Disgusting service. Called up to advise thing we're missing to be told I was lying. So rude. The guy literally told me I was lying. We have items missing. Hung up on me. So rude

This was the first time I have visited this establishment and what a find Pleasant staff and really tasty Pizza - the collection offer makes it great value for money We will be back

Mushrooms on pizza wasn’t cooked properly cheese cake was squished

Overall, great. Only real issues were the pizza could have used more garlic and a few of the dip pots had warped/burst due to the heat (but this does show how hot the food was!). Will be ordering again. Thank you.

Ribs were nasty, no glaze or anything on top. Just literally boiled in water. Also ordered hot wings, received bbq ones. Potato skins were very nice tho.

Nice and hot, friendly van driver. The topping had a reasonable amount of tomato and anchovy, but I didn't see many prawns and I'm positive that I didn't get the extra tuna I paid for. The garlic bread was good.

Really liked the food and delivery was very fast! They even changed my order once I realised I made a mistake and called. However... Please don't advertise 500ml beer and deliver 330ml. I would have never paid £2.99 for 330 bottle but decided to order two since you described them as 500ml. Refund soretd, so overall happy but sort out advertising, please.

Lovely food, delivered on time, but delivery driver was beyond rude and exclaimed that I should have ordered earlier because he'd "gone 7 miles out of his way and should be home by now ". He huffed and panted. I said thank you and to have a lovely night . I genuinely feel awful for leaving such a review but today of all days, it just hit a little more. -Reason for "late" order was due to private, unexpected and tragic matters that myself and my family were dealing with during these early hours. In the nicest way, if you're not happy delivering to certain areas, take them out of your available-for-delivery areas. Also ordered food almost an hour and a half beforehand and there was no closing times on your Just Eat page but even so, it was far from closing when I had placed my order. Apologies if the driver had a rough day but the rudeness was unnecessary. Again, sending Well-wishes but he definitely was not the only one wanting to be in bed and rested. I hope he has a better shift next time. Will however definitely recommend food to others though. Many thanks.

ALWAYS perfect, fresh, hot, delicious.......this is the ONLY place you should ever get pizza from, plus all the other food they make aside from pizza is amazing, especially the bbq wings, soooo good!! The staff, drivers, everyone are the absolute best and they are really lovely and kind, we LOVE this place and HIGHLY recommend them A+++++ THANKYOU!!! you guys are awesome!!!!

My worst take away. Ordered chips & cheese & a cheese & tomato pizza - arrived over an hour late, cold with no cheese on the chips & meat on the pizza instead of cheese, so weird. Don't say you were not warned if you risk ordering!

Pizza is a frozen / reheated pizza, may or may not be home made, but I think it’s a supermarket deep pan pizza. Very Cold in places, hot in others, dry , soggy and burnt all at the same time. Asked for extra dip - got one. Very expensive as-well.

Order has not been delivered, tried calling the restaurant but no answer, apparently was delivered but received no call from the delivery driver, will be reclaiming money through PayPal

Food was ok (I got chicken nuggets, chicken bites, green salad and Coleslaw), but the Coleslaw, while generous, was inedible, as it was unbearably sweet and had the consistency of mush, as though it had been through a blender, or was originally intended as a sandwich spread. Ended up throwing it away. Everything else was ok, though.

Was very nice garlic stuffed crust could of been more garlicy but very nice and will use again

Food didn’t even turn up, rang them up and asked for refund they said that I’m not getting a refund and hung up on me, don’t get food from here guys!

When I went to order it said it would be 20-40min. When we got the delivery time slot it said it was due to take over an hour but it ended up being an hour and a half. The guy I spoke to on the phone about it hung up on me mid- conversation. The pizza when it finally arrived wasn't hot and barely had any toppings on.

Was actually never delivered and I still can't get my money back after few days...

My advice - don't prepay with card. Prepaid £30 worth of food around 1am and of course they close the restaurant early and don't deliver anything. Waiting for my refund!

Food was warm. Cream jalepinos were nice. The drink I ordered was out of stock so they subbed it for a different one with less volume than advertised. The pizza itself is the worst takeaway pizza I have had in Bristol- the base is bready and not a proper pizza dough. Not only was it much worse than dominos etc it is also worse than similar rivals like pizza gogo, the Grecian, and most other pizza places.

