Decidimos comenzar nuestro viaje de vacaciones en The Beer House. Muy amable bienvenida, buen servicio, bebidas a precios razonables. Tan bueno que visitamos en el camino de vuelta también

Uncle filled my car up here and within minutes someone who works here had cloned his card and bought cinema tickets, can't trust this place

Ordered a takeaway for my son, totally wrong order, rang back the call handler tried saying it's what I ordered said they'll send out in 20 mins and hour later I have to call back for call handler to lie and say she tried ringing me back total lies. And then said I hadn't been charged when actually looking at the menu I'd been charged more for the order that came not what I wanted. 20 years of custom they've had out of me and family members but won't anymore. Shame really. For £21 for 6 strands of kebab meat (cold) 2 pittas ( I didn't ask for) is disgusting only thing they got right was the cans of pop. Bring back mandy and my custom will return never had an issue when she worked there 😒

Woman Manager with blonde hair poor service. Told us we’re to sit as she was cleaning but no cleaning was getting done in the Restaurant area when we was there and was on her mobile phone and walk out in her phone them The Manager with blonde hair and a other staff member with blonde hair was arguing unsure about what as it was in there own language. And woman with Brown hair was staring at us as we talking our time and we left 20 mins before closing time unsure what her problem was as it Horrible atmosphere and very unprofessional. The male cooker was very friendly and feel like that only one who care for customers Service if was not for him this place got 1star .

Served in the whiterose subway. It was like every thing was too much effort. Ordered nachos. The cheese was put in one big clump in the middle. Asked for sweet corn instead of jalapeños. Told we don’t offer that. Until the male whispered let her have them Poor customer service. Needs sorting out. Never had that before from any other subway
