I am regular customer and happy with the service

My wife ordered online via their website and paid. The money was drawn yet the order was cancelled with no explanation. So we called and the guy on the phone said that we will get our money from Grub24. Not really helpful…

I tried their pizza and it was delicious 😋

Was not impressed by the driver who delivered my order. He was rude- swearing, not engaging he just dropped the food before I got to the door. He was also very loud and given my order my delivered after 12am it wasn't nice for my neighbours

Food USED TO BE GREAT !! NOW ITS HORRIBLE ! It used to be crispy but now it's soggier than kfc with brown coating. Had 2 good experience in the past but now it's been 3 horrible experience with poor taste and food condition.

Mouldy burger omg. I walked in and it actually stunk so bad but i ignored it recived my food like 1 hour after ( LITERALLY) and i found a hot slab of mould on my burger im disgusted and shocked!! i ordered chips and i recived literally i counted 6 potato scraps ... Absolutely shocked and appalled that takeaways these days have ZERO STANDARDS for hygiene. The food has gone downhill for many years now. I will never order from any of the Kings Establishments anymore as they can’t even be trusted to look after their customers. The owner should be appalled with his staff but wouldn’t be surprised if he has kept them on as he clearly doesn’t care. Make this known!!!!

The owner of an Aldershot takeaway has been given a zero food hygiene rating and served with a legal caution after admitting a series of food hygiene failures. A routine inspection of The Kings Grill/Burgeritzza/Kings Peri Peri in December found the cleanliness of the premises on Station Road to be very poor.

Warning don’t eat here it was on the news for 0 hygiene stars

DISGUSTING 🤢 over priced food When it turned up the portion size per meal was dyre to say the least. Ordered a kids meal they sent 6 chicken nuggets no chips even though it says comes with chips. The burgers tasted like rubber had been cooked in grease. Didn’t taste freshly made after £48 down and bad food I will not be returning don’t waste your money.

Asked for NO chilli sauce, got home to find that extra Chilli Sauce was added to my food. Usually great place to go and get a kebab. However, Never in my life will I order from this place again. Mouth is still stinging after 30 minutes!!!

Best serving size unlike some other Asian diners who literally give you tiny portions when it comes to lamb. Try their lamb Kifta kabab. One order is good for 2 people. Absolutely disgusting!!! Food was off, drenched of runny poo as confirmed by 4 adults. It was so bad you could smell it from a meter away and gag in the process. All adults lost their appetite and skipped dinner as a result. Do not eat from this takeaway! They refused to refund money too and we were appalled by the customer service by the restaurant and "Just Eat" delivery customer service. The shop does not meet hygene standards and should be inspected ASAP. Also they do not respect consumer rights and should be fined and shut down.

Why ask how you like it and it turns up in my eyes they Flipped it up there when I asked for it to be well done

Man got order wrong. Wanted a kebab and chips . Got Donner meat on chips. Wasn't overcharged and it tasted fine.

Absolutely disgusting, for many reasons food was cold, the chicken donner meat was very fatty and dripping in grease. The chips weren’t cooked properly. Only giving 2 stars as quick delivery.

Bought 4 burger ls didn't realise chips came with them,so.ordered 4 more portions and bill came to 43.73 Nobody explained over phone Also turned up stone cold Cheers

I've been going to KINGS GRILL for ment years now, the staff treat me really well to the point of discount cos I go their so much 😉 they always make my food how I like it, even down to a cheeky double dip- I ask if my chicken could get another 30secs in the fryer to give it a extra crisp.

Took 3 people to take our order! Order came wrong then called and was acting like we did something wrong, took 25 mins for the so called correct order to come an was wrong again not what we ordered. We love this place but never again will I waste my time nor money!

Revolting dirty place. I collected my food, and when I saw the state of the eating / cooking area I nearly asked for a refund. Decided not to. Got home, doner meat was pretty much raw, and no salad was put on it. Absolutely disgraceful hygiene in there. The floor was very slippery and covered in stains and food all over the place. I wish I was joking, but trust me I'm not. I will never use this place again, think about it if you're getting your food delivered, it's coming from a filthy place.

