Pizza wasn't cut and missing topping

On time, very hot, lots of it!! Perfect!

The pizzas were great. The pri pri was too spicy to our linking.

Food poisoned. Stomach pain and duarrea. Lovely thank you

The delivery driver was sat stationary for 20 minutes and could be seen on the tracking map. The food was stone cold when it arrived. Very poor service from just eat.

Was ok the chicken looked dead but tasted ok so the mrs said. The kebab tasted nice but the salad was lacking and not fresh all in all soso

Food was amazing. Barbecue wings were a bit too spicy for my little ones but they kept eating with milk on the side! Garlic bread was lovely and hot! Will definitely order again.

Cheesy Chips nice bit crispy cheese is yummy, burger was kind of burnt but still good, and my mum didn’t like the jalapeño peppers but my dad loved them they really liked the kabab definitely be ordering again

Pizza is normally good but this time was well over cooked, didn't get our chicken strips instead got another portion of chips😔 won't be ordering again as it's not worth the disappointment.

kept moving the delivery time ordered at 17.54 food arrived at 19.12 and it was warm nearly cold this is unusual for this establishment however we won't be ordering again from here very disappointed

Food was really bad today!!!! I mean REALLY bad waste of money!!!

I paid for additional coleslaw which was frozen solid and not edible…. Donner meat was burnt in places (clearly been re-heated on a grill). Salad was fresh.

Shocking customer service, forget half the order phoned them up… finally got through and got told so sorry put in description next time 10 plus hot wings and cheese on chips. Did so then got told again sorry delivery driver must have forgot? Called again. same excuse. Not happy will not order from here again. Bad man on the phone watch out!

Amazing freshness the kebab pitta was so yummy and it was well worth the money definitely be ordering again

A bit on the expensive side for the quality of the food. Boneless box is three small chicken nuggets in a mountain of wet soggy chips. Pizzas were fine but again overpriced for what it tastes like. Won't order from here again I'm afraid.

A one off special Kebab from pizza pizza will be in joying this just as much as the pizza they do will never go to any one else

The food was lovely but the hot wings were very small and dry this time.

Ordered a kebab and large pizza to which delivery time stated 18:05. Time came & went and also Just Eat app showed as delivered which it wasn't. Phoned the shop and was told that they were busy and would be another 30mins it finally arrived at 19:05. I told them that the app said it had been delivered?? To which they said it was an error on the app and get in touch with Just Eat. They then told me they would make my pizza an extra large cause of the wait which means it was never made in the 1st place. Last time they were great, this time not so much.

Unfortunately the chicken Shish kebab was so spicy hot that I couldn’t eat it. I’ve never had kebab meat quite that hot before.

Nice Pizza. Expect it to be more thinner for thin crust. The sauce maybe too little in quantity. Everything else is good

Donner was a good tasty donner yum, fresh salad decent chilli sauce Chicken shish was extra tasty, well marinated, only complaint..should of ordered the extra large Chips nice and still hot Good choice

Right, chicken box meal four. Best chicken I’ve ever had better than KFC however both Donner kebabs tasted really gross to the point they got binned. I would order chicken from here not a kebab. Chips were good! However it took 1h 20 minutes to turn up :/

Wow! We had a mixed Chicken kebab with lamb donner. With salad and garlic Mayo. It is by far the tastiest kebab I have Ever had! The marinade was amazing and unexpected. The salad was fresh, crisp and tasty! I definitely recommend!

Just one problem and that was that we was missing our drink

Normally order from here on a few occasions and it’s been brilliant but this time the pizzas were cold and the extras weren’t added on the pizza’s. I requested the money back from the pizza because of this and await the verdict. If resolved I will order again and take it as a one off as they could of been busy. The pizza and wings are normally great along with the tex mex box.

This has now been the 2nd time it’s been late an the chicken was slimy and everything was so greasy NEVER AGAIN

Second time I have ordered from them and second time the food has been late. When you try and ring them via the Just Eat app the phone is always engaged. A shame as the food is decent.

This is place is good quality of food is is better than any other place I know

Ordered a mix grill kebab Arrived really early wasnt the best the meat was abit cold and dry but I love the fact they use naan bread instead of pita bread

Ordered the pizza deal that said it came with Haagen Daaz ice cream, but we got no ice cream. Really disappointed with that. Arrived cold and needed heating in the oven, but I don’t think that’s the restaurants fault as the driver seemed to take a long time from the notification to actual delivery. Although once reheated the food was actually pretty good. I would give this place a second chance if things were fixed.

Cheesy chips were cold and the only cheese was in a lump at the bottom, half of the pizza had no cheese on it, just tomato puree. To be honest I am disappointed as have had great food from them in the past.

This used to be my favourite takeaway but today I was a bit disappointed, some of the food was very nice like the chicken, and donner meat but the burger was burnt and the cheese was a an odd colour it seemed like it may have been microwaved, the pizza’s used to be amazing, similar to dominos but now they just seem a bit bland, there wasn’t very much donner meat with my meal and it took about 2 hours from the time we ordered it to come.

Didn’t eat very much of it, it was so greasy and the naan bread was pretty dry. Would not recommend

Lovely food, fantastic portion size and good value. Quick delivery too will choose again for sure.

Disappointing. The pizza was bland, difficult to ascertain the choice of pizza from the stuff on the pizza. The garlic bread was made without garlic but with tomato paste which was novel but not what I asked for. The fried chicken was a welcome distraction from the rest of the meal. It was actually quite tasty, but slightly over fried as I had to be careful about not breaking my teeth on the coating/batter. In short not an experience I would willingly under go again.

