ordered twice from this place and my order has been cancelled , worse shop in the world 👌🏼

If I could it would be 0 stars. Not interested about clients, always on phone , rude not doing simple thing like scanning points car. Terrible experience

This petrol station has become my go-to spot thanks to its consistently wonderful staff! They're always friendly and polite, making the experience enjoyable. Beyond the excellent service, the station itself is sparkling clean, which is refreshing. Bonus points for being the closest option to my home! The prices are standard, perfectly reasonable for the area.

I was lost on the country road somewhere around Leeds and Bradford because my phone battery was dead. It were only cows and horses around me and I couldn't find any place to charge my phone. After some random ride I ended up finding this lovely gas station. I have to say a big thank you to the cashier Mohit because he allowed me to charge my phone inside the store and man it was so cold outside, but I was lucky enough to be inside with some warming up. Without his help I'm for sure that I will get back home after ages.

Manager of store so rude. Talks across customers and also blocks isles and knows you’re there but just ignores you chatting to other colleagues. When a cashier is dealing with a customer don’t just interrupt them. White rose a lot better

They should amend their opening hours as every time I go in the afternoon there’s cones out blocking entry. Go to white rose instead

The man who served me was very rude and mumbled seamed more interested in talking to his colleague than doing his job properly when I tried to use the app he was to late to do so and other she'll station always ask have you got the app very poor service

If you don't have a UK number on the car, it won't allow you to fill up ..... It stops your pump, as happened to me this evening when I managed to put in 30 pounds and a baboon came and told me that if I don't have English numbers I can't fill up the car at their petrol station

Polite staff good option for bake well stocked clean tidy

Someone needs to explain what 24-hours means as I've been there on more than one occasion now and having been told the place is closed

Rudiest inmannered customer service ever I received on 29th November 2020 at 5pm. Hes sooo rude and sooo slow. Took him 5mins to authorise pump then took his time to serve me and then i said I wanted to pay on card and took him ages to put it through. I said thanks and he ignored me!!

Clean forecourt, excellent shop, polite service, high-quality lubricants, loyalty scheme. Sure, it's probably cheaper elsewhere, but I like it.

The station itself is well maintained but the driveway / entrance is full of potholes and requires resurfacing. Otherwise efficient service and perfect location.

Needed fuel at 1am on 08/12/16 and the attendant must have been sleeping as we had to wait 15mins before he came to the window to allow the fuel to pump! We banged on the window numerous times then ended up having to bray the horn..... At 1am! Not something I would appreciate if I lived near by! He then refused to give us his name as he was not wearing a badge! Not impressed!

Broke down here recently found the woman on duty very sour, most unsympathetic. I don't expect much but common decency will definitely avoid this place. Oh and I moved my car didn't want to offend her. Sorry that my inconvenience was an inconvenience.

Decent size shop, pay at pumps, always some special offer on.
