food was fresh and hot! the cheesy chips were actually melted unlike other restaurants where it's still solid cheese will be ordering again

Second time ordering, food was amazing very nice!

We ordered with cream cheese jalapeño bites and instead got 2 lots of mozzarella sticks, we’re not a huge fan of having to build our own kebabs so this was disappointing and they definitely were not large pitta’s as described and food was luke warm.

Enjoyed and burgers were nice so shouldn't b disappointed

Both Kababs came swimming in sauce. Hot chili sauce caked all over my husbands. They've always put it in pots before. I was going to share mine with my daughter who can't have milk, she was unable to have any due to the mint yogurt being everywhere. Awful and unedible.

ordered a smoky burger but it definitely wasn't smoky, just tasted of ketchup. I'm struggling to eat at the moment so it put me off. lovely delivery lady btw!

as much as the food was really nice and i can still eat it i ordered a pepperoni pizza and got ham and pineapple which is disappointing, pepperoni is suprerior but i still enjoyed it just not what i really wanted. thank you though i will still order again

the kebab meat was cold and very greasy. the pitta breads were dry would not open up. this is the 2nd time trying kebabs now . definitely won't be a 3rd.

Ordered from here the chips came anemic and not only that but there was a big dead fly in the kebab and chips. Rang back to tell them and they didn’t apologise once or offer a refund. Stay away at all cost.

Randomly cancelled order with no explanation

Pizza roma was complemented by a family member, so we thought we would try it. We ordered a 10" 4 cheese stuffed crust £9.80 plus a 2 mixed kebab meal deal with chips and cans of pop. The meal and £2 delivery was more expensive than our usual takeaway. The food arrived quickly not surprised with how quick he sped away with partner and child in tow. Warp speed Mr Sulo ... for those that know! The food was hot. Fist mixed kebab no salad garlic mayo was to their taste 😋 Second kebab with salad and mint yoghurt was drowned. It over powered the what was nicely charred grilled chicken and nice thinly sliced donner meat. The salad under the monsoon of sauce was nice and fresh, crispy. Unfortunately the overload of sauce which tasted homemade made the meal inedible. My pizza, very few places do a 4 cheese, I was overjoyed to see roma did. My pizza was hot and looked cheese loaded, but the smell of vomit hit me and tuned my stomach 😫 it has red cheddar, mozzarella, feta and due to the pungent sick smell parmesan appeared to have been the 4th cheese. Not wise due the natural enzymes and reaction with heat. I ate a slice and all I could taste was sour cheese. The dough was nice and a crispy base, plenty of flavoursome tomato sauce and the stuff crust was ok, ive had better. Unfortunately I gave it a miss after 1 slice. The others tasted it and all agreed either parmesan or "off" cheese had been used. The chips were OK but had that rubbery outer almost like they have been defrosted and dried out. Plenty of seasoning and in paper bags so no sweaty soggy limp chips but not the best. Unfortunately we binned our food and went back to our regular shop. Its such a shame as the kebabs without drowning in sauce would have been amazing, and perhaps think about the cheese used. Hopefully people will see this as an honest review without malice. There was a hair, gave me a can for £2.50 when i asked for a big bottle awful service didn’t tell me when my pizza was done so it was cold - the pizza was extremely oily and it tasted salty.

Cant fault there delivery time! But I have ordered a cheese garlic bread, chips, onion rings, twice now and each time I've ordered I have began with upset stomach and gave my partner diarrhoea it isn't good! The 2 star rating is for delivery only!!!!!!

Food was not handled properly !stomach has been upset for hours ,Very bad customer service , lying over the phone by agreeing to refunding the money so i can get my family something else instead of eating what they have delivered but when i called back up they lied again by saying they would send the managers number but that was false because nothing has been sent to me . I have found a local pizza place I love. I was known by the previous owners, but the new management have made some great changes including introducing a 14 inch square pizza.
