Subway in Leeds

The pictures speak volumes about the Subway approach, you really need to get the correct staffing to get the basics right

never actually received a complete order from these. apparently it isn’t their fault and all they can do is ask you to order again!! I would recommend ordering food from anywhere but here!! would give less than 0 stars if possible so not happy!!

Got my order wrong and when they noticed the manager didn't care and just told them to do it anywhere shouting at the staff.

The manager at white rose today was an unpleasant person to say the least, I asked for a 6inch and he made me a footlong which I didn’t realise until they tried to charge me for a footlong, then he had the cheek to tell me to remind him if it was a six inch when he saw me making the footlong sandwich. He argued with me in front of everyone of which I reminded him it was not my responsibility to tell him how to do his job. Won’t be coming here again and subway should seriously give this guy some customer service training

Absolutely terrible - we had 2 cheese no salad etc - absolutely disgraceful - sandwich was bone dry - no where near enough cheese ( 2 slices 😱😱😱😱😱- then if we wanted more ? Had to pay 50p per slice !!! Disgusting service - when it’s melted it’s all folds into one place - leaving rest of sandwich bone dry ! Shocking !!!!

Cross contamination of fish, meats, cheeses, eggs ect in toppings bar. When questioned why there was meat in my cheese they shrugged it off and ignored. Nuzhat was rude, and dismissive.

Really good service, clean restaurant and friendly staff.

Great team always work quick to get you served. Lovely staff who are super helpful and make great sandwiches. Little expensive compared to other subways but what’s expected nowadays in shopping centres, everyone increases their prices

The Manager Mathew through to the bin 2 sandwiches when asked to add more black Oliver oils for my son. What a service Washington food when people have nothing to eat!!!

Make your own footlong chicken subway meal deal. Made my own version of the tex max with chicken breast, peppers, cheese, lettuce and chipotle sauce. Was great with the Doritos which came as part of the meal deal and meant it was cheaper 😎👍

Not the best experience. Everything from my food order to paying for my meal needs better attention especially hygiene and portions. Unattentive Staff who don't listen and asking to continually repeat your order. Very unprofessional will not be visiting again.

We visited here for lunch and was helped by a warm friendly staff member called Sinnia. I am disabled and she carried the tray to our table without hesitation. She was chatty and had a lovely smile, you made my day.

Not allowed variety of bread, staff member completely unhelpful, didn’t get offered any off the extras. Shocking service staff need sacking 😡

Was sat in the seating area with my partner feeding our baby. A member of staff came over (lady wearing hijab) starting cleaning down the area using the same brush she used to sweep the floor with on the tables and chairs to get rid of packaging and food. Then has the nerve to come over and tell us to hurry up and feed out child faster! All whilst making it painfully obvious she was annoyed we didn't hurry after being spoken to like that. Very rude and arrogant member of staff. Needs sacking

Worst " latte" I've ever had, it was disgusting n tasted mire like very strong coffee than latte. Won't be ordering that again.

Overtoasted bread and being skimpy with the fillings... Including the salad. Easily the worst Subway I've ever had to date. Go to Elland Road instead.

Staff didn’t listen to what you were asking. They don’t do the meal deal as outlined on the radio. They don’t have the Blue Light discount offer. The few pieces of lettuce that were given was measly. Had to ask for more. Lady who was serving us was chattering to another staff member which I found rude. Definitely won’t visit again.

Staff were polite however you would thought one staff member who portioned out my double chicken tikka was paying for the food out of her own pocket. She literally scooped the chicken up to the fill line and then shook out half on both scoops. It wasn't even double chicken in the end it was have a scoop for the double price.

I visited today and had lunch at your store. I am disabled and was unable to carry my tray, so Lilly one of you staff was super nice and carried my tray to the table. Thank you Lilly your a star.

The staff at this subway look like they don't take personal hygiene seriously. This is not a hateful review. The staff need a make over. They was nice enough people and was helpful, Knowledgeable about products and accommodating. But they just need to clean themselves up a bit. Great sandwiches by the way

Very friendly staff, and the sub was good!

Happy to serve us food but wouldn't let us sit down. Told us to go sit in the KFC area, which we also got kicked out of by their cleaner. Terrible manager and bad attitudes all round. Why give us a tray then close seating whilst still open?

I’m not recommending this restaurant when that Indian lady over their She is not starve properly and only she look after the people like her just she is token to much and the behaviour I see on her is not good for the restaurant and our diversity

Absolutely lovely. Was served by a very lovely man tonight at approx 8pm.. on 10/8. He was courteous and very very hygenic which I thanked him for. He has a good quality practice and much appreciated.

Ordered on Uber eats and just got the insides of a subway no bread, AVOID ordering online from this subway, incredibly disappointing and ruined my evening.

This has to be the slowest place on earth for food, the staff act like zombies

I ordered via Uber eats and put a note on requesting extra gherkins as I am 38 weeks pregnant and its a craving of mine, I wasn't even sure they would read the note let alone do anything about it! Not only did I receive 2 pots of gherkins but I also received a lovely note from Emily too, thanks Subway this really made my day! Fantastic :)

Ordered from deliveroo. Perfectly made toasted sandwiches :) They had no cheese and onion crisps but they sent quavers instead witch didn't matter and for the inconvenience also sent and extra cookie! Thanks guys!

Nice choice of fillings. Salads are nice am going to eat there again. If you work at white rose you get a discount.

Called in tonight. No complaints about food But a surly member of your staff would not allow my daughter and myself to sit in your seating area telling us it was closed... It was 7.15 since when has this been a rule? Sorry u guys but something is wrong!!! Your comments please. Thanks

Subway advertise on their website that all drinks are refillable. Unfortunately, the Subway at Whiterose feel they do not have to honor this. Also, charge more than the standard Subway Will give them a miss next time 👎

Restaurant very clear. Excellent food. Staff at Snowhill outskirts of Wakefirld are brilliant. .

Really not the best of subways. The standard of the sandwich is always ok, sometimes they forget to cut it in half and the staff don't listen when you say you only want a little amount of products. They always seem to be training staff and have such a long queue everytime I visit so I try to avoid as much as I can.

Top staff. Fast quick and value for money

Well I must have picked a good day reading some reviews!! Rolled up (literally) in a wheelchair with my grandson and ordered our foot longs in the bread of our choice . There was plenty of fillings and had to have bottled fizzy as pump not working . Really enjoyed it .

Went to order but was told card only which I informed her cash was king, but still card only unless I had correct money because they had no change apparently, I find it a bit bazzare if you are open all day but no change at 8.20pm ,

Just a nice cheap way of eating when in a rush

I generally really like subway,but take objection to this gaff charging more than localised stores,not honoring promotions or allowing the purchase of a coffee with subway loyalty points, often their "fresh meats" haven't defrosted properly and still contains ice

Bit more expensive than a 'standard' subway.

Bog standard franchise, really expensive for what you get.