I specially selected a time for delivery as opposed to the usual ASAP. Even though I selected a delivery time of 17:45 it was delivered at 17:15. This meant by the time we got round to eating at 17:45 (when everyone was home) the food was less than lukewarm!

Best part of the service was the fast delivery, this place is pricey but the foods terrible I can’t even cook but even I could of done better. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again

Don’t order 500ml cans beers bro As they only deliver 350ml bottles Then argue with you Then admit they ran out of 500ml cans... Food ok though

Really lovely pizza, and they let you have the option of having thin crust, which is always a plus for me. Only problem was it came with barbeque sauce, not chilli as I'd asked. Not a big fan of how sugary it was, but thankfully I had some chilli sauce in my cupboard that I used instead, so my evening was saved :)

Desperados are labelled as 500ml but are only the small bottles of 350ml Just eat refunded these though other than that good service

Can tell it’s very fresh ingredients that go in the pizza. I loved the tomato base. But the pizza all round wasn’t very tasty. Chicken dippers are not fillet. Chips was lovely. Could have done with another dip. Delivery was a little late but I didn’t mind too much as the restaurant is far away. Thank you I will give it another go one day.

Delivered cold and with the wrong drink

For a takeaway pizza place, the pizza felt semi healthy and very tasty. The dough was a little bit under cooked but was still tasty. Had garlic bread with cheese and bbq wings. All delivered on time, how and tasty and very reasonably priced. Will definitely order from here again. Thanks 😊

Pizza was tiny and undercooked, garlic bread was burnt. Driver did not read or follow delivery instructions.

Delivery driver was very nice. Food was excellent however Brie wedges were not very nice but that could be my opinion

Nice thin crust, couldn't tell the deep was actually deep. Flavor was ok dessert was lovely. Ordered 2 pizzas one was good one was dry and not so good, bit too pricey Would order again just to give them a fair chance

Almost no cheese on Top, and the little cheese there was wasn't melted while the rest was very crispy and somewhat burned. Good presentation and and great service but that pizza was horrid.

Food turnt up cold and chips were soggy

Was quick I ordered from 2 others b4 they should be took down if not taking orders, I filled out order then get they are not taking orders, other said same after writing out order, waste of time, so this was great food, lovely hanky panky cream pie, pizza was lovely, not too keen on cheesy chips, nice garlic bread and wedges(the sides), got 10% off order so was a little cheaper. I ordered a Ben & Jerry's ice cream (fudge brownie) to go in freezer. Kept somesome food for next day to warm up.

Rather a disappointing experience, spare ribs were not exactly warm, the spicy chicken wings were okay, the pizza was overdone almost burnt and the toppings were not exactly generous. It was quite an expensive takeaway considering the quality was not as good as I would’ve expected from previous experience with Pizza Top

Beer was cold, pizza was hot. I was apprehensive after ordering as I didn’t read reviews until after my order was submitted. It turns out I had absolutely no need to be! I ordered 3 different pizzas with garlic bread, chicken dippers, wings, garlic bread, various dips and a selection of cold drinks. The pizzas were lovely and fresh, generously topped and delicious. The dough was tasty, light and cooked perfectly. Actually way better than Dominoes! Beers, soft drinks and water were all chilled and bagged separately, unlike other places that have put cold items in with hot and therefore resulting in cold food and lukewarm drinks. Delivered bang on time. Driver called when he got here to ask us to meet him outside and was very polite. Highly recommend this place.

Did not receive £42 worth of order . Fuming will never ever order from here again ..Been stood on doorstep from 1 am till 2 am driver blamed I never had my phone on me . Then said I would have to pay extra £15-£20 to bring over an hour late . Single mum with a disabled daughter !! I'm appalled seriously

Amazing as always, the food is always fresh and cooked perfectly. The drivers are so amazing, friendly, patient, keeping to social distancing and leaving orders by the door as requested. We love this place, the staff are always wonderful, best customer service we've ever received. They always, always make sure they look after the customer so well. After placing my order I was contacted by phone & told there was a technical hitch in store and that there would be a delay with my order. I was offered a full refund. I decided to patiently wait for my food & after the slight delay my food was delivered by one of there friendly drivers, the food was good quality, piping hot and tasted great as always! I would also like to say Thankyou for still refunding me my money, pleasantly surprised!! Fantastic customer service also 👌
