Pizza was cold ,no test at all ,not recommend.

For the price I was very impressed. We ordered 2x 15” pizzas to feed 6 people but honestly one would’ve been enough! Where else can you feed 6 people for circa £15? Nice selection of toppings and choices too. A bit greasy and filling which is just what we needed in this case :) Worth noting the physical store Pizza Time opens from 2pm so before that you collect from Its Pizza Time, they’re the same company.

I spent £60 on food the pizzas were cold and hard, the profiteroles were still frozen the garlic bread was burnt and rock solid. Absolutely appalling. He said it would take 15-20 mins to cook sat and waited 40 minutes for it.

Ordered pizza. Got wrong pizza. Tried number over and over however kept getting female voice message saying ' your call is very important to us please wait for the next available agent' but kept cutting off after a period of time. Poor service.

Ordered pizzas for my lads birthday party and they were spot on. Pre ordered them on Friday, got a call confirming the order an hour before and arrived on time, top job.

Called up for a collection order. Guy on the phone hardly felt like he was listening. Took about 5 minutes as he was busy taking to people in the shop I guess. Order was however ready on the time I had selected. Pizza was piping hot and tasted very nice. Topping all correct as per my request and very tasty and fresh. Some fab deals to be had. A bit too thin for my liking but I loved it never the less. Would use again if I’m in the area.

The guy was rude on the phone was very hard to speak to I asked for a large pizza garlic pizza bread wing and a drink and it’s like he wasn’t listening to me I have just spoke to my friend and told him and he said I have had a luck escape because he ordered from there and when throwing the pizza box away he noticed that there was nibbles been taken out of the box by either rat or mouse he rung them to tell them and the put the phone down so don’t order from here it is disgusting service and disgusting hygiene

The place to go for lukewarm at best, average to poor tasting pizza. Wouldn’t recommend here, the chicken topping also tastes gross

Pizza was cold when arrived phoned the shop To be told it was hot when the driver left . Please tell my why it was cold then , they did not care

ordered a large BBQ meat lover and Medium margarita with mushrooms, tomatoes and sweet corn, with crepes and waffles - what can I say it was delicious! One of the best pizzas I’ve had. The cheese on the pizza was cooked to perfection and was not greasy at all. The pizzas are square so you get more pizza for your money, and the edges were lovely golden and crispy. Very reasonable too. We will certainly be back and this will be our pizza place of choice from now on!!

Great prices beating others in the area, lovely generous sized and well cooked (never burned) pizza. Always delivered on time with extra dips. Couldn’t ask for more.

Ordered one medium pizza. Only one medium pizza, live 1 mile away. Was told 45 mins. Did not turn up for an hour, called up to see was told "it'll be under one min before it arrives" - waited another half an hour. No phone call to say running late. Nothing.

Very taste pizza. My favorite is tandoori pizza.

Avoid. Ordered a Pizza, sides, drinks etc on Sunday 2nd of Feb. Phoned us 5 minutes later to say that they had no driver and a refund would be issued. After 5 phone calls with Terry the manager (each time saying he would look into it) we still have not received a refund for the order from 2 and a half weeks ago. Pizza Time essentially took £25.38 from our account and never delivered the order. Order at your own risk.

I ordered 2 hours ago. The restaurant is now shut, I have had no update and my order was confirmed. They are not answering the phone. I’m wondering if it will ever show up.... and whether it will still be in date when it does. Avoid these cowboys. Gave them 1 star because you can’t post a 0 star review

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!! Over priced rubbish. Pizza so thin it was like a pancake. Barely any topping as they were cut so small. Wedges weren't cooked. Soggy and raw. Cost a lot a most went in the bin. Customer service isn't great either. Much better places to try so please don't waste your money here!!! Shame I couldn't leave a 0 star review.

Wow I recommend this pizza house thrust me I have had some sorry many pizzas and this is amazing go and try you will not be disappointed..

I don't know where the bad reviews are coming from but I visited this place last night on a last minute sort of thing The staff are very helpful and the service was quick and uncomplicated, I fed my wife me and 4 children for £35 3 14" pizzas 10 " garlic bread with 2 premium sides and drinks , the food was excellent simple fresh pizzas with nice tasty dough so 5 stars from me I shall be visiting again soon thanks guys Better than domino's for sure

It’s definitely not open. It says it is on the open however the door is locked. Someone was inside so I phoned the shop and they didn’t pick up.

Absolutely not worth the money! Looked really poor and very small what is supposed to be large.

I was overjoyed a few years ago when I found this place. The deals were fantastic and very reasonably priced, and the pizzas were delicious! Yesterday evening I was really disappointed. The portions were considerably smaller and the pizzas tasted completely different to how they used to. I felt quite poorly last night as there was way too much tomato puree, one of the reasons I avoid other well known pizza chains. Some people may like the change but unfortunately I wouldn't choose to buy from here again unless they revert back to their previous menu. I am giving two stars for the quick delivery and friendly attitude of the gentleman who took my order.

Since the new management took over, this place has been utter dog tripe! Its the same price as dominos now, only without any of the offers or anything - seriously guys, who are you kidding? Oh and also they've cut their menu in half and stopped doing stuffed crust. I hope they rethink their decisions before they loose all of their customers for good.

It used to be the best pizza ever upon opening, then they stopped the steak pizza bread, they stopped the stuffed crust with pepperoni and now they don’t even do cheese stuffed crust anymore. The pizza was so different last time we ordered it comparing to all of the other times. We have been ordering here only but it’s time to change place.

Waiting for over two hours for a refund just to be told to wait another 40 mins I wouldn't be going their again the stuff are so unorganised it's unreal

They relentlessly text message you deals if you order and no matter how many times you ask them to stop they just keep sending them. Apart from that it's your standard second rate pizza place.
