Ordered food at half 4 to be here latest by 5:50. It’s not 7pm and it’s still NOT here! Can’t ring they won’t answer phone!!!!!

There was cum on my chips that deffo not Mayo and hair on my pizza

I've always had food from here always enjoyed it however, ordered tonight and it's the worst pizza I've ever eaten greasy burnt ordered cheesy chips got just chips and whoever is answering the phone now certainly needs a better attitude

Normally this place is amazing and never had any issues unfortunately on this occasion the pizza base were dry and stale the topping were incredible just the base that was disappointing. It won't stop me ordering again as the pros outweigh the cons so hopefully my next order will be as good as it normally is

Ordered at 4pm for delivery..said 25 mins. Rang after an hour an said it was on the way...it wasn't.. waited another 30 mins before it arrived leaving us late for an appointment . Also had to ask driver for the drink as he didn't give it to us but them got it out the car .

Just enjoyed a lovely, tasty and throughly yummy pizza from Pizzeria in Forest Town. It was delivered promptly and very hot. Wouldn't hesitate to order from you again. Thank you 🍕🙂

The food was excellent. Chicken was prepared on a griddle while we waited. Good size meal and reasonable prices. Going back for sure. Also delivery service available. Well worth 5 *

I’ve just ordered a takeaway from Pizzaria. The delivery driver has just opened my door after not hearing him knock and shouted through the door. That is absolutely disgusting behaviour and denying it and I’ve just watched cctv back and he did open it 😡

Our regular takeaway, always warm and fresh and delivered quickly. One of the few consistent takeaways in Mansfield, even on a Saturday night.

Ordered online which took 1 hour 20 minutes to initially arrive. Order was wrong so phoned them and they said it would be sent immediately out. Over an hour later still not arrived, called them up to chase it to be met with somebody talking over me, talking in a different language to others in the shop and then talking down to me. They said it was being sent out. Had to call back 20 minutes later due to the shop soon closing for the bloke to answer going ‘what’ and saying it should be there any second. 2 minutes later, delivery driver calls to say outside and turns out that they were at the wrong property!! Called the shop and asked for a refund to which they said that I had to request this with the company we ordered through and basically not their problem. Down right rude, ignorant people and wouldn’t waste another penny here. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON A MONEY GRABBING SHOP FULL OF RUDE AND IGNORANT PEOPLE!

Absolutely vile, the chips were soggy, the kebab were hard and the pizza were dripping in grease. overall disgusting. Made me and my partner very ill. Must be food poisoning or bad hygiene. Will never ever order from here again. £25 down drain. Wasn’t worth it at all. Not even a penny. Only positive is delivery driver we’re very polite.

Ordered online, said food would be 40 minutes. Finally arrived an hour and 20 later! Their website is still showing the food being prepared even after they've closed. Apparently delivery driver went to wrong address even though they had our postcode! Not used them in ages, and won't be doing so again. After all that the quality of the food was mediocre at best. Definitely much better pizza places out there

Only went there because our chippy was closed and I really fancied a kebab, I was presently surprised, lovely food, chicken kebab was cooked while I waited and was cooked with chicken breast so no fat, will definitely be using Pizzeria in future for my kebabs, very tasty 👍

After 4 years in the clink it was time for me to get some real food. I'd saved my giro ready for the weekend. Fast food, fast mobility scooters and fast stuff. Anyway... I ordered from pizzaria and it was a disaster. The food was late, the driver wasn't particularly pleasant and the food... well let's just say pizzeria has nothing on the clink. I'd rather share a cell with harold shipman than one of thier pizzas.

We have all ways used pizzeria but this time the Communication was off half a hour turned into 1 half hours phoned back up they had forgotten my order and our order would be done again fair enough but when it arrived no colsaw which was on my order so l phoned back up to be told l hadn't order it nore had l payed for it so how come the price was the same there was a exchange of word and the man said he would send my colsaw then put the phone down on me the hole situation wasn't plecent and l even gave the driver a 1.50 tip very disappointed with the service and the attitude of the second man l talked to on the phone but the pizza was nice we will look for a different place next time

Terrible pizza, terrible service and terrible prices. My team and I had some work to do near Mansfield working away from home and stayed in local accommodation. We thought we'd try to support a local business but this experience was awful.

Delivery was very late then estimated. By the time the food came to the door, it was bloody cold, never again.

We have used your takeaway several times and have always enjoyed it, fantastic food and service. This is why we are so utterly disappointed with tonight. You sent the wrong pizza, we rang so you could rectify this to be told you are too busy to do another pizza, we said we wanted a refund, was told by the girl who answered the phone she didn't know how to do this, asked to speak to the manager, he too busy to come to the phone. To ring back in a couple of hours. Utterly disgusted in this. So when you read this comment please ensure the refund gets processed. I look forward to hearing from the manager

Kids garlic bread was burnt, rang up asked for a new one but made out they was to busy to bring one out. Customer service is absolutely shocking. Never known anything like it👍 deffo wont be ordering from here again!

