Had a pizza last night and it's give me the worst stomach ace in my life. None stop since 4am this morning food poisoning 😫

I always have the deal 5. All the meats, which are excellent quality. The donner is bang on every time, chicken and kofte is also excellent. Chilli sauce is ten out of ten. Pizzas are bang on. Service is good and staff are friendly. This place is a drive for me to collect, but always worth it. 10/10

2 pizzas tonight, inferno, no heat whatsoever, actual overpowered with barbecue sauce, which I do not care for, other chicken Kiev, no garlic whatsoever, thought we had been given wrong order, phoned up and spoke to some upstart of a girl, couldn't get a word in, really obnoxious, said I should of read the menu! I think inferno should be just that, also Kiev usually is pretty strong in garlic, good pizza, just not what I wanted! Even less so an obnoxious girl on the end of the phone! Since checked ingredients on menu, not! What I got, pure bbq sauce, wife's as stated NOT Kiev, swore out of frustration of NOT being able to get a word in! Pizza was good, but certainly not what I expected! Stand by my opinion of obnoxious girl! All she kept stating was should of read menu! Apologies for swearing! Dissapointing pizzas! Terrible afterservice, not a good reflection on your excellent restaurant!

First time we've been to pizzanaz. We've heard alot of good reviews about it from friends who have been...so we thought we would give it a try and we weren't disappointed. The food was absolutely spot on... we got a doner kebab and a mixed grill with salad with a few tubs of garlic sauce. The quality of the meat was brilliant well seasoned full of flavour. The doner kebab meat was the best I've ever had and it wasn't swimming in grease and saturated fat like most other kebab shops. There was no grease or fat on the bottom of the tray either. I highly reccomend this place and will definitely be making it my first choice of takeaway for pizza kebabs and mixed grills.

Such a great atmosphere personally i love chicken pizza in the store very reasonable prices and prepares food in a hygiene environment staff was polite and respectful and overall i suggest every one to visit the shop to buy food to you and for your loved ones

Ordered pick up and when got back extras missing, food portions not great for price

Best chicken kebab I have had in ages, lovely chargrilled juicy chicken and marinade was perfect gave it nice taste but not over powering. Chicken was good quality better than most of the other pizza places. Like the option of rice with a kebab. Staff where very polite and service was very quick.

My favourite place in Seaton delaval for take away. I’m boring and only ever order a garlic bread and cheese but it’s always spot on. Girl on the counter is so cheery and friendly. Highly recommend.

Takeaway lamb cutlets following beer sesh in crafty lodge. Unbelievable takeaway this tbf. Lamb on the bone as a takeaway option is not what I expected but what everyone should expect because that is where the flavour is. And flavour wise this is fantastic. I'm letting the food get cold but felt that I had to post so feck it. Get to crafty lodge for top beer and then pizzanaz for a belting bit if scran to soak up your beers 😜

Lovely lass that works there, avid toon fan, get in, food top banana couldn't ask for better, 14" meat feast with tub of garlic. £13-30 stunning and tasted amazing, will be back. Thanks for the friendly service, me and my daughter.

We stayed in our campervan in Seaton sluice. They can't deliver to us because they need a post code. !!! Parked outside a local pub. The delivery driver needs postcode.

Always great food and large portions (the mixed grill usually lasts two meals). Much quicker delivery than a lot of places and always ready if go to collect (20% discount M to Th). More expensive than some places, but that's reflected in the quality and service.

I've only tried donner kebab from here but it's not greasy like others & probably the best I've had

I ordered on saturday night, delivery was very fast and service was lovely. Pizza's were absolutely delicious packed with toppings and the wraps were superb! Very reasonable priced for the quality of the meals, a very very happy customer and I will order again very soon. Thank you Pizzanaz! :) :)

Food was highly recomended but we dicided not to order from here as they want to charge a £1 fee for debit card or a £1 fee for paying cash??? Why? I know... whats £1 right? it's the principle, just greed!!

Went in for coffee and ice-cream but decided to have Sunday lunch before the ice-cream and so glad we had better lunch than some puds and the dessert was fantastic as always 😁

Been here a few times and always polite and good food but ordered tonight arrived for food and then told cash only and the attitude was lifting seems like they don't need regular custom and tbh the place was smelling rank for the owner either make things clear and train the guard dogs to be a bit more customer orientated hence why I left the shop without food I'm sure you will scrape it back into the trays

I loved the Greek salad so so nice but my pizza was overcooked and a bit dry come on your usually spot on

Tasty pizza and fast delivery. My only complaint is that I ordered and paid for double pepperoni and it definitely wasn't. One or two small pieces of pepperoni per slice is not "double". Other than that, the pizza was quite good.