Most of the food was ok but very upset that I ordered paneer on my pizza and instead they had clearly just chopped up mozzarella sticks and put it on the pizza instead. No message saying they had run out or that the ingredients were changed, I guess they just hoped I wouldn't notice. This is very dangerous, for people with allergies as they gave something that was not ordered and didn't let me know. Garlic upsets my stomach and their mozzarella sticks have garlic in them, awful company.

I requested garlic Mayo and I didn’t actually have much tbh I only noticed it was there only because it’s a white sauce. Kebab was clearly burnt and dry which means it wasn’t fresh but recooked , very disappointed in the store, with it being Christmas and covid not sure I have time nor patience to give them another chance

They substituted an item as they didn’t have any of the original left. It would have been nice had I had the choice of replacement or refund but it’s only a minor point. The food was otherwise nice!

Chicken fillet burger - tastiest out of the whole order but had much better around. Kebab - chicken donner was nice, lamb not so much, a bit spicy and the pieces were too thick for our liking. (packaging was awful). Cheesey chips - not a great portion for the price, were a bit soggy but the taste was there. Garlic pizza bread - tomato based and was very tangy and under cooked. Appreciate your service, but the delivery time wasn't good enough.

Unfortunately when they promised me a full refund i only recieved £7 instead of £18 It took 2 and a half hours for my food to turn up. They asked me to leave good feedback but didnt pay me in full like they said they would do. Sorry wont be ordering from here again.

Placed order to arrive at 6pm, however got call from delivery driver at 5:30pm, delivered at 6pm freezing cold !

Pizzas are always lovely here, but very disapointed in the time it took to deliver. This is the 1st time my delivery has ever been so late. I appreciate that the delay may have been due to the amount of orders but, no phone call or discount was offered.

Pizza dough was awful, tasted slightly sour and incredibly bland. Dough on our garlic pizza was undercooked. Toppings on the pizza were fine. It’s a shame because I ordered from here last year, and it was the best pizza I’ve had.

Offers free extra sides but refuses once payment goes through! Pizza was supposed to be bbq based but very bland, I won’t be ordering from here again

Food was super tasty but not really hot when it arrived. Would have liked it to have been in more of a container than just the paper to wrap it up. Otherwise, really recommend the food.

Second time of ordering from Pizzazz Pizza, very impressed again, alot of food for the money, delivery was 45 minutes early, every item was cooked to perfection, will use this takeaway regularly, everyone was happy with everything delivered

Got 2 large chicken kebab completely thought it wouldn’t be that big! But man their portion really was large! And tastes great. Chicken burger was okay. Defo recommend.

Usually good but I feel like they have changed lately and it's not the same anymore. The order has been wrong 3 times running. Rating the food ordered this time- kebab - I asked politely for no onion, someone must of had a giggle AST pizzaz pizza when they through in a quarter of an onion in one lump and a load of pieces. Didn't bother putting the any of the 2 x chilli sauce on and some of the chicken was a bit tough. Garlic pizza bread - dried out This place used to be so good once soon a time it's such a shame.

breans were dry... kebab meat was solid it couldn't be eaten... chips were cold and like cardboard to chew... asked for cheesy chips and had the literally search for the cheese! Avoid

Overall fantastic food. Shame they ran out of an side item, but instead of calling to ask for a another option, delivered another option, which I actually don’t like. Ordered again today. Portions much smaller for the same order. Ordered cheese, donner chips. Just got a small donner, no cheese. Again, great food. Not what I ordered. So second time disappointed

We did enjoy our meal apart from you putting the spicy chicken wings in with the main chicken. This you need to change. Having people with allergis. Disappointed with this. Please change.

Food turned up 45 minutes late. Rang after 20 minutes of waiting (past est. delivery time) to find out where food was, the guy on the phone was bothered. Food was cold upon arrive. Burger must have been put in the bun via aerosol. Chips were soggy. Won't be using this restaurant again, nor would I recommend anyone else use them!

Food was barely warm, I was told it was my fault for living so far away. Order was missing a can of coke, I was questioned like I was lying. Eventually they replaced it but still brought the wrong one. Awful customer service. Food tasted good just wish it was hot.

Was late even though I ordered 2 hours in advance received a can of coke to begin with instead of a bottle then when I was unhappy with the quality of the ribs was told I was the first one to moan about a rib being only fat and then to top it of the apple pie I received is frozen still!!!! Turnt up nice and early. Food was reasonable for a saturday evening. However the wife order a diet coke, as she is diabetic, only to recieve a full sugar coke, which she couldnt drink. Order a banana milkshake and recieved strawberry. Would of preferred a quick call checking it was ok.

Ordered a dinner wrap can’t fault the taste just the size was smaller then thought very small wrap.

My order was extremely late nearly an hour and a half in total which made it about 45 to 50 minutes late over time due to the restaurant apparently having roadworks which I think should be doing deliveries if they can't get it into you on time there was no phone call or communication from the restaurant I had to call to find out where my food was I think this was absolutely appalling customer service I would never be ordering from this restaurant again

Average food arrived Luke warm and very late.

Really appalled. I place the order at 7pm.Driver got here at 8.51pm and said he can’t open the door. I’m on the 3rd floor. I asked him to ring the intercom so I could let him in. He said the door isn’t working when I know it is. Basically was expecting me to go downstairs to get it. I told him I have 3 small kids so can’t. Called the restaurant up who said they’ll call the driver. A few minutes were wasted then suddenly the intercom rang. What a surprise!!!! Anyway I ended up with soggy, and cold food. Not nice at all !! I want a refund for this food as it was delayed by the restaurant and the drivers incompetence in using the intercom.

Chicken fillet quarter pounder is just a plain chicken burger not fillet. Disappointed. Not worth what was charged. Stick to my usual.