Ordered from them many times. Kids ask for Pizzeria by name. Always arrive quickly. Always quality food. Great value deals too. Highly recommended

Ordered our food online paid by card called them a hour n half later as food still hadn't come for them to tell me my order hasn't gone through and I not get refunded for him to then tell us they had turned the website order off due to being short staffed but still took our money. Terrible place never again

Wouldnt even rate this a 1 start So after ordering on just eat we was expecting our order at 9 55 so after numerous calls we still didn't have our order then at 11.00 he decides to turn up which we was still happy to accept as we have kids that needed to be fed but inturn the driver was so abusive and argumentative when we asked why it took so long? He then backed up into the car and sped off down the drive £40 order wasted and kids starving wouldnt answer our calls to see what they was going to do about our money Do not order from these unless you got 2 days to wait and no kids to feed aswell as just eat not answering the call

Order placed online waited 45.minutes for order to be delivered, delivery arrived and was wrong rung the shop they knew the order was wrong and would send out straight away, had to ring shop up after 25 mintues has the replacement still.hadnt arrived shocking customer service, AVOiD AVOID no offer for refund

Horrendous. Ordered at 4.55pm for a 6.30pm delivery. Was nearly 20 minutes late. Abusive man from pizzeria on phone who refused to accept the pizza was late. When it came it was cold. Lovely friendly delivery girl though.. which was the only positive.

Phone on Thursday to order Pizzas for Saturday at 530pm for a Charity Football Match ( the pizza was for the Celebrity team) . So told that they would do a deal for six pizzas and six portion of chips. Rang on Saturday at 4pm to check the order and was informed that the prize was wrong and they needed another £25. I was put in a bad situation so agreed to pay the extra money. No sigh of the food at 540pm so I called them and they said it would be 20 mins. I can see their shop from Forest Town Arena ( location of the Charity match). Was told it would be another 20mins ! I asked if they had forgotten my order but they wouldn't answer my question. Very poor costumer service. We will not be using these guys again. Such a shame as we had over 1000 people supporting of Charity match.

Really poor service, over the course of two days have been disappointed with the stupid increase in prices and ignorance, there’s no card machine and they speak to you like rubbish!

We've used these about 7 times in a year and every time we've ordered. They have always forgotten something and it seems like they are to busy to cope. Tonight is the final straw we've given them there chances we've done.

I have always really enjoyed pizzas from here although I collected a pizza last night, got home and the pizza was so burnt barley any cheese on either. It tasted awful, I was very disappointed.

Shocking service. Doesn't deserve to serve the public with food. Over 4hrs wait for our food from our online order. Kids crying for food and when we rang we got fobbed off. Finally spoke to the manager who just give attitude when I asked for a full refund. Food fiannly arrived after 3phone calls. The food was cold and there was food missing. If you are going to use this service then I hope your experience and food is much better than ours. Worst service in the Mansfield area never ordering from here again and recommend you don't also.

Order was wrong but it seems to be wrong every time we order from there !! Two pieces eaten (1 from each pizza) then binned tasted horrible there was an over taste of tomato other then that bland !! Won't be ordering again !!

Take away order. Arrived late and burnt complained and they promised a fresh straight away. 40 minuets later asked for a refund as it was ridiculous and they refused. Spoke to just eat who sorted our refund without issue. Went to bed hungry

Being generous giving a 1 star. Food was disgusting! After waiting the best part of 2 hours, it was eventually delivered, part cooked chips, still had the uncooked crunch to them, garlic bread was barely warm, kebab was pale, and the chicken wrap was made up of 3 pieces of happy shopper chicken goujons and a soggy wrap and was missing the dip, but even that wouldn’t have made this food edible! Binned the lot and won’t be ordering again! Totally opposite to the standard of food we’ve received in the past

Ordered at 8pm on a Tuesday night. Delivery stated 8.45pm, which then moved back to 8.55. It eventually arrived at 9.30, the pizzas were burnt and weren't warm throughout, having seemingly been reheated. The order was also missing 2 portions of fries and onion rings. I was told they'd be sent out asap. They eventually arrived at 10.30pm, two and a half hours after ordering. Both the chips and onion rings were soggy and there was nothing in the way of an apology for the mess up or the huge delay. Absolutely abysmal and will not order from there again. Very, very disappointing.

If I'm honest we order from here all time .. no more .. !! Our last 4 orders have been wrong .. what a joke how hard is it to read what's been ordered .. tasty food but when u ain't getting what your paying for .. Will be ordering somewhere else where I get what i pay for .. shocking

absolute joke of a place, it's a shame because the food is spot on when right. order small cheese pizza, large garilc bread with cheese and mushroom and a kebab wrap a 18.05, turns up at 19.10 not bad for a Saturday, open the garlic bread and it's a pain again , what ever we will do tonight open the wrap and it's a fried chicken wrap!!! ring them up fair play they will put it right but not the pizza coz that was already correct, so when it finally comes back correct going to have a cold pizza great can't wait. stopped using them because of this reason before but thought give them another go, not no more fed up with having our meal in 2 halfs

If i went to asda or tesco and bought a pizza for one pound it would have been like i was ordering from italy itself compared to what arrived from pizzeria base was like a bteadstick with hardly any cheese fair play they were busy but no excuse for the worst pizza ive ever seen!

Chips were re- heated and tasted awful. We had a delivery at about 530 so I assume there were the afternoons. The pizza Base was undercooked and very bready. We couldn't believe how quick it was delivered till we tasted the food! ,Been before and it was good but this was horrible, won't be back.

Pizza's are fantastic but the chicken kebab is to die for. Best in Mansfield area by far.

They were the only DELIVERY service to come out during the day that actually had hot food!!💯👌🏻👌🏻

We ordered on a bank holiday weekend so delivery was later than predicted (waited an hour) but they did call to say it would be late and gave us a free bottle of cola. Pizza's were worth the wait. Really enjoyed it. Excellent value and will definitely go there again. Thanks
