Excellent service . Ordered been delivered in 20 mins . Driver was polite. food was brilliant.

Food arrived cold and was a massive waste of £98. Order somewhere else, you will get better value for money and actually warm food that you won’t need to reheat in the microwave. Contacted customer service and they responded with the following: “The order details I have available to me show this order was delivered in 19 minutes and I have attached the information we hold for this. We are unable to investigate this concern any further due to the time that has passed, especially as the product is a consumable item and the data reflects a delivery time which is within our delivery service level”. So in short, regardless if you food is cold or not, they do not seem to care. Won’t order again, there is plenty of other pizza places that provide better customer service.

Driver didn’t bother to look at the address on the order so an hour later it gets cancelled with no delivery.

Food never arrived! Ordered at 0010. We tried to ring from 0030 when it said it was out for delivery and no answer. Shop didn’t shut until 1. No food has been delivered, yet the app says it has. No phone call from the driver. Happy to take our food and money. Awful service! Will not be ordering from here again.

Me and my hubby went to Domino's Farnborough one night. We were there quite long sitting and wainting for our food. I have to say that the boss there in grey shirt he is very rude with his staff. Especially with a girl. My hubby understood the language they speak.The staff did not say a single English word. Feels like we were in India. We ask a driver what is your rude bosses name. His name is Ajeet. We hate if a boss behave rudely with staff especially front of the costumers.

One and only shop in the town to get fresh and delicious food. Always makes our weekend enjoyable with every single bite of pizza.

There is no point to say what happened. My previous review got deleted. Truth "hurts" so for me this shop and my experience here from some persons here trying to get this business to 5 stars review is bad ...because they are doing so without any genuinity. 0 stars from me along with experience in the shop which adds to 5 negative stars. Shame on Google that they don't see what reviews are real and what are fake.

The pizza was delicious and fresh and the customer service fabulous

I had my order mixed up and spoke to the manager about it. He was very helpful and patience- he sorted out my order immediately. The people were very great and professional. I would highly take my business there and recommend so to others if pizza is what they cravin for with the best service.

Food taste is A1. Service is very good. I see lots of fussy people here throwing their tantrums. Stop comparing the prices with other fast foods. You get what you pay ! I don’t know what other people say but I crave for Dominos pizzas and will continue stick to it😋😋😋

The so called "manager" as he called himself after a discussion said "you cannot make customised orders on sides, only on pizzas you can". I wish I'd got his name for further inquiries because his customer service skills are 0. I will not give any names but other stores along with this store served me "Loaded Fried - cheeseburger " without beef because i can't eat beef but i like the other ingredients. This "manager" branch or worker at cash till (whatever he is in reality) said "this is the thing, if someone was given before something customized they'd want it again." Which is appalling and disrespectful to talk like this to a customer!! Yes, if other employees serve me whati order better than you, then you are NO manager...you are a mailman or worse!!! Also, he said that he was talking to the person that served me the customized order before from here after a few mins of me waiting outside... if it's true, this "manager" influencing other employees against customer service on premises that "what if something happens to you if i give you without an ingredient and i put that in system?". When i said I'll give this one star for this happening, he said "no problem, just mention what happened " ...which is what I did just now. Finally, he refused to give me the name of his supervisor or a way to contact them based that i can "do it online".. But i will inquire somewhere else about it because people like this one are downgrading the customer service and this is how disputes or worse are coming up. If this is how things are handled in India towards non indian people and indian people are given favours then it's discrimination. If not, then you got no respect, no manners and no customer service in you and well done for getting one more far end of pole customer mr "manager" .