Where's the button for minus stars.... Their fried chicken was dry as a desert. I lost weight biting into it...dried me up. I would be embarrassed to own this establishment. I used this place quite a lot and never had issues, however the last couple of times have been sub par. If they don’t have items of your order in stock they simply don’t send them. Or if they get your order wrong they simply say if your not happy don’t order here anymore…. Fair one, I wont

Good variety of options. The naan is always soft and fluffy. The meat is always tender and flavourful. Chicken wings are crunchy and juicy.

Failed to deliver a complete order, missing two mains off a £40+ order. On calling the takeaway, i spoke to two men, the first wasn't very helpful, and the second had an awful attitude. He refused to accept that the order was incomplete and refused to entertain any form of mediation to resolve the problem. Average quality for what did arrive. However i will not be returning. Refund received for the missing items from Deliveroo.

Unfortunately our kebabs where very dry and very clear, it had been standing for some time. This was also the same with the chips which tasted like there where warmed up 3/4 times in the fryer. I would notorder again nor recommend.

I ordered Chicken Shish Kebab. It was undercooked. I called them up and they re delivered Chicken Shish. Once again it was undercooked. Tasteless chicken and the sauce. I won't be ordering again. You lost a customer!

Took 1 hour to be delivered. When it was it was cold. Chicken is dry and a awful salad. Donner meat is very nice though. Worst kebab I have ever had.

Der Laden macht einen guten und saubereren Eindruck. Das Essen war lecker und wurde vor unseren Augen frisch zubereitet. Die Toilette war sehr verdreckt. Das Personal war freundlich, aber der Service war träge, man hat immer wieder nachfragen müssen mal nach Gläser, dann Servietten...

Tasty food, not friendly service though

Greasy, disgusting food which I couldn't bring myself to finish. What is with those onions?! Shame because on paper the menu is big and looks amazing.

Would not order again - tasteless and small portions. Really disappointing because the flyer through the post made everything look amazing, sadly that wasn't the case at all.

Had to wait an hour and a half for delivery of just 2 chicken wraps. When we phoned up they said it was already out for delivery, but it clearly wasn't as we still had to wait 30 minutes for it. When it arrived it tasted alright but it was the tiniest of wraps I've ever seen, wasn't even big enough for a starter. Definitely won't be going here again.

No good!!! They keep the meat from the day before, in a hot bowl and sell like fresh in wrap. The salad is made already and refuse to use fresh vegetable from the front fridge.... The toilet is blocked! No, no, no!

Had some lamb chops or cutlets, They looked below average but the quality of them was appalling. I'm not sure it was even lamb . Not normally one to complain in any way. Texture was extremely chewy and dry and just horrible. Chips were actually okay with some nice crispy ones and the bread was okay too.

Ordered 5 Nan breads to takeaway. Got there to collect, the rude sales assistant was packing them up and the bread looked really off and hard. I asked him to put some butter on them as they looked too hard and non-edible. To which he said I want 50p each for just buttering them. I said please show me where it says you can charge 50p just for oiling them up with a brush? To which he said I don't have to and started swearing in Afghani. I said this is not Afghanistan where you can make rates up and please speak in English or give me a refund & I'll take my business else where. He started using the F word. I had my two kids with me, he didn't even care about that. I've known the actual owner of the shop, who also owns Pizza King next doors, for a very long time and he's a thorough gentleman, but this employee had no manners or regard for children. The chef heard the ruckus & came & apologised and I took the bread, as I didn't wanna further upset my kids or make them hear his abusive language and threatening tone. But, never again! Posting pics of the hardened, wooden nan breads. Out of 5 nan breads we could only salvage about 2. I hope the owner, Mr. Abdullah, reads this & checks his CCTV and takes appropriate action. These kind of people give all immigrants a bad name, as I am one, too. Truly appaled!!

awful, been there few times ,food was alright but service wise we never get any service there event never seen any welcoming face.Tonight we went there,it was just waste of time and money.chicken doner was smelly and tasteless,so we had to change it.ordered half chicken periperi,again half done and no flavour at all.decided to leave and now got upset stomach.

Salad was dry, as was the meat. The bap was freshly made it seems, but sadly lacked taste. Staff not particularly friendly, and slightly overpriced...

This place is disgraceful sent out wrong order and the order they did send was stale.when we called to complain they were VERY VERY rude and hung up the phone 3 times.and when we did get threw they said that within one night they had changed managers and staff so wud not refund or replace food.very poor service would definitely not recommend at all.