Messed up my order 3 times the 4 times I’ve been. Slammed my messed up order outside there place out of frustration. Rang to complain about the gentleman who messed up the order and she kept on yelling “it’s only a chicken burger” didn’t want to hear, talked over me. Admittedly I over reacted on my part regarding the slamming but the treatment afterwards, on the phone saying I’m not welcome back?????? Like I’d want too. If you for some reason don’t know about Chickpizz round the corner, make your order as simple as possible and check your order when you leave cause the staff at idiots.

The dough is short ferment and could cook a bit longer, The pizza is on the saucy side. Golden, even under carriage.

Pizzanaz in my opinion is probably one of the best pizza and kebab shops in the northeast

Just bleh and meh. The chips have been under the hot lamp for at least an hour. Meat is generally leathery. Something will be missing every order. The kind of place an 18 year old who has been eating takeout their whole life would rate as mediocre.

Having been to Turknaz in Whitley Bay In the past my wife and I decided to try their takeaway! I have to say we definitely were not disappointed with the food! I ordered a mixed grill and there was more than enough for the two of us! Top notch with a lovely fresh salad. Would highly recommend

Collecting an order then getting home to find its missing items is very disappointing. Chargrilled chicken is just a piece of roast chicken. Salad was all pickled. First and last visit.

Ordered from here once and soon as you order they are forever texting you, total hate of mine i never asked for texts nor did they ask my permission rang shop twice now to ask to stop the texts to be told yes we will remove your number the second time she was rude and slammed phone down, well the next text i get wont be a phone call it will be a visit to shop, so be warned people if you order from here be prepared for the constant text messages,

Nice, not overly priced however my parmo specifically, half of the chicken was quite greyish in colour and tough.

Got a 10” Mexican pizza this evening … hands down the best pizza I have ever had, beautifully cooked and a pot of lovely thick garlic sauce to dip the crust in. Best takeaway around here

I had severe food poisoning and was ripped off buy price and then intimated at my home address because I complained do not buy from here at all

This place used to be lovely, it has gone downhill, kebabs, burgers, wraps and pizzas have all been awful lately, they need to start concentrating on the quality of the food rather than getting it to you in record time, I would rather wait a little longer and for it to be nice.

Got special offer 5 last week for 18.50 and it was shocking the pizza I choose was the new Yorker but received a cheese and tomato pizza no meat at all. And the mix grill was shocking hardly nothing there.. it's seen to be if you order mix grill on its own you get more.. but if part of offer you get way less... Shocking service waste of money. Definitely will not be back.

Leaflet came through the door so thought we would give it a try so ordered on their state of art website as they called it and it didn't work properly and then found an email an hour later to contact them to reorder so after a hour and half of messing around the delivery arrived with missing items and the food wasn't even that nice won't be ordering from them again

Ordered from here for the 1st time cheese pizza and garlic bread special it was cold, kebab meat was so dry very disappointing

A great takeaway. The food is I was hoping. It was like Turknaz at home.

Ordered a meal deal and a cheese burger. The wife enjoyed her pizza and my son gave a thumbs up for his burger but my mixed grill was a disappointment. The "marinated lamb" was in fact beef strips. The Adana kebab was minced beef, not lamb. I've ordered from here before so it was a bit of a let down to see the drop in standards. I also left specific delivery instructions as my property is hard to find. Food was delivered late and the driver admitted to not reading the help on finding us. Will not be ordering again.

We ordered a few meals tonight on Christmas Eve, and it was absolutely lush. Kids and the in laws loved everything they ordered. Top food as always and most importantly top staff and service. Many thanks for a wonderful Christmas Eve take away. 10/10

We tried Pizzazz for the 1st time last night. We were quite disappointed as the shop looks so inviting and Turknaz is good. Although pizzas were certainly edible they were quite bland with very little taste or flavour. The garlic bread didn't taste of garlic at all and the double pepperoni pizza only had 1 slice of pepperoni on each slice of pizza so certainly not double. It was worth a try but we won't be returning any time soon.

Absolutely beautiful food and amazing customer service as well went while spending a night in whitley Bay cracking choice a thought the only decent thing to come out of Newcastle was the A19 till we found this shop 😜 be definitely visiting again if in the area
