Pizzatown Hadleigh in Babergh

I've sadly had to stop using this pizza service. I loved their food initially but for some reason I always get the runs or throw up after eating their pizza. I think they use too much oil so it could be that. I have asked them not to use too much and to ensure the pizza is cooked where the cheese is slightly browned due to my IBS but no one listens. Been a customer 9 years

Really nice pizzaiolo at the counter, very kind and approachable. The cheese is just right, not just nuking the pizza base, so if you're like me and tend to gag, it's great! Probably some of the best pizza I've had to be honest, beats Domino's in price and quality any day.

The pizza at Pizza Town is great, with a perfect crust and fresh, plentiful toppings. The friendly owner ensures quality and quantity. It's a delightful experience.

The pizza was incredible chewy, also cold. Looked undercooked. My children refused to eat after one bite. The chips were greasy and had a odd flavour to them.

Absolutely love this place amazing food but sometimes it isn’t on time but the amazing service covers that for me 10/10

My first order was sensational then the next 2 orders was sub par and its 50/50 if they have chicken even when calling at opening time like come on guys and even when they have chicken the breast portion is dry like it was freezer burned but only at the bottom of it which is strange I do remember once the girl took my order and I asked can she make sure the person puts extra cheese and extra base sauce on which I paid for and she said she's making them and let's say it's the best pizza I have had from there hands down chips are always great though

Shame food ok, but the service is shocking rude, felt like they were doing me a favour supplying me food wouldn't use again because of that

I cannot praise these guys enough. They catered for my sons 6th birthday party. Food arrived right on time, piping hot and was divine. ALL of the guests said how amazing the pizza was! Thank you for making my sons day so special and taking a little pressure off me lol. As locals we will certainly be ordering again soon 😀

That was the driest chicken fillet burger I’ve ever had , so dry I could hardly chew (inedible) & cold chips 🙄

We ordered a couple of pizzas and sides to Great Bricett and the food came in about half an hour and was so fresh and hot. Not greasy at all. Really impressed as always!

Ordered from pizza town 4 times now as a last resort, never once have I ever had a delivery on time. Was told 45 minute after over an hour I called to see where my order was as it was nearly 1 and half hours and was met with attitude telling me it's not even been 1 and half hours and it's just going in the oven. It will be setting off in ten minutes. Here I am now waiting for my still 2 hours later.

Ordered two medium pizzas on Friday night, told about a deal on the phone so better price than expected and came faster than expected, everything was great - will order again!

Excellent customer service whilst ordering. Food delivered bang on time and very, very good quality pizzas - we had 5 x 14" ones with varying toppings. All super tasty. Fully recommended.

Terrible place and terrible customer service. The guy who makes the pizza dough has warts on his fingers and doesn't even use gloves either

Absolutely awful. I simply asked for chicken wings and chips to get home and find they have forgotten my chips. When called and questioned the attitude of them was a joke. Instead of admitting they are hard of hearing they insisted its over 6 pound for wings that taste like the Iceland frozen section, 10 pound for a 9"inch pizza which was a 5/10. Avoid.

Ordered a home delivery this evening said would be with us in an hour and took over 2hr. I get it's sat and busy. I could forgive. However when the delivery man gave it to us he moaned how busy he was and was quite rude. When opening our pizza it had no topping on it and had looked like it had been turned upside down on it's side. We also ordered curly fries and they gave us wedges. So when we called they did apologise and the manager said they would send out another one within half hour. To which took longer and to only get it delivered by the same guy who shoved it into my hands with the phrase here ya!!! And walked away!! Rude. I love pizza town and order a lot so I am extremely disappointed.

Disgusting review from a customer on here. Food poisoning is tested by blood samples and stool.. If you had proof from a doc then thats fine but if you haven't i suggest you take the review off..

Ordered over the phone for delivery for a few people, they got the order wrong which when I phoned back they didn't know what to do about it, I was overcharged and they promised a refund which never materialised! Wont be ordering again and will recommend others don't either!

Ordered a home delivery this evening and was initially bought wrong order. Delivery girl went back for right order which came back stone cold and they had the cheek to charge me full price. Flaming cheek! Will not be using again. Rubbish!
