Chickens black its package looked like it got bashed about and the chicken filliets that weren’t black were really slimy

really disappointed 😞 I ordered colonels 3 PC and got chicken strips. not happy at all

Ignorant courier too busy on his phone and not concentrating on his job

Food great. The Driver was rude and on the phone. He also abandoned his car with the front half of his car blocking the pavement.

The zinger burger had a couple of shreds of lettuce with very little sauce. The rice bowl was unbelievably bland and quite cold and the fries were an overcooked, soggy, cold mess. Definitely last time I'll be using this KFC.

Food arrived freezing cold cans of pop in the top of the bag also no sauce or gravy which I paid for

Very expensive but it was a treat today. Very tasty and loads better than the Colne Road KFC. Bigger pieces of chicken and nice and hot on arrival. Yummy zinger burger too😋

Absolutely freezing cold the food was, we were given a free popcorn chicken when we ordered but never received it and the chicken was hard and cold along with the chips we rang the restaurant and the staff were unpleasant towards me as if they had nothing to do with it really disappointed with it as it isn’t a cheap place to eat it’s cost me £34 for food I’ve barely touched the only upside is that it came on time. I’d have rather waited.

Order was almost two hours late and when it arrived it was missing the colonel 3 piece meal and the gravy and sauces we ordered and also gave two corn on the cob when we only ordered 1

Food wasn’t delivered due to a crash, I tried meeting the driver but he marked it as delivered and drove off. I expect a full refund

abit cold came with 3 cookies instead of 4 but it was good

Food was cold and paper bag was ripped spilling some of our food on the floor . Driver apologised but not the point really.

bought a value bucket meal for two for £20 and half of the order is missing absolutely ridiculous

only received half of my order again it's absolutely ridiculous this, how difficult is it to read an order & bag it correctly, an hour for delivery to be missing half my order, this seriously needs sorting out

The zinger box meal came without the burger bun just the fillet and hash brown and cheese this is not good when we’ve paid for the meal and it hasn’t come how it was suppose to come and the food was cold…

Courier stopped for 20 minutes after picking up the food, said he had to change a tyre which I don’t believe. Food was stone cold and inedible on arrival. I want a refund.

everything we ordered was cold, the delivery driver rang us and was lost in translation after i personally sent him the address and gave him directions over the phone.

Another bad experience I'm afraid. For the cost of kfc you expect nicely presented, hot fresh edible food. on this occasion and on others too, this has not been the case. very disappointing again. I just want one occasion to be positive.. please.

fries were cold n hard popcorn chicken was solid n gravy was cold,canned drinks were warm so overall waste of thirty quid .when I worked at KFC I remember the meals being fiver each but now almost twelve quid a meal with less in them than when I worked there

Only received one third of order

I received a meal that was not to the order made so was inedible to the person it was ordered for and was also freezing cold so I would like a refund as the said meal had to be binned and the person it was intended for had to find something else to eat the rest of the order was also fizzing cold so for this reason I am asking for a total refund of the order

Food was the good usual KFC. This particular branch was cleaner than other KFC restaurants I've visited. Easy to park.

No fries with either meal and wouldn’t resolve the issue

Pretty good. They can run out of some stuff if an hour or so b4 closing, but i presume thats a management rule about opening stuff late to prevent waste. The people working there now seem generally happy, friendly and will try make up ur order with decent substitutions

From entering the KFC on trafalgar st burnley a gentleman from behind the counter helped me with my order as I didn't know how to use it 🫣. He was so helpful " sorry didn't catch your name" but my order was 8055, lovely man. Then when I collected my order the young lady " kera or kira hope thats how you spell it ...was so friendly and professional. They are both a credit to your team . ❤️

A whole meal missing! Food cold delivery driver went to the wrong place so was walking round with the items that werent missing and that resulted in cold food!

This is the third time they have delivered me,cold ultra dry chicken and cold chips. what happened to KFC being succulent and finger licking good. This was cold dry an inedible.

really friendly delivery driver. food was hot and well wrapped. everything i ordered was there and they even put some freebies in. We had been having a bad day and having a nice meal cheered us up. Thank you KFC.

Out of the 3 portions of chips you couldn’t make up 1 potion of chips and the food was cold. Will never order from them again

ordered a mini fillet burger side...the didn't send this butninstead put in 3 extra bags of fries..might make the total cost the same but the meal already came with fries so why would I be able to eat 4 lots of fries on my own, should of been replaced with a chicken side as it was a chicken side I ordered if they had none left

Ordered a trilogy box, missing the popcorn chicken. Not the first time I've had things missing from my order and I don't usually complain but this is a regular occurrence and it's not acceptable!

i ordered from here last night and all the popcorn chicken i ordered came cold i ordered a large meal and a snack box popcorn chicken with gravy and the gravy was also cold

arrived 25 minutes late and stone cold as driver was walking around with my order in a paper bag instead of the heat bag to keep it warm

£25 for cold chicken and forgot about a whole meal

Don’t answer the phone. Tried to call a few times. Paid for a boneless banquet and a trilogy meal and extra gravy. Got a trilogy box with no chips and just chips and chicken for my ‘ banquet meal’.

the Gravey was cold and the chips. chicken lutwarm. I asked for orange thay sent me Pepsi what I don't even like.

No chips with my meal and it was all absolutely freezing. I watched him deliver straight to me with no other stops so must have been sat bagged up ready before the delivery drive got to KFC.

TERRIBLE..sent nothing I ordered from my £55 order. Note in the bag said 'WE RAN OUT OF PRODUCTS' should have cancelled my order instead of sending just a bucket I didn't order. went straight in the bin, luckily I filmed us opening the bag as I knew it didn't feel right. WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN.

my food was freezing when it arrived

the food was delivered late and on tracking the driver had been on a tour of burnley first. then the wrap received was a single piece of chicken including bone and was inedible.

Made order online, drove to collect and when we drove back home part of the order was missing so had to drive back down. By the time we got back home the remainder of our food had gone cold. Wont be ordering online again

other than food items missing it were actually tasty and still warm when it arrived there were just items missing that kettle it down

Rubbish!! Missing 3 items told just eat about it and they’ve done nothing
