Ordered from here many times before and never had an issue tonight ordered 1hr 45mins wait for food when food did arrive the delivery driver was looking for the wrong house! Got food inside unpacked it part of order was missing and the rest of it what was there was freezing cold and got told it’s because of the weather and that’s it’s cold outside, no refund or part of offered, rude on the phone when called and spoke about the cold food, also needed to chase up order 2 times on the phone to see where it was when called first time was told it would be five mins 35mind later it shows up! Place has gone really down hill unfortunately

So happy! I had given up on finding a decent Indian food place but decided to give in and try this place, wasn’t sure what it would be like as I believe also operates as a kebab house so not sure what to expect but oh my!, the food was delicious, perfectly done for our taste, it was delivered still hot aswell despite us being 7 miles from Alton! The portions were generous too. I can’t wait for the next time we order! Thank you for restoring my love of Indian cuisine.

I recently ordered a Madras curry from Ali Baba eats. While I've enjoyed their food in the past, my latest experience was a bit disappointing. The curry was significantly hotter than usual, making it nearly impossible to eat. To their credit, the restaurant was very apologetic when I called to express my concern. They promptly sent me a replacement curry, which was cooked to perfection. This quick and efficient response demonstrates their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, I would still recommend Ali Baba eats for their delicious food and excellent customer service. Just be mindful of the spice level if you're sensitive to heat!

First time ordering from these guys this evening and I used Just Eat to get home delivery. Absolutely lovely! I ordered a chicken shish wrap, onion rings and sweet potato fries. All the food was hot and tasty! Everything cooked very well, nothing was over done or under done. Chicken had a lovely spice to it. If I HAD to add a comment then it would have been nice to had a little more salad in the wrap but honestly it was all very nice and I would 100% recommend them and I'll definitely be ordering again :)

Wouldn’t even feed there food to rats. Passed around from pillar to post because my order was half missing & the other half was incorrect. No refund offered, no correct food sent. So £30 quid down and still starving. Would not recommend to an enemy.

The food was really poor, chicken was extra dry and no sauce in the veg curry. Samosa tasteless and bhaji like rocks, will not order from here again.

The food was nice but we unfortunately found a piece of metal sponge in the korma but phoned them went back down and they dealt with it straight away.

Delivered food. Chicken shish kebab is a disappointment, absolutely tasteless. Chips = frozen potatoes, and the salad very poor. Soft drink was warm. Very expensive for the poor quality. Not worthy at all.

Wouldn’t know. After being delivered the wrong order and calling twice to let them know, they hung up. Probs not getting that money back 🥴

Ordered on their own website (rather than using any of the delivery apps) and after an hour waiting I called to find out where the order was to be told it's was "on its way" when it finally arrived after another 30 mins then chips were undercooked and cold, to burger was ok and the kebabs were probably the worst I have ever had (there was more oil than meat and it was covered in onion and cold) and was not edible TBH. As the wait was so long we had to accept the order and do what we could (chips in the air fryer to reheat and finish cooking, kebab meat fried of to get rid on the oil) I emailed the restaurant my complaint offering them a chance to correct it before posting a public review but the have chosen not to respond

Great portion sizes. Plenty of chicken in the massala and kurma. It tasted delicious. No complaints at all.

This is the £8.99 kebab and chips. No salad or sauce offered. No chat. Just packed up and sent on my way. Food was nice, but supplying your own sauce for a kebab is a new one for me.

Food absolutely bangs, great portion sizes. I reccomend the peshwari naan, lamb vindaloo and pilau rice. Never had a bad tummy even with my taste for spicy food. Do reccomend

Barely open, when they’re meant to be open during publicised times they’re shut, such a shame as the only place (when open) serves good kebabs etc, they should capitalise on the fact the other kebab shops still only deal in cash obviously avoiding paying tax

Curry was good, but wow, the coconut rice was inedible. If I wanted to wake up in the middle of the night gasping for water, I’d of ordered Chinese . Average food .

Update - Right so.... Confession I have been ordering here regularly now. I love it . I have to wait for my food because I know they are cooking it .... I can taste its cooked to order. Have tried to explore the menu but I found an absolute winner and order it nearly every Friday now. Well done the guys at AliBaba! Don't change what you are doing..... In my previous review I said this was the best Asian food in 5 miles well put a 0 on that.... It's the best Asian food in 50 miles. The service is really good and honest and the delivery guys are on point... Polite and just better than elsewhere. All in all guys, my only advice..... Copy Stamp Repeat and share what you are doing in more places.... Just don't share the Chefs.... Just get more and test them! Booked delivery for 5pm, arrived 2 minutes to. For that alone, brilliant. Food wise, so so much better than what we have received from other restaurants in a 5 mile area. So many restaurants quote "spicy or hot" and it's barley mild. This place has this right, hot is hot and of you don't like spice pick a mild dish! Not all the dishes are the same, which again is appreciated. Only criticism really is I'm quite sure the freezer is being over utilised. Over all-Pretty good and certainly better than what you get else where.

Wouldn’t order from here again, the food, was warm and the tandoori mixed grills were very over cooked/extremely dry. Very disappointing.

