food was cold, chicken over cooked to the point the coating was burnt and got a total of 10 chips. it was totaly unedible, it went in the bin

Simon. What a man. An officer, a gentleman, and everything inbetween.

The only criticism would be two drumsticks as my pieces of chicken instead of the usual drumstick and different cut of chicken.

It’s KFC. You go to KFC and get a KFC. There were No surprises and the food was what you would expect from KFC (good). Hardly no wait for my order. Over all a finger liking good experience.

Absolutely abysmal! When ordering at the intercom, the guy was abrupt and sounded disinterested, generally just came across as unfriendly and like he hated his job. When we went to collect our meal from the next window, the lady serving us looked miserable and didn't even acknowlwdge us; literally just handed the food over even though we tried to engage pleasantries. Any time we have been the staff always seem miserable and almost throw your food at you. Horrible place to visit, I wont be bothering again in the future.

Usually really good service from here but this afternoon had a different experience, upon ordering the lady didn't seem to understand us very well. We ordered a 10 piece bargain bucket, upon paying we were charged £22.95 when it should have been £19, we queried this but didn't get anywhere and reluctantly paid. When we got home realised we had the wrong order all together, with 10 leg pieces and the wrong sides, dissapointed. :(

Really poor. Chicken was over-greasy, got gristle and tubes/sinew. Lid not put properly on gravy so it had leaked all into the rest of the food. Disappointing.

Had to wait 4hours for my food then when I got it it was stone cold and I didn’t receive any loaded fries won’t be ordering again and will be posting on all social media

I came to this kfc and order an original wrap my food came out efficiently and swiftly and the staff member that served me called Simon was very helpful and polite

I didn’t receive my full order. The bottle of Diet Pepsi was missing.

Simon was helpful and kind a good team player, restaurant needs a clean up though. Having to order on the kiosks isn't good please bring back the counter service. Stop making it hard to redeem Blue light card as well when using the kiosks it doesn't work even when scanning QR code please sort it!

£50 order to only receive 3 cold pieces of chick and 3 pots of gravy! Won’t be ordering again

Boneless Banquet x2 , Inc delivery and service charge- £30 . Very pricey for the size of meal. Mini size on everything, Tasty but definitely not worth the cost.
