Planet Doughnut Chester in Cheshire West and Chester

Wonderful selection of donuts not only for humans but for pets too. They were delicious. Would visit again when we are in the area.

Planet doughnut is the best doughnut shop in my opinion. They offer so many different flavours with delicious toppings and fillings! They are bit more expensive than other doughnut shops but totally worth the cost as they are so much better. Shop staff pleasant. Hope this place doesn’t close permanently like my local Nantwich one has.

I’ve had a donut from here before and it was absolutely lovely, however the cookie dough dessert wasn’t very nice unfortunately. I’d probably avoid ordering that dessert in the future to be honest, if anything it was really disappointing. I ordered the ‘moon rocks cookie dough’ dessert and the chocolate was cheap tasting and had far far far too much chocolate was on the dessert which made it incredibly sickly. But apart from that, as aforementioned my prior experiences have been brill and I’m sure there are other great things to try! Thank you anyway! 😊

Food was severely undercooked, my cookie dough was like water and my friends waffle was soggy. When asked for a refund I got declined because “it was cooked” and I only “wanted a refund because my friend got one”. That wasn’t the case I wanted a refund because my food wasn’t cooked. The woman was extremely rude and wouldn’t even look at my cookie dough just decided it wasn’t cooked and continued to shout “well you are not getting one”. I wouldn’t recommend staff were extremely rude and the food is disgusting and not safe to eat.

I’ve ordered from planet, donut a few times over the past few months and always found them to be perfect. Fast service, great menu choice never disappointed. 🙂🍰🧁🍡🍧🍦love it!

I came in here on Saturday night (18th feb) with my girlfriend about 8.15pm ish and was greeted by a lovely guy called Corin! I have a few food allergies and made Corin aware of this whilst he was about to start making the milkshakes! He couldn’t find the allergy menu so he checked each and every items ingredients to make sure they were safe for me! What a lovely lovely member of your team going above and beyond for me and made me feel reassured and comfortable! really wanted to leave this special shout out for him as I could see he was trying to clear up for the night but still went out of his way to check everything! Will definitely be returning! Thanks Corin!!

The doughnuts may seem expensive, but they are very large and do not skimp on fillings and icings, so they are good value for money, especially if you go for the doughnut and coffee deal. The choice is great including vegan options (important to my lactose-intolerant friend). The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The place is spotlessly clean. I highly recommend it.

Couldn’t help myself and had to try one of their giant doughnuts. Fresh and great flavour. Pricey but good size for the money.

Amazing doughnuts, plenty of choice and if you're a chocolate lover like me you'll be spoiled for choice! A little pricey but these places always are, and they top shop bought by a mile so definitely worth it for a treat.

Good range of doughnuts, they are very sweet and large, gave the kids a much needed sugar rush which kept them going walking round Chester

Absolutely amazing, delicious doughnuts, great coffee and now great choice in ice cream and can't wait to try out the new desserts when they arrive. Tess is fantastic always greets us with a smile and knows our drinks from memory lovely to know there is still a place where you can go and enjoy a conversation and a laugh with all the staff.

Just called in on the off chance, never been before but will sure be back. Wasn’t busy so we able to check all the delicious treats on show. We ordered 2 flat white coffees and chose a jam filled doughnut between us, (we just wanted a snack). It served its purpose. Nice clean and good choice of delightful doughnuts.

Popped over from Manchester for the Royal Jubilee Weekend. Planet donought caught our eye, so we opted in. Great selection of donoughts, and we were persuaded to get a 6 box. The girls were lovely, but it was suzi that up sold it to us. She picked our donoughts for us. The cherry bakewell was our fav, but they were all lovely. Great service from her, giggled away with her. Can’t wait to get some more as we have downloaded the app