I had a high expectation of this grill as per the reviews left on there page, unfortunately I was very wrong as when we arrived and ordered two large chicken shesh kebabs with a drink and chips we was charged 34 pounds, only to later find out the 1x chips 1x can and 1xbottle of water hadn’t been added even with the price of 34 pound and prior to this the cashier had asked if we wanted them as meals because it would be cheaper and if we wanted red sauce on the chips. After paying an additional 6 odd pound for we finally got our food which was abysmal and definitely not a chicken shesh, there wasn’t enough salad to feed a small rabbit, the pita bread was as hard as a door Matt and the chicken was coated in a sauce I could only describe close to a korma and after spending 40+ pounds for two meals the meals were dreadful

Order took over 30 minutes despite only one customer in front. I could see part of my order sat semi under the hot plate for 25 minutes, so that was a special grade of lukewarm food. Seems very disorganised with who does what, lots of running around. One chap had mud all down the back of his hoodie and tracksuit. Donor kebab was a mess of meat and onion sat on a greasy pita bread that was dry af. Did not get all my order correct. Short changed me two portions of chips. Front desk looks messy, dirty and grubby and they use these surfaces for food prep! I would suggest a visit from the food hygiene people is welcome On the positive side, they do have over 6 cameras pointing at the small sitting area, they must be keen to get people’s reactions.

The best Indian food we’ve had in a long time. Really thick rich sauces for Chicken Rogan, Butter Chicken. Chunky pieces of moist chicken breast (not dry). Poppadums really fresh, warm and crispy. Lamb samosa’s perfect size and packed with meat. Delicious!

Order for asap order came early then they estimated which was great because we were starving. Food amazing piping hope and delicious! New favourite great value for money!

Best food I have had in a very long time and extremely good value for money I had the mixed doner wrap and by the time I eat half I was full but it was way to nice to leave so I eat the lot I would recommend this company to anyone

The driver couldn’t find me, and my mistake the number was wrong. But he preserved and found me!! By this point it had been out for delivery for around 35 min! The food was AMAZING. Still hot!!! Super tasty! Haven’t had an Indian this good in a while. Driver so friendly and amazed he stayed to find me for so long! Will definitely be ordering again!!

Couldn't fault anything. Best curry in years

I’ve eaten here four times now - three times delivery and once ordered in branch. I guess this place is okay - but it’s got a lot of space for improvement. The ‘gourmet’ burger was dry and definitely not a premium product. The Donor meat was cut too thickly and had a rubbery:”/ chewy consistency on one order, on another order it was cut better but was stone cold. I’ve never had a terrible meal here but equally never a good one - just average or slightly below. Based on the food alone i’d go elsewhere however I will say this - the service is good, polite and friendly and the restaurant clean. If they could just focus on better quality food it would help! With so much better competition in the town - I really can’t see this business lasting unless they radically improve!

Ordered burgers and mucked up the order. Ordered no salad and no sauce on the burgers but arrived will all. The chicken was undercooked and burgers were gritty, undercooked and very greasy. They finally agreed to compensate with another burger and all of us got food poisoning. Would not recommend to anyone who wants a takeaway.

They didn’t make the massala hotter as asked and also didn’t put loads( or even very little) garlic on the garlic naan breads!

Well, if I could put no stars I would, the food was poor, covered in grease , so much so that the pitta was swimming around the tray, the halloumi was gone off and sour tasting, the meat was bland( asked for a large and got small trays, You know it’s poor when even the dogs refused to eat it. Would not recommend, the only good thing was the cans was cold….. but then so was the food…

I ordered my first meal, an Indian chicken tikka burrito, it was lush. After just one visit the staff say hello in the street if we bump into each other. Can't wait to try more of the menu.

Sent the wrong curry, I ordered a butter chicken and received a korma, it was still nice but would’ve preferred the one I chose. Food arrived earlier than expected which is always a bonus. I added something to the order by calling up and they happily added it for me.

BEAUTIFUL BURGER. As a chef whos just moved into the area. Just had the best burger I've had from a takeaway shop. Cooked perfectly and real friendly service. If i could, I'd give more than 5 stars. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We fancied an early curry, had no option to use Ali-Baba being the only one open at 4pm on a Saturday. And Wow 👌🏽 absolutely incredible food and service. My partner has a nut allergy but wanted the Lamb tikka masalla which us cooked with Cashew nuts. I called and they said they would could a fresh/ from scratch masalla (without using the pre made gravy/base sauce. Advised that it would be longer than usual, for obvious reasons. Less than an hour later, our food arrived...from Alton to Odiham and still hot. I had Dansak, veg rice, mixed starter, lamb tikka(custom) breads, poppadoms, and I cannot fault anything at all..the taste was amazing...the service was perfect...I will 100% be eating from here from now on...

Easily the best Indian in the entire area. I've tried them all, and now I'll only chose this. I could actually taste the food, it wasn't greasy it wasn't late and the serving size was massive especially f9rnthe cheap price in comparison to others in the area. Trust me this is the place! Ten min after my meal I can still feel the spice on my tongue. 10/10

Used late on a Friday night and food was spot on again. FULL of flavour and brilliant mix of veg in the vegetable dish. Sounds stupid but this isn't always the case at other venues.

Food was outstanding, best I’ve had in ages. Delivery driver also went out of his way (literally) to make sure we got our food as we are quite remote. Would highly recommend, 5stars
