.

no point having a good delivery time if your only going to remember to bring half the stuff. now I dont get to eat tea tonight cos you won't redeliver to fix your mistake. so great. thanks a lot!

Items missing , missing chips and the food cold

Missing chips! Tried ringing no answer

Order was completely wrong. Ordered £30 of food and received a bucket of wings. After ordering 2 box meals and extras. Diddnt get any of my order. The delivery man shouted at me when I opened the the door cause I was trying to unlock it. Then when calling the restaurant they said they was nothing they could do because it was the drivers fault not theirs. They said I had to go through just eat.

Chicken was overcooked and dry. Very unusual for this outlet

The chicken in the wrap and burger was over cooked and dry. The chips were okay but I think KFC is over rated to be honest as there are much better places that are far cheaper than KFC..

my twister wrap was delicious, smothered in BBQ sauce when I ordered kentucky mayo, but I was soo hungry I ate it, please be more careful next time.

They didn’t deliver the regular popcorn chicken

KFC on a Friday evening is a real treat . the sides of coleslaw and corn cobs are a must...well goes towards our 5 a day! The white chocolate chip cookies are scrumptious and it was with great self control i only consumed 1. i got free popcorn chicken but the main meal was so filling i couldnt eat them. its a shame the fries are not crispy but they go soggy on the journey. But its not about the fries... ITS ABOUT THE FAB CHICKEN!

Absolutely shocking, first off all I only ordered 1 large popcorn chicken and chips and large gravy, took over 1 and half hours, second off all the gravy burst in the bag leaving my son with no gravy chips all soggy and soggy cardboard pop corn chicken absolutely disgraceful.

Was missing an item off the order, a small fillet burger (snack size). Tried to call the restaurant directly to rectify, but they're not answering the phone. So, I had to claim a refund for the one thing. Otherwise, the quality of food is great and the delivery time is on point.