Absolutely amazing place,great staff and food

FAMILIES BEWARE! Ordered pizzas for a birthday party and they had jalapeños on despite them not being on the order. I had my 4 year old son screaming at me because his lips and mouth were burning and only after 5 minutes of drinking cold milk did he settle down. I spoke to the ‘manager’ and he said we could return the pizzas for a full refund. That’s fine, but an hour before the kids bedtime what were we supposed to do for food? There was one pizza with no jalapeño on, so the kids could eat that. So he offered a complimentary ice cream. And that was their best effort. I typically order from this shop once a month but no more, I’ll find somewhere that actually cares. I’m pretty appalled by their lack of effort to keep a reliable customer.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Absolutely appalled by the service and the food! The garlic bread and pizza was thick, doughy and cold - it was inedible and the chicken wings were bone cold and dry. The dough looked stale and a greyish colour. Immediately called the store and the staff argued instead of resolving the issue. We ended up driving back to return the food because we couldn’t eat the doughy pizza. The staff were so rude and made out “everything had been eaten” even though only 2 slices were missing from the large pizza. Overall such a bad experience and will not be visiting this store again. My complaint has been made via the Domino’s website as the staff had no interest in helping me. Do yourself a favour and go to Fernhill store if you want a Domino’s in Farnborough

Ordered pizza without mushroom because I am allergic. They delivered pizza with mushroom. Had a call with a lady at 5:10pm on sep 2nd . She was so rude n no apologies and not refunds. She cut the call while talking such a bad behaviour. Never will order any more pizza in domino’s.

App stated the order had been delivered a full fifteen minutes before it actually was. It was only warm on arrival. Shop staff had absolutely no interest in hearing my complaint, instead they merely spouted some nonsense about being busy and sometimes the app does that… Simply not good enough. My complaint has been registered via the website as the on duty manager had no interest in talking to me. A full refund has been requested.

Ordered via app. Got a call saying they wouldn't deliver however said they could, but I would have to wait an extra 20-25 minutes. I explained this was OK and called back to make sure that the delivery driver would call me to make sure that he was almost at my address, as it takes some time to get to the delivery location. The time ticked by and eventually I get a message from the driver-a text not a call and by the time I got to where the driver would be nobody was there. The store was closed so the phone rang out and today will not answer the phone.

I liked customer service of Miss Muskaan. She seems very hard working as at the same time she was taking order in store also via calls and preparing it by herself and serving it with cute smile☺️ and with helping approach. My all starts for her.🤩

Honestly shocked with tonight. Ordered via the app and all was well until it stated 'driver on the way'. Within less than 1 minute it had said the order was delivered. I decided to call the shop to question and was greeted on the phone by what I now believe as the female manager. She said she would put me on hold and contact the driver. This women then LIED through her teeth to me and blamed the driver that he had ' accidentally marked as delivered but was stuck in traffic ' when in fact SHE had already marked as delivered before the driver had even collected the food from the store. This is NOT how you treat staff and is absolutely disgusting behaviour. The driver was a saint and extremely polite and should be praised for his work rather than blamed for her own mistakes. I did call the store and request her name and position. Update: I appreciate the fact the manager called me back to apologise but there's not really an excuse for this sort of behaviour.

Can't phone a order for delivery absolutely useless and rude staff who hardly speak English I didn't understand what was being said to me being a ex dominos employee I find this shocking

Went there. No one came to me for nearly 10 minutes when one guy was playing on his phone. Others did not look very busy as well. After so much waiting guy come to tell me it will be over an hour waiting. So I went to McDonald. I love Dominos but you hard to get.

Had some hair in my pizza, which looked to be human, called to let them knowas its happens. Chap on the phone was really apologetic and offered a new pizza, but no real explanation or effort, but I didn't really fancy another one for some reason. Also it was really soggy, and under cooked. Love a dominoes, ruined it

Online service didn’t work useless

Terrible service. Still awaiting a delivery that showed as in "quality check" phase for over 50 mins, to then show it would be delivered in 7 mins,.....and then back to quality check! Will never use again.

Unhelpful dismissive staff, as another review states they refused to put a vegan meat alternative on a non vegan pizza- claimed they are not allowed which doesn't seem to be the case with other dominos, they've lost another customer although I doubt the staff care, very poor customer service.

