Pizza Box in Southampton

Really impressed with portion size and quality of food. I was expecting a basic burger and chips and got something way beyond expectations. Thanks guys!

I wanted to talk to the owner and report how on their deliveroo page it falsely tagged under halal. I’m a usual customer here and just today I was told by the regular driver that this place is not halal. It is very disheartening finding this out and I tried talking to the owner about this and she was very hostile and was shouting at me when I brought it up to her. I would not trust this place, they do not care for their customers and it’s just disgusting the way the owner talked.

Owner is rude and thinks hes a race driver in his little white seat leon. Just because your doing your pizza deliverys dont mean you own the road buddy. Learn to drive.

This is a joke restaurant making excuses about being busy and one having one celery driver!!! Should have declined the order to begin with so we could have gone else where

What a disappointment. The pizza was really dry and overcooked and was actually only 11 inches rather than the 12 I paid for! Won’t be ordering from Pizzabox again. Not even sure how you can mess up cooking a pizza when you run a pizza place, but they managed it! Definitely not worth the money.

Wow, the pizza arrived and was so far from being like a thin crust pizza in the picture, a really poor pizza that cost £26 and is very poor quality. Local supermarket will be cheaper and provide a better pizza, if I could add a picture I would! Rang them to complain and basically told to go away as it’s what they produce. Sad day for the pizza industry.

My favourite pizza takeaway in town. Always fresh and tasty. I never disappointed with their food. They are very clean and packaged food very well.

Chicken burger was completely smothered in mayo, the chicken itself was crunchy and dry. Chips were fine, but the chicken wings were just fatty lumps on bone. Overall unimpressed. Maybe just a one off bad experience?

Delicious pizza along with sides. Small pizza could easily fulfill an adult. Lovely portion without any fault in toppings. You get what you order. Pleasantly surprised by the quality as I just found about the shop. Lovely recyclable packaging. From now, it's going to be my go to place for Pizza. Keep up the quality guys.

I ordered cheese burger as a meal and it was delicious and fresh. They put small gift as well. Staff was nice and helpful.

We ordered Falafel wrap and spicy chicken pizza and both was very tasty. All boxes were recyclable and packaging was very nice.

As a first time customer I’m really impressed with these guys. They obviously care about what they do. The chicken Shish wrap was really fresh and well packaged and wrapped arriving still hot. The chips were generously portioned and arrived hot. Delivery was earlier than expected. Really ace job 10/10

Hadn't been to this takeaway for sometime and was surprised to find it under new management, but I didn't need to worry the staff were friendly and chatty,the pizza was delicious and well cooked, definitely be going back again and would highly recommend you visit and sample their delicious food.

Great tasting pizza and extremely filling! Don't be tricked by the sizes as a medium pizza can easily feed two people. Been a few times already seems to be ran by the owner so service is always great. If you're local it's a must visit!

Ordered a cheese stuffed crust pizza and chilli cheese fries. Both excellent and will definitely order again.

Food was nice, although the burger was a bit greasy and had too much sauce which made the bun fall to pieces. Other than that the food was great and the fries were lovely! Would definitely order again.

Delivery driver did not read the address and insisted i come out to meet as he didnt want to leave his van. The Burger was a sloppy cold mess.

WOW!! I don’t think I have ever eaten such a brilliant tasting pizza! We ordered a Pepperoni Pizza & a BBQ Chicken (Jerk Chicken). Not only could you taste the flavours of the toppings (this place is not shy with the toppings) but the crispy thin base too!! The base was pleasant to eat…not chewy or doughy. Also ordered fries which were amazing & still crispy when I got home (not soggy from the packaging)! Would highly recommend & will definitely be ordering again!!

Good food , good service, got part of my intial order wrong, but rectified it straight away and in 20mins I got a return vist , it was a super hot day so a BIG thanks to the restaurant. I understand mistakes can happen from time to time, happy that you responded well and resolved the issue asap. 😉👍🏼

Food was lovely, delivery driver was shocking, he pulled up revving his scooter lol like I was ment to know that's him?? Then battered my door like he wanted it off its hinges, I got to the door to find my food sat on the floor and him stood on the road looking back at me.. understand there in a rush but his customer service skills where shocking I wouldn't employ the guy full stop.. rant over...

I am not an easy customer when it's about food but I am more than impressed with Pizza Box. The pizza(s) we had was perfect, not oversalty like many other takeaways do. The cherry on the top for me was the cheese chips. Good portion and melty, top taste cheese. It feels like they like to do this as passion not just as a business.We also got a tiny sweets goodie bag as well as a gift. Big thanks for the kitchen team and congrats to the management.

Decided to try the new owners at Pizza Box and was a little disappointed. The garlic bread which was great with old owners was ok. The pizza itself was really greasy and toppings falling off with the amount of cheese on it. Flavour wise ok just main pizza way too greasy

Delicious burgers and chicken burgers, nicely wrapped in a tough cardboard box for recycling. Jam packed with salad an gherkins an tomatoes an burgers I ate them both :D

Been dying to order from pizza box for a while since it’s closed and now it’s open we got an order in through just eat. Fast delivery food was hot and very tasty a little bit more pricey but I don’t mind paying that when the food arrives hot and yummy! Love the cute sweet package I received with our order! Love these guys. Lovely, friendly people. In our order we had pizzas, burger, garlic mushrooms and fries. All were great, but a special mention for the pizza. Large ham and mushroom, already looking forward to my next one. Best I've had in a long time.

its a second time I order pizza and both pizza was delicious. i ordered pepperoni first time and today i ordered chickens. they make chickens by themselves and the taste was different than other chicken pizzas.

Last night at 1.30 am this company knocked on our door to deliver food. It was for someone 2 doors down. We were all asleep and the lights were off but they knocked twice. Waking us all and keeping my daughter up as she had an early flight the next day. Great. No sorry either! They need to get there numbers correct especially at that time of the night!!!

A little gem in Southampton. Ive always been so impressed with pizzas from this place, they now also do burgers and chicken which are equally amazing. The owner himself who runs the place is an amazing guy as well, always leave with a big smile :)

Pizza box is our Goto, unfortunately you got our order wrong..... Our double pepperoni pizza turned out to be something like a meat feast and our cheesy jalapeños were chicken strips and to add Insult to injury we didn't get the dip🤨. Dispite this we have never had a bad meal and it's always been pipping hot. Even our wrong order was tasty 👍. Always recommend.

Myself & my family orderd a take away last night & we are all suffering since.. we are litrally stuck on the toilet & have not stopped being sick since :( i wish we never orderd from here!

Absolutamente las mejores pizzas, recién preparadas a un precio muy razonable. Nunca uso ninguna otra pizza para llevar. Siempre listo para una broma con los muchachos que corren el lugar.

The pizza made me ill both times I ordered from here - although it was nice, something wasn't right with it. I must also say that on both times I have brought food from here, the staff were sarcastic, rude and didn't really seem to care much for quality service. Not a place I would recommend. UPDATE: As you can see per the response to my (originally 2 star) review by the owner, this place is run by people who couldn't care less about customer service nor about trying to make the best impression on you. I'd much rather pay a little more to go to another local pizza place for better quality, of both food and people skills from the owners!
