Been here a few times. Good but a little pricey. We use Tesco vouchers. Today it was very slow and we had 2 seven year old girls to feed. I blame brexit. Lack of staff.

A huge thank you to the wonderful team this evening. They could not have been more accommodating, from making me a new pizza because I was in the toilet with my young son who is potty training to presenting my dad with such a cute happy birthday slate and candle. Además, el postre de "chocolate derretido" salió como si hubiera estado en una licuadora, y tuvo que ser devuelto, su segundo intento fue solo marginalmente mejor, ciertamente no se parecía en nada a la foto en el menú de especiales. Cuando se trataba de pagar, utilicé mi tarjeta bancaria y recibí una alerta en mi aplicación de banca móvil de que el pago fue exitoso. El terminal dijo que la transacción falló. Me negaba a pagar nuevamente, ya que podía demostrar que el dinero había sido retirado de mi saldo. El gerente dijo que tomarían el dinero de la camarera si no pagáramos (lo que (a) es ilegal y (estaría) en contra de la política de Pizza Express, en base a una queja de seguimiento). Al final, y después de 15 minutos, tuve que pagar nuevamente, y luego impugné una de las transacciones con mi banco, quien inmediatamente reembolsó el dinero. Como tengo más de 20 años de experiencia en sistemas POS y pagos, di algunos comentarios 'rigurosos' al equipo de quejas de Pizza Express, explicando exactamente lo que deberían haber hecho.

Nos trataron muy mal por dicho director. esperando con impaciencia que oprimido suyos en nosotros y barman chistaba mientras le dimos nuestra orden. Visitamos un sábado y una noche de lunes a viernes y ambas ocasiones, el gerente que nos servía era inaceptablemente grosero. Él claramente carece de las habilidades de las personas para desempeñar un papel en la parte frontal de la casa aquí y no éramos los únicos clientes que notó que su cacao forma para servir. Esta es nuestra sucursal local de Pizza Express, tiene sin embargo nos quitó las ganas de venir aquí. Muy grosera, muy despectivo, muy desagradable. We have been going to pizza express in west wickham for years, usually as a family of 4 . You know what you are going to get, the food and the service is consistent and reliable. Often lots young kids early evening, but that was us not that long ago and it's a nice family atmosphere. Prices have crept up in recent years, portions have got smaller and they catch you on the soft drinks but pizza express at west wickham is a family fixture in our house!

We go to this branch regularly because it's convenient, because you know what you're getting and because both food and service are consistently good. We've three young children and we're always effortlessly accomodated.

The West Wickham branch is a big, high ceilinged but fairly charmless affair - with the acoustics making the place feel noisier than it is. Service wasn't particularly fast either. Standard PE food was fine.

We had a little misunderstanding at first by not accepting a certain gift card. I complained and was offered a free bottle of wine on my next visit.So, with that in mind, why not take up the offer! The Head Waiter/Manager Marek was very helpful and made sure everything was as it should be. The food was brilliant and i definately cannot fault that.The only thing that i would think needs improving is the fact that everything is cramped in. Wherever you sit you feel as though you are in the way. So less tables, more space.
