Pizza arrived burnt and when I called to speak to them about it the man was so so rude! Told me ‘his oven can’t burn pizza’ and ‘it’s the bbq sauce that’s black not the pizza’ and then he hung up on me!! Absolutely livid and so so angry and upset!! Never had such bad service!!

Pizza arrived burnt and when I called to complain I was told it was ‘their style’, the black areas were barbecue sauce (definitely wasn’t) and with his oven it was ‘impossible to burn pizzas’. Very rude staff and terrible service

I ordered pizza and chips last weekend, and unfortunately, both items were burnt, posing potential health risks. Upon noticing this, I promptly contacted the restaurant to request a refund and provided photographic evidence of the burnt items through the app. Despite my attempt to resolve this issue amicably, the staff member I spoke with on the phone was discourteous and accused me of lying. I am disappointed with both the quality of the food and the level of customer service I received, especially since my refund request was based on a legitimate concern and never been refunded. And for sure I'll never ordered again.

Original estimated delivery time was 6:45. Food arrived at 7:30, with no apology from the driver. Food was of a poor quality when it arrived

Kamran has made the best pizzas in Harrogate for years. Consistently excellent. Tasty, delivered hot and fresh and delivered on time. Cannot fault it

Attitude absolutely stinks, called up about a missing chips and coke, staff were rude and didn’t want to hear it, asked if they could replace it, so they cancelled my order and told me I’d have to wait 2 and a bit hours. Disgusting service, disgusting attitude, won’t be ordering here again.

Ordered donner pizza, there was like 2 pieces of donner on whole pizza, would not go back.No answer from the shop when I called to complain, what a surprise. Everyone else's was exact same as mine in picture, not away upload 5 same pics.

Great food and delivery service. If you like Hawaiian/Tropical pizza this place might not be for you as the pineapple is sparse and has little taste. Sort the pineapple issue and you have a great Hawaiian.

Genuinely the nicest pizza, garlic bread I have had in a long time. Best in Harrogate that I have tried (most) and wife comments on best chicken burger in a really long time too. Your team should be proud. Will be coming back for a long time.

Pizza was burned on top and uncooked inside. I ordered mushroon pizza with extra onions so it wasn't as I got to many extra bits. Also burger wasn't the best quality.

Was pre ordered for 8.30 came at 7.15 and burnt and burnt is how they are getting delivered the last few times.wont be ordering anymore

i ordered a dr pepper and i didn’t receive it, i believe it was because of how bloated the “create your own pizza” option was, asking me several times for extras if i wanted them - on one i selected the dr pepper but i guess it was missed on the reciept or downright ignored, it was only 90p but i really wanted my drink and i’m just left sad and craving my drink. the largest issue is i cant even get a refund for just the drink, it’d have to be put down as the pizza as its classed as an extra item not a separate order. overall good food but it’s a shame nonetheless.

Always tasty and hot and if pre ordered always on time but never have to wait long if with not a pre order.if I had to find a fault it would only be the Chips -a little salty for us but at least fresh!!Very friendly drivers too Thank you pizza time👌

Had a fantastic meat feast pizza last night , great value and very tasty.

Thought it was lovely, until I found a pigeon feather baked into my pizza.

Disappointed as I’d ordered it to have before work but it didn’t turn up in time so it’s now cold on the side at home as I had to leave if ordered it at 6pm to arrive at 7.30 so why would it be late if ordered it in good time

Went at 22:33 26/8/22 website says it's open but walked there and was closed very disappointing, then went 2 days later @ 21:31 and was closed again I would avoid this as they obviously have no care for the customers anymore, this will be the last time I try go there now

Got a call from the restaurant at 20:10 saying that my order would be with me in 5 or 6 mins. It didn’t arrive til 20:55. Such a shame as this is my favourite pizza place!

Preordered and still not on time.chips were cold but could also tell they were not freshly cooked and went straight in the bin.pizza very well done on top but base not cooked enough.not usual standard from pizza time sadly.

The food was incorrect, we had someone else's order the delivery guy came back and was quite rude took back the pizza and when we finally received the correct order the pizza was burnt and only just warm... the chips were under cooked and we could not eat it.

Pizza Time makes the best pizza in Harrogate. Its steaming hot when you open the lid its got that cartoon steamed scent that Michaelangelo can sniff out a mile away. Pizza time equals party time!

Awful!! Disappointing! I have ordered from here for 20 years, always enjoyed it. No longer. Pizzas were chewy and bland and pretty tasteless . Chips were like rubber and cheese on top was also chewy and tasteless . Everything very oily. Will not order again from here .

Fabulous hot and very tasty food burgers were fab!!

Very disappointing. Pizza was greasy and parts of the base soggy with oil. Very little flavour. Owner was very dismissive when I rang to talk about it.

The pizza was so thin that most of the inside was soggy as it soaked up the oil in the cheese. Virtually no tomato base flavour either. The base of the box was swimming in oil. The cheese tasted more salty too. A real disappointment. I rang them up and was told "I've been making pizza 21 years!" I was completely dismissed by the owner.

Rubbish customer service, owner doesn't care about anything but himself, food missing, never brought drink, just tried to reorder and they accepted then cancelled as apparently I got "in touch with just eat" to complain about how late my food was..why would I get in touch with just eat? I'd ring restaurant so rang up and he just gave me attitude. Very rude man.

Very upset , food wasn’t great . Chips were hard and pizza toppings were all on top of the box. Delivery man asked for a 1.00 at the door , this was stipulated when I ordered . Didn’t have a 1.00 on me . Had to find one in a draw . I have a broken leg unable to walk hence ordering in for the family as my partner wasn’t here . I am sad about this as I felt uncomfortable and struggled to walk to go look for one

Driver insisted he wanted a £1 extra for delivery even though I had paid upfront to just eat including the £2.50 delivery charge. Aggressive and rude. Pizza was average. Probably best avoided if this is how they conduct their business.

I was looking for an Italian type pizza and ended up with a standard kebab house, non fresh pizza base and standard chopped up into cube meat!!

Great food, plenty of choice. Food arrived hot which gives them a+++ from me. Coleslaw was cold and very tasty. Delivered on time. Delivery guy was pleasant and professional. Definitely will order again

Sadly the pizza was tasteless having ordered a spicy variety, very little meat and the dough incredibly salty.. I don’t usually like leaving reviews however I think it’s important to leave feedback so the restaurant can look into.

The gentleman that served us was brilliant! He has been for many years! And I thank him very much for the drink!!

Ordered the 10” Meat Feast with extra jalapeños- sensational! Ingredients tasted really fresh, was the perfect temperature & the delivery driver was super friendly! This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from here and I will certainly be doing so again in the future, one of the best pizzas I’ve had in ages 🍕