Just phoned up to get some help as online system wouldn't allow me to do what I normally order in-store. A guy answered the phone named hinda/tinda something along that line and told me he was to busy and couldn't help me. Was a very basic issue with a very basic fix, so rude. Train your staff some customer service skills !!

Both of the pizzas we received gave us bad stomach's last night on the 11th of Nov. I hope staff are taking the proper food quality handling precautions.

They don't even have hand sanitizer in store or cleaning stations in the pandemic. No tissues even.

Absolutely shocking service and pizza from Dominos Farnborough. I ordered my food at 19:30 and when it was still not out for delivery at 20:30, I phoned the branch to find out what was happening. The lady who eventually answered the phone was called Diana and she didn’t seem particularly interested in helping me. Told me in a haughty and supercilious tone that she was the manager and that my order was probably late because of the traffic at 20:10 on a Sunday night! Eventually, the driver turned up at 20:50 and Hour and 20 mins after ordering. Despite paying over £30 the pizza was at best lukewarm and had the presentation and consistency of a tramps breakfast. Disgraceful. I wouldn’t touch this place again with a barge pole.

Not even worth 1 star ! Rung them made a order with a male employee got told be 45 mins an price.. Well a hour an 15 mins later still no pizza so call back an the phone is answered by a female employee. Ask where pizza was to have her reply there was no order to my address , I explained there was a order told her my order an she still couldn't find it apparently ! Ask to speak to the manger witch she says she is .. I ask her of food in way to get told I'm lieing bout making order after she decided to speak to me like crap an be rude. An tell me to make a new order. She finally turns round an tells me oh i habe found your order it is on it way . To then tell me they are sorting I ask again is my food on it way or is it still being made ! For her to be rude and unprofessional.. to witch point I asked one more time is my food on it way or is it still there for her once again have attudie . She lied a number of times an couldn't answer any questions bout food , or on a processional level ... in end after 15 mins or trying to get a simple answer I told them I will be putting a complaint in and will not be coming back to this place again after the so called mangers behaviour .... would not recommend the place disgusting service ... an will be going higher up .

Really poor!! Ordered two pizzas and two sides on a deal. Mine, I ordered with the new Tabasco stuffed crust. They then called to say they can't do it with Tabasco (so take it off the menu...) We then wait ages for the pizza and when it arrives...they are missing my pizza. The delivery driver looks at me for a solution....I said I'd like my pizza! I call Dominos to find out what happened, same woman as before...she just said 'we're closed'. Helpful! They eventually sent out my missing pizza and of course, it arrives and it's cold...truly awful experience, never ever again! Bye Dominos, you've lost a customer.

Great to see you staff parking in the parent and child spaces in sainsburys clearly the need of your staff to get a pizza in their car, is far greater than that of parents with small children trying to get them in/out of a car seat.

This was by FAR the worst takeaway/restaurant experience we've ever had. Ordered and tracked online 28.12.15, we went down to store to collect when ready. - We ordered 1x Large 1/2 & 1/2, 1x Sml 1/2 & 1/2 and 7 chicken wings. - For the second time in a week the store had just neglected to make half of our order. - We waited 20 minutes for them to remake it then had to complain and have the sml pizza and wings remade as they were cold. - We we're offered some cookies, but these were forgotten and again we had to wait another 5-10 minutes. - They forgot our large dip so we had to go back into store to collect it. - When we got home the pizza had been incorrectly remade with the wrong sauce. we ordered at 18:14 and didn't get back with the pizzas until 19:37 (the store is 5 minutes from our house)

I have had dominoes twice now and both experiences have been absolutely terrible. The pizza was cold the cheese had gone hard. A very poor experience. Will most certainly not recommend it to anyone else!

Left waiting ages to collect and extremely poor customer service. Will never use this dominos again!!!!!!! Also one of the drives smoking whilst taking delivery pizzas out!!!!
