This place is always good to eat meet people and they don't push you for your seats.

Every single time I order from this KFC the order is wrong. I mean how hard is it to read a receipt? Not only did I have missing items, my order arrived looking as though it had been tossed around the whole restaurant before arriving to me. Don’t know if your illiterate or just plain lazy but just do the job your paid to do or find one that matches your skill set.

Chicken in bottom of carrier bag. No chicken legs, looked the leftovers thrown in

Absolutely disgusted! Many of the items were missing and what was sent wasnt the warmest. For the amount of money it costs, this is certainly not good enough! Will not be ordering here again!

I am fuming, ordered food from just eat, spent 68.00 and half of my order was missing Evan though I said please double check everything, 6 potions of chips was missing, hot wings as missing and all the pop and sauces was missing. I spoke to the just eat guy and he just laughed and said contact them. Evan though I ordered though just eat, it's the staff at Burnley that packs it and I am proper angry, it's a joke, completely, and now I'm having to cook the chips my self, it was bad enough paying that but it's even worse me having to sort the rest out my self, kfc burnley is a joke, also left a message with them, but won't get no where, never again.

Very cold now worth the money want a refund

Staff shut the store early everyday. 4 times in the past 2 weeks have I come to this store before 22:10pm and they have refused to serve me saying they are closed.

No drink with food was gutted but delivery drive came back with the bottle great service

Ordered £50 worth of food for my son’s birthday tea. Majority of the order didn’t turn up so had to order another takeaway to make up for it. I use just eat regularly and very disappointed with this service

7UP Free Bottle 1.5 Litre missing

The worst food I've eaten in a long time, everything was cold other than the water which was warm, the chips were soggy and the chicken bites were rubbery. Some food was not delivered, everything went in the bin.

This place is an embarrassment to KFC won't even answer the phone to sort my complaint out I will be going further as my daughter had the same problem a few weeks ago with her friend this place has to be shut down giving kfv a bad name

Everything messed up in the bag

Few times it has happened where they just miss half the order. No explanation as to why. Ordered a meal and then extra portions of chips today and they didn't send any of the chips despite the meal being sent with chips. Had entire meals missing before.

The KFC meal was lovely really enjoyed it the delivery person was very nice and polite thank you

This food is not an only 80% wrong but absolutely disgusting. I feel like I am eating chicken caucus. Half my order missing and all for horrible. I expect a full refund and I will never return

Only sent half my order. Food was cold and tasted old. Dogs ate it which is about right for the quality of it. Wouldn’t answer phone. I left a message but nobody rang back. Well done kfc burnley you are officially rubbish.

Missed half my order. Food was barely warm. Asked for 2 gravy’s and got 10 and done mash I didn’t order. Missed 4 lots of fries. When I called them they couldn’t even be bothered to answer the phone. 4pm on a Sunday. Driver was just going to leave it on my doorstep and only knocked once. This kfc is getting really bad.

the service at this place is terrible. every time I order there is multiple items missing to the point where I now order extra stuff to make sure there is enough. food came in about 5 mins which is suspect and food was just chucked in and squashed (colonel would be turning in his grave). Only reason I order is we like KFC shame they can never get it right and chicken is usually overly greasy with the skin hanging off. very hit and miss.

Need to start cleaning eating area as bins are always full and tables never cleared if table clear not clean and floor looks a mess they need to employ someone to do this as it is one if not the most important job there is.

Never has any rice boxes, staff arnt very friendly always chatting between each other always waiting for them to answer when waiting to order when going through the drive through food wasn't that good either

Sent half the order. Paid &30 and received 2 burgers. They weren’t the right burgers. Cold, burnt, over salty, inedible. When we contacted just eat nothing was done so basically might as well have set fire to my money.

I ordered 4 burgers and 4 chips and only 2 of the burgers and 2 of the chips have been delivered

Litterly just come 15 minutes ago. Food only cost just short of £10 but besides the point the box has litterly just split open and food everywhere from underneath. Ordered fillet box meal. Was the only people going through drivethrough aswell. You wouldn't think it would be hard to put a box together! Won't be ordering a box again that's for sure! Would of took it back but more hassle driving back through traffic!
