Simon was very professional and kind even though the system was down he worked above and beyond to get us sorted

Simon was timely with my order and provided one of the best services from a kfc in recent years

Whoever fried the chicken tonight absolutely nailed it. Best chicken ever had from KFC anywhere. Can't fault it at all. Only negative is I didn't order more.

I came to this kfc and order an original wrap my food came out efficiently and swiftly and the staff member that served me called Simon was very helpful and polite

Simon was helpful and kind a good team player, restaurant needs a clean up though. Having to order on the kiosks isn't good please bring back the counter service. Stop making it hard to redeem Blue light card as well when using the kiosks it doesn't work even when scanning QR code please sort it!

Chickens black its package looked like it got bashed about and the chicken filliets that weren’t black were really slimy

If I could give it zero stars I would. Waited 20 minutes to pay in drive thru. Finally paid but for the complete wrong order which was £8 dearer. Had to ask for refund and correct meal then waited another 5 minutes. A member of staff throwing a piece of chicken in a packet up and down like it was a ball I counted 12 times he did this- this is someone's food. Finally got food 30 minutes after ordering and was freezing cold and she forgot to give me my drink which I had to ask for. Absolutely disgusting

really disappointed 😞 I ordered colonels 3 PC and got chicken strips. not happy at all

Food great. The Driver was rude and on the phone. He also abandoned his car with the front half of his car blocking the pavement.

The zinger burger had a couple of shreds of lettuce with very little sauce. The rice bowl was unbelievably bland and quite cold and the fries were an overcooked, soggy, cold mess. Definitely last time I'll be using this KFC.

Probably the best KFC I've had.

Very expensive but it was a treat today. Very tasty and loads better than the Colne Road KFC. Bigger pieces of chicken and nice and hot on arrival. Yummy zinger burger too😋

Absolutely freezing cold the food was, we were given a free popcorn chicken when we ordered but never received it and the chicken was hard and cold along with the chips we rang the restaurant and the staff were unpleasant towards me as if they had nothing to do with it really disappointed with it as it isn’t a cheap place to eat it’s cost me £34 for food I’ve barely touched the only upside is that it came on time. I’d have rather waited.

Very disappointed. You can only order on the automated kiosk's and mine refused to take payment. Then waited 5 minutes to pay. The order was correct but should have been a takeaway, not to eat in. When I pointed this out .....alot of sighing....

Had to wait 20 min for the order order was missing product we thankfully checked it in the store staff were not bothered they had missed items there response was "what do you expect we are busy" most of the food had Been packed and left to stand for 10 minutes the chips where stone cold the burger had only half a amout of fillet and was mostly bread can honestly say will never go there again and probably never to another KFC after what we got do your self a massive favor do not go to this store

Excellent food and the fries were really good especially since they are thicker than they used to be so they are warm when they arrive

The zinger box meal came without the burger bun just the fillet and hash brown and cheese this is not good when we’ve paid for the meal and it hasn’t come how it was suppose to come and the food was cold…

everything we ordered was cold, the delivery driver rang us and was lost in translation after i personally sent him the address and gave him directions over the phone.

Courier stopped for 20 minutes after picking up the food, said he had to change a tyre which I don’t believe. Food was stone cold and inedible on arrival. I want a refund.

Another bad experience I'm afraid. For the cost of kfc you expect nicely presented, hot fresh edible food. on this occasion and on others too, this has not been the case. very disappointing again. I just want one occasion to be positive.. please.

Missing a full meal and gravy. Had to order the kids meal again and it still came cold. Cold, gravy was solid. Chicken was cold.

fries were cold n hard popcorn chicken was solid n gravy was cold,canned drinks were warm so overall waste of thirty quid .when I worked at KFC I remember the meals being fiver each but now almost twelve quid a meal with less in them than when I worked there

I received a meal that was not to the order made so was inedible to the person it was ordered for and was also freezing cold so I would like a refund as the said meal had to be binned and the person it was intended for had to find something else to eat the rest of the order was also fizzing cold so for this reason I am asking for a total refund of the order

Food was the good usual KFC. This particular branch was cleaner than other KFC restaurants I've visited. Easy to park.

Pretty good. They can run out of some stuff if an hour or so b4 closing, but i presume thats a management rule about opening stuff late to prevent waste. The people working there now seem generally happy, friendly and will try make up ur order with decent substitutions

From entering the KFC on trafalgar st burnley a gentleman from behind the counter helped me with my order as I didn't know how to use it 🫣. He was so helpful " sorry didn't catch your name" but my order was 8055, lovely man. Then when I collected my order the young lady " kera or kira hope thats how you spell it ...was so friendly and professional. They are both a credit to your team . ❤️

A whole meal missing! Food cold delivery driver went to the wrong place so was walking round with the items that werent missing and that resulted in cold food!

This is the third time they have delivered me,cold ultra dry chicken and cold chips. what happened to KFC being succulent and finger licking good. This was cold dry an inedible.
