We ordered this takeaway thinking it would be good as the reviews show however we received the delivery after 2 hours when being told it would be 40 minutes we rang up and asked the woman why it was taking so long she repeatedly asked where we ordered and wouldn’t reply to the questions we were asking. After calling back for a few times due to the issue of her hanging up a few times after her saying “thank you” i found this quite rude, and after calling for the fourth time she said “bye.” Then we called for one last time and talked to her manager and he is telling us that we should have specified the time we wanted, he also said “i am putting the phone down” after me repeatedly saying no i want to speak he refused and put the phone down without letting me speak which was also extremely rude. However we ended up getting a refund.

Ordered 2 burger chips with a large mix grill for only £11 pound on the Uber eats deal.. kebab was decent bog standard and nothing to be disappointed about, the burgers were pretty good but the fries were awful. Really dry really black and unedible 7/10 for everything else not bad for the price. If you’re looking for a kebab and burger you won’t be let down

This place is legendary… the KILLER pizza is the hottest pizza I’ve ever had, a sea of green chillis, the curries are also great but if you want a hot pizza, go for the KILLER, it’s an absolute BEAST!!

Terrible customer service. I ordered 1 hour and a half ago and still haven’t received my order and when I called to ask about my order for the 3rd time they ignored my calls, wouldn’t recommend this place at all!

Ordered on recommendation but items took over 1 hr. When I called they stated they were sorry as they are very busy. When order turned up one item was not what I ordered so had to call back again to see if they will explain, lady over phone stated she tried to fix order by picking another option when what she should have done was to call back and inform me they didn't have what I asked for originally and if we wanted an alternative and not charge me for somwthi g I didn't want in the first instance. What a joke as what she picked for me I could not eat due to allergies. Vegetarian pizza base was cold and burnt. Will not order from her again. Had to bin the pizza due to poor customer service and no money back

Very disappointed in price increase at Pizza Top. My recent menu states £3 for plain garlic bread and just been charged over £5! It costs less for a pizza! Plus chappatis have doubled in price and nearly same poppadoms at nearly £1 a pop!

pizza all right but forgot to and pineapple on my brother pizza which I pay extra for and the food was 50mins late

Could be better. The base was the main problem. Way too oily and tasted stale and too chewy. If this was resolved would be pretty good and I’d raise my review.

cold hard food felt like it had been in the delivery box for an hour. phoned to complain but was told it is how it is cos a busy night. no apology just take the money and like it and lump it basically. total waste of 20 quid bring on a bag of crisps instead. never again.

My friend Zhain Khan, has a dad who owns this business and i’m rather glad to say i am very satisfied with the service. The person with the hair like curtains who works there is very customer friendly (Zhain khans dad) i do recommend buying from here and they have nice kebabs. Shoutout to Zhains family

This is one of my sons go to take away stops. He says the food is very good, not bad portion size and competitive prices.

Ordered for the first time from here. The pizza was tasty but quite greasy. You can tell they use regular cheese and not mozzarella hence why the pizza was so oily. I ordered a large donner but was disappointed with the portion size as it came in a small box. The donner was fresh with plenty of salad but not much chilli sauce, which you have to pay for separately. Overall it was okay and average at best.

Chips are horrible Asked for curry and chips meat was in the Curry source if your a vegetarian stay away

Very slow service and pizza was but burnt and rock solid fries where raw cold won't ever order from here again, because when I rang shop the guy on phone was unable to understand proper English, so I got ripped off so my advice would be stay well away from here very bad experience and I am well disappointed

Great quick service and some of the best pizza in the area. Always able to customize to suit and very quick to cook. Can order by phone, walk up, pick up and pay by card if required without any delay. Food is always piping hot and very tasty.

Absolutely disgraceful get told a delivery for a kebab and some pasta would be 50min to 1 hour as they were extremely busy. 1 hours and 20 min pass by so decide to give them a call and and ask what was happening.i got told they were just making my order now and that they cook the pasta fresh which apparently takes 50 mins itself.so decided to wait a little longer.1 hour and 50 mins after ordering still no food.so I called up and told them I didn't want it and they just said thanks and put phone down. So all in all rubbish customer service and lies

Could learn to answer the phone when they are called, not how you do business.
