The pizzas are really good here. In my opinion they are they are still the best pizzas in town! There has been a series of new pizza establishments in the actual town. But Pizza Time is reasonably price and delicious

The only downside is when you ring your order, though sometimes it can be very noisy in the background, and it is hard to hear the person that you are speaking with.

It’s nicer than the typical chains, quality is consistently high, and delivery is fast. It’s my favourite pizza delivery in Alton. It would be helpful to have some more guidance on the crust/base types as it’s hard to distinguish between Italian thin and New York stretch etc

Great pizza & fast delivery, just a shame I have to pay £2 for delivery when I live 2 minutes drive away.

Far better than any other pizza company , fresh, hot and loaded with toppings what more do you need

A very good pizza takeaway with good choice and quick delivery. Always friendly too. A little bit out of the town centre, but not too much of a problem if you collect by car (plenty of parking) or get delivery.

Very good Food great delivery service either 5 mins early or on time very rarely late unlike dominoes and the food taste a lot fresher and is actually Hot, only downside is the price is quite expensive especially for delivery £2 for delivery in general and you have to spend a minimum of £22.50 if delivery outside of Alton, however I do like the point system as well if you have the app.

Not only was it 2 and half hours early it should be called pepperoni minus. Pòor amount of pepperoni even though it advertises as extra pepperoni. Not getting any more from there.

Absolutely disgusting. The food was rancid and caused one of us to be ill. We tried to contact the manager many times to sort it out - just got ignored. Avoid this place.

friendly staff but very hit and miss with the pizzas or collection time can be told 15 minutes get there 15 minutes later to wait a further 10 or get there and its sat waiting for you.half cooked pizza dough sometimes with every mouth full or cooked perfect others but still the times they get it rite beats any other pizza place in alton.

Pizza: Good and tasty. Service: A lot to be desired with false promises on collection and inaccurate times for pickup as well. Conclusion, worth it only if somebody else is handling the ordering!

Consistently closes an hour before they're supposed to. I understand that it's not a great job and that folks don't want to be there later than they have to, but the site is open till eleven and yet twice this week we've arrived there at 10:15 - 10:20 to not get served. What's going on?

Arrived super quickly! Good pizza- loaded with toppings.

Used them for years but never again. Service has been getting steadily worse and despite spending £60 and them getting the order wrong they wouldn’t sort despite telling me their online ordering system is rubbish and makes loads of errors. PS. The pizza we got was badly made as well.

Everything is freshly prepared in store, either in the evening before or in the morning. Really tasty pizza and sides, and definitely more natural and without additives than other brands. Vegetables are freshly cut, dought freshly made. Would recomend

I think there was a mix up. The delivery driver turned up with my order and then handed me another bag saying "this bag is from Ismael." I don't actually know an Ismael, I said so to the driver, but he insisted. So I got my full order and an extra bottle of coke, fries and a portion of cake. Can't recommend enough and I think Ismael must be a thoroughly decent bloke. Well deserving of a raise. Thank you!

Worst pizza place my niece almost choked on a bone in the tandoori pizza and it gave me and my other niece stomach aches giving us food poisoning oh and I found a piece of hair in my slice of pizza in the sauce never gonna order f rom there ever again not worth money to spend on

Arrived on time, delivered by a very friendly driver. The pizzas were piping hot and extremely tasty. They were very generously topped and the flavours were lovely. We'll only be ordering from here from now on!
