Absolute disgrace of a place, treat their staff disgusting, under pay people; well, well below minimum wage so if you’re thinking of working here as a deliver driving don’t!. They scream and shout at their staff and people on phone, horrible customer service & atrocious food. Avoid at all cost way better takeaways in Balby!!! & way better jobs where you will be treated better and will earn more money too

Horrible food gave me n my girlfriend food poisoning from a cheese pizza! I’m guessing the cheese was off avoid this place like the plague!!!!!

Said it would take 30 - 45 minutes to be delivered, actually took 1 hour and 30 minutes, and items were missing, food was mid

It's not hard to not have a pizza touching the box. Missed the milkshake from the order. Called and the guy and he tried to make a new order. Not what I asked for. Had to reiterate multiple times that it was missing. He took the postcode and said he would call back. Nothing. Called again, he said it was two mins away. Didn't arrive. Called back a third time to be told it was again "Two minutes away". Lies. Demanded a refund. (I doubt that will happen either). Useless. This used to be a great pizza place but it's gone so far downhill. Major improvements needed.

Ordered a pizza fries and a milkshake from here sadly the milkshake didn’t come but the next day I was surprised to hear a knock on the door and they actually brought my milkshake for me for free and a garlic bread would definitely order again

Pizza burnt do is garlic bread kebab looks like it been done hours ago chips not delivered at over 3 quid the food is horrid do not reccomrbd total order over £34 quid

I ordered some food just after 10pm. The estimated delivery time showed 23:05-23:25. Never got my food. And now it's closed so I can't even call

Ordered earlier tonight, pick up, great service and really nice food. Never fails. Only disappointment was the out of date pop but no biggy. Overall, fantastic takeaway.

Gone down hill massively since the old owners. Food is awful, hygiene rating has dropped from a 5 to a 3🤢. Hopefully they sell up and let someone else buy the business who has a passion for pizza

Pizza tonight had absolutely no toppings and definitely wasn’t stuffed crust, not sure what’s happened to this place but definitely not what it used to be. Needs major improvements on the pizzas also for the price compared to how they used to be……. What’s happened with this place? Disappointed with my order and will be seeking a refund!! Update After this the manager with his disgusting attitude calls of his mobile being abusive, they were aware I couldn’t return the pizza because it was in the bin and after paying for delivery in the first place for a pizza the manager knew was wrong but still sent it isn’t right. The pizza was tasteless and disgusting hence why it was in the bin, this place is a former shadow of what it used to be…… bring back the old owners!!

I make my own pizzas but after a weekend of pizza parties I needed someone else to cook. WOW! these pizzas are ace! Tasty, not greasy, the right amount of toppings. Plus reasonably priced. Totally recommend

The staff has always been friendly and willing to chat to customers in the store. I believe, by far, the best Pizza that they produce is he DARE DEVIL -- It is the hottest pizza I've ever purchased in a takeaway and as the menu suggests, it's not for the fainthearted... If you like SPICY food then this will scratch that itch

Ordered yesterday evening, ordered chips and a garlic bread which were lovely. Also ordered a portion of spaghetti bolognese which was mainly just spaghetti and came with the tiniest it of bolognese that was covered in white grease. It was awful, straight in the bin. I would have asked for a refund had I not paid cash. The driver also gave us a euro instead of a pound coin for change.

Don’t listen to Negative reviews people too quick to post bad reviews online - The place is amazing, definitely the best round here. I will be ordering again.

Had pizza when ordered before which were first class but had burgers tonight which were equally fab. Only thing I personally dislike is coleslaw made with red cabbage but that’s personal choice. Well done guys.
